When I was disappointed, tian teacher suddenly turned into my mouth was a mass of rice dumplings, joyous and pleased, I happily returned to the seat, whilst placing a hand over your mouth cant say how sweet in my heart. When the dumplings were finished, some students returned to their seats disappointed. Some students were so happy that they took a lot of dumplings.

This happy Dragon Boat Festival is really unforgettable to me.

冬季是万物沉睡的季节，没有了春日的生机、夏日的欢快、秋日的忙碌，就连太阳都很少在此时光临大地，但这丝毫没有让我们感到无趣，反而让我们为冬天的来临而感到兴奋。

我喜欢冬季也畏惧冬季。因为一到冬天，手上、脚上、耳朵上就会多多少少长些冻疮，所以我很少到外面活动，体育课上也只是看着同学们玩耍，而我就坐在一旁观看，因为实在太冷了。那天我正趴在桌子上，突然广播上的消息打破了我的宁静，我用最大分贝的声音喊到：“啊!跑步?天那，又累又冷，我肯定受不了。”旁边的李靓波被我吓了一跳，并惊讶的说：“跑步咋了，又可以锻炼身体，还可以让身上的`每个细胞都活跃起来，多好呀!怎么，你不喜欢跑步?我摇摇头说：“并不是我不喜欢，只是这个温度让我受不了，我怕冷你又不是不知道。”说着并撅起了嘴，李靓波只是“唉”了一声便走了。

随着雄壮的《运动员进行曲》响起，我的心里感觉到了冷，身体也开始瑟瑟发抖起来，没办法，只好下去跑步了。我们排着四列纵队下了楼。我们跑步的地方是操场的环行跑道，带头的是体委。他一到操场上就开始跑了起来，在后面的我总觉得他好像发了疯似的狂跑，我根本追不到队伍，不甘落后的我拼命的追了上去，就这样反反复复的落了又跑，跑了又落，最终我还是坚持到了最后。接着，我们又排着队上楼回教室了，在刚踏进教室时，我无意中说出了一句话：“好累呀，真热死了。”刚一说完，我心里一激灵：“咦，我刚才说了啥?我居然不冷了，反而热‘死了’，跑步前还冷得要命，跑步后就满头大汗。这无心的一句话，竟然推翻了我认为跑步冷的念头，打消了对冬天的恐惧。

太好了，我不仅不用怕冷了，而且还更加喜欢冬天了，我终于可以在四季中释放活力了。冬天、跑步、温暖，每个词都深深的烙印在我的心里，我喜欢冬天，更喜欢跑步。

笑看风云，不生气，都是很努力地笑，即使被女生拒绝，拿到50分的试卷，面对打过架的同学……因为深知“枝上柳绵吹又少，……”;每天倒计时去玩CS魔兽，心里头空空如也;明白倘若敌人让你生所，那说明你还没有胜他的把握……

嘴硬，爱吹牛，常说的话是：“你以你是我啊……”面对一大堆作业，总说不够做;面对一点思路也没有的题目，总说不够难;面对漂亮迷人的大自然盛景，总说这不是我家的后花园么?咋上这了……并努力让自已有幽默的气质，崇尚不经意的幽默。偶像是冯巩，梦想有一天做一个喜剧演员，令天下人都开怀大笑，在春节联欢会上给母亲拜年……

学会不去抱怨，只是去接受，并心存感激。知道一个男人要对得起那张嘴，不是大便拉过就完了，所以不再以取笑女生为乐。每天给自己打气，不少于20分钟，让自己充满活力。逐渐不逞强，做力所能及的事，因为知道倘若我不帮忙，人家恨我一个星期，若我帮得不好，人家会恨我一个月。原谅一切好人或坏人，并试着发现他们的优点。昂首阔步，不在意别人的评价，在意自己的所作所为……

与朋友在一起，玩CS魔兽时最开心，远离喧嚣，暂忘自己给的压力。犹如雏鹰，与蓝天搏击，与白云共舞;好似骏马，奋蹄原野，驰骋天下，好不快哉!

