万工轿，是清未民初时期的宁波式花轿，因制造时耗费了一万多个工时，故称“万工轿”。这是民国时期朱金木雕最杰出的作品。轿上雕有数百个人物、花身虫兽、故事场景，配以彩绘镜片玻璃。有“八仙过海”“天官赐福”“魁星点状”等人的场景，数不胜数。这个轿子，把各种各样美好的祝福，都集中在轿子中，祝福将要坐这个轿子的新娘。

高一下学期选科，至今仍记得语文老师的一席话：你数学出众，数理化也是分不开的，你的头脑适合理科的世界……这一席话险些改变了我的人生。

我热衷于喝粥。

其中一层原因是姥姥擅长煮粥。

我嘴比较懒，不愿意吃一些难嚼的食物。所以，自记事以来，姥姥就用小砂锅给我煮小米粥——我是被姥姥带大的，她最疼我了。小米粥煮的很粘稠，像冒着热气的果冻一样，甚至比果冻还晶莹剔透。里面裹着金沙似的小米。我最喜爱的是那粥面上浮起的一层薄薄的油脂，我很天真的以为，那是整碗粥的精华。

姥姥还会做皮蛋瘦肉粥。莲子百合粥，绿豆粥，猪骨粥……

说起来，她最拿手的，还是腊八粥。

这粥，其实就是八种粮食，干果组成的。你想加什么，随你。干果里，像葡萄干、枣、桂圆、核桃仁、瓜子仁、莲子、枸杞等等。粮食吗，就更多了：大米、小米、糯米、黄米、红豆、黄豆、绿豆、花生米、燕麦、紫米等等。

想起来很是奇怪，好像还在昨天，我在济宁老家喝腊八粥。今天，却在济南，呆在家里上网课。

腊七，腊八节的前一天。一大早，姥姥把大铁锅，从灶台上搬下来，仔仔细细地刷一遍。这锅，大到你无法想象，像一个倒过来放的大黑雨伞——是直接镶到灶台上的，锅的身子在灶台下，灶里点火。

刷完之后，再泡豆。

下午煮粥，煮一晚上。只见姥姥把水烧热，放入豆类，看到豆子在沸水里上下沉浮，乏了，就坐在炉灶边的小板凳上，姥姥也坐下来。

我们聊天，聊奇闻趣事，聊鬼狐传说，聊她年轻时候的故事，聊济南的样子。

我看着她，那时她六十出头，头发不密却乌黑，没有一根白发，眼角眉梢有几道皱纹，可眼睛是乌黑明亮，无一丝瑕疵的。姥姥是一个地地道道的庄稼人。说话不多，干活可多。谁家地里农活忙不过来了，都是她去帮忙。现在，六十多岁的人了，还下地干活，迎着油烟做饭。

“哦，好了，该放米了。”

之后，我睡着了。

一大清早，被腊八粥的甜香勾醒，引到厨房里来。姥姥掀开锅盖，白色的甜香涌出，溢的满屋子都是。她盛出一碗放在灶台上凉着，给我尝鲜。姥姥的腊八粥，甜而不腻，还很香，邻里乡亲们都爱喝。姥姥又盛出几碗分给邻里乡亲，乡亲们也把刚泡的腊八蒜，分给姥姥。

剩下的粥，当做点心，全家分了，喝了。

后来，姥姥到济南照顾