羡慕家人的团圆，企盼父亲早归;慨叹柯比的奇迹，梦想超过姚明;欣赏苏轼的洒脱，企盼才高八斗技压群雄;钦佩理查德的琴艺，企盼高山流水觅知音;赞叹欧阳询的俭绝正楷，企盼行云流水悦人心;崇拜爱因斯坦，梦想超越光速穿时空……

开始明白，那一切都只是过眼云烟，只有那好似近在咫尺却又仿佛远在天边的远方，才是心灵永恒的归宿。一颗躁动的心，渐渐安定下来――勃郁的豪情发过了酵，尖利的山风收住了劲，湍急的溪流汇成了湖……

“看破的，遁入空门;痴迷的，枉送了性命，好一似，食尽鸟投林，落了片白茫茫大地真干净。”

让它干净去，是吧，远方。

是一朵花，就应该点缀春天，而不是想着结出硕果;

是一棵树，就应该让果实挂满枝头，而不是花枝招展;

是一滴水，就应该投入大海的怀抱，而不是误陷泥沟。

世界上的万事万物，都有自己的位置，星星不回复在水面上游来游去，鱼儿不会在天上自在玩耍。同样，万事万物都应该正确认识自己，正确定位，然后在自己的位置上活出不一样的精彩人生。

正确认识自己的短处，却不是自怨自艾。

骆驼生性笨拙，不如猴子一样的肢体灵活，舞动自由，所以他应该认识到，自身的短处不是缺陷，而是一项生而有之的不完美。每一物都有自己的不完美，猫不能上树，人不能披着翅膀飞翔，无须太过介怀，放开一些，面对真实的自己。

正确认识自己的长处，也并非好高骛远。

骆驼身体庞大，脚踏实地，吃苦耐劳，这些闪光点足以让它在不知疲苦的行走在炎热干燥、广袤无垠的大漠上时获得无数行人的赞誉，商人的青睐。“沙漠之舟”的美名，不是谁都有，而它，恰恰是唯一的那一个。

猫会抓老鼠，为民除害。

人有思维，可以行走，可以创造;

世间万物，都有其圆缺，对于自身的长处，应该在正确的地方，大展其才，使其被发挥的淋漓尽致。

正确认识自己的能力、智慧，不卑不亢的生活在这个世界上，当别人获得绚烂时，为他人鼓一鼓掌，当自己遭受挫折时，加一加油。

有人说垃圾是放错位置的资源，可以循坏再生，那每一个人，不论男女、种族、出身，都是一颗未探明方向的“天体”，或许会使星星永恒，或是星云浪漫，或是流星璀璨，只有正确认识自己，把握自己，才能砥砺自己，发展自己。

没有人是无用的，没有人是完美的，但愿每个人找到自己的天体属性，在属于自己的天空中任意驰骋。

正确认识自己，合适的才是最好的，无需被别人看好，但自己一定要活得好看!

有时候，一件事情、一个人就能令我们长时间烦恼。对于这种情况，我们是一味地抱怨，还是努力地去改变呢?抱怨是没用的，解决问题的唯一方法就是去改变。

海伦凯勒身患残疾，失明、失聪，种.种病魔缠绕着她。命运总是如此的不公，可是她没有抱怨过命运的不公，而是以顽强的毅力，积极乐观的态度面对困难，最后成为了十九世纪最伟大的女性。每次读完她的故事后，我都会被海伦·凯勒的这种精神所深深地打动。

有时，我抱怨饭菜不好吃，抱怨校服不好看;练书法时明明自己字没写好，却也要抱怨说妈妈说话影响了自己;练琴时，自己不专心，却抱怨外面噪音太大;回家后，发现作业没有记下来，却抱怨教室里太吵;考试没考好，抱怨时间不够，抱怨考试题太难，抱怨老师没讲，但却从来没有做出过改变。

当所有人都在进步的时候，只有你一个人在抱怨，为什么?如果我们停止抱怨，将自己所有用来抱怨的力量都转化为动力，努力实现自己的梦想，实现自己的人生价值，改变自己的心态，宽容这个世上所有的黑暗，又会如何呢?拿破仑说：“人与人之间只有很小的差异，但这种很小的差异却往往造成巨大的差异;很小的差异就是你的心态是积极的还是消极的，巨大的差异就是成功与失败。”

我们每天唉声叹气，抱怨上天的种.种不公。我们太过于向往那些遥不可及的良辰美景，而对身边那些触手可得的东西却视而不见，也正因为如此，我们才会对身边的生活生出种.种的不满。如果我们都做出一些改变，也许这个世界就不会有那么多的不满。

前几天妈妈给我报了数学班，要连续上四个小时，而我从来没上过那么长时间的课，下课的时候差点晕过去。当妈妈来接我的时候，我朝她大声地嚷嚷，表达自己的不满。回到家，妈妈跟我讲了很多道理，我突然觉得刚刚自己的行为特别没有礼貌。

在困难面前，与其抱怨，还不如去做出改变，改变自己对生活的看法，因为抱怨是不能解决问题的，它只会让自己的情绪越来越糟糕。只有一天天的变化，才会让自己的生活更精彩，让自己的收货更多。

A library is a building for a collection or books, magazines, periodicals

and newspapers. The books are kept on the shelves in the stack room whereas the

magazines, journals, etc. in the reading rooms. Modern libraries also have xerox

rooms, and computer rooms.

If you want to borrow books, you can go to the loan desk, look over the

correct call numbers in the card catalog and ask the librarian to take then, out

for you. Or youre allowed to enter the stack room to rind books for yourself,

you can look up the bound volume or index for the articles relative to the

subject, on which you are going to write thesis. If the library doesnt

subscribe to the magazine which carries the article you want, you can borrow the

magazine from other libraries by means of interlibrary loan service.

Dont forget to show your library card or I.D. card to the librarian before

you go into the reading room, where you can read magazines or newspapers. If you

find a good article and want to keep it, you can have it duplicated in the xerox

room. Besides, if you want to watch films or slides, you can ask the

projectionist to play the videotape for you in the audio visual room, where you

can also listen to language tapes and music tapes.

随着鱼儿高高地从水面上跃起，还没好好享受天空带给它的美丽时就应声入水;随着鸟儿俯冲进入海洋，还没领略到海洋的神奇时就要探出水面。我们是不是应该从此意识到一个问题：不切实际的事物都是空想，只有务实才能成就理想。

纵观古今中外，凡成功之士没有一个不是脚踏实地的。

发明家爱迪生，当初在发明电灯时，夜以继日地反复实验，只为那油灯变为电灯的梦想。他实验了成百上千种材料，终于发现了制造电灯的最好材料——钨。

试想一下，要是没有爱迪生反复地实验，哪里还存在我们现在在黑夜之中的五彩缤纷呢?他没有因为自己是伟大的.科学家就痴心妄想，而是像一个普通人一样，怀着对科学崇敬的心，从理论做起、从实验做起，这才实现了他成为发明大家的梦。

外国人是如此，我们中国人也不例外。

杂交水稻之父袁隆平，从前只是一个名不见经传的人。他把自己的一生都奉献在了发明杂交水稻这项造福农民、造福百姓的事业上。他没有想过要去做些什么造福全人类的伟大事业，而是把底层人民的利益放在自己的首位。脚踏实地、吃苦耐劳，没有一点怨言，这才有了今天的伟大成就。务实成就理想的说法可见一斑。

人是如此，自然界中的生物又何尝不是呢?

每年夏季，由于水域的变通，黄鱼需要逆流而上去往上游产卵，而逆流则是成为他们行程中最大的难关。但是这些黄鱼没有就此放弃，而是怀着永不放弃的精神一步步地克服逆流往上游，最终才能到达目的地。

务实也不仅仅适用于科研，人类的工作、生活、为人处事上都需要务实二字。务实是一种态度，更是一种习惯，只要每件事都脚踏实地，那么每个人都可以获得成功。

在成长的过程中，我一直困惑于诸多不公平的存在，比如有的人富裕，有的人拥有奇特的本领，有的人明明不怎么努力也能取得令人羡慕的成绩等等。为此，我经常抱怨世界的不公平。

近期，通过父母讲述和媒体报道，我知道了新型冠状病毒这段时间在中国以及世界上很多国家爆发和肆虐的事情。对学生而言，我们度过了一个漫长而又令人心焦的寒假，我有了很长的时间去思考和寻找内心想要的回答。

面对公共场所的告诫、小区门卫的管控、学校的各种措施、医院里突发的生离死别，我好像得到了答案，忽然之间觉得世界上最珍贵的东西其实都是免费的。

阳光是免费的。芸芸众生，没有谁能离开阳光一直活下去。然而，这世上有谁为了阳光付出过那么一分钱?

空气是免费的。一个人只要活着，就需要源源不断的空气。从古至今，又有哪个人为了这片刻不能缺少的空气买过单?无论是小偷贩子，还是明星政要，他们都自由自在地呼吸着这广阔天地中的空气。

亲情是免费的。每一个婴儿来到世上时，都享受着父母对他无微不至的关爱。没有任何一个父母对自己的孩子说：“你只有给我钱，我才疼爱你!”父母的这份爱不会因为孩子的长大而贬值，或父母的衰老而减少。只要父母还在，这份爱就始终如一。

友谊是免费的。那些在你摔倒时将你扶起、哭泣时帮你拭去眼泪的人，有没有把他的付出折合成现金，然后向你要钱?

目标是免费的。无论是锦衣玉食的王子，还是忍饥挨饿的流浪儿，都可以为自己设一个目标。可以伟大也可以平凡，可以辉煌也可以朴实。只要你愿意，你就能设定它。

免费的还有梦想、信念、希望、春风、繁星……

世界是慷慨的，更是无比公正的，它早已把最珍贵的东西馈赠给了每个人!珍惜世界赐给我们的一切，我将不再抱怨世界。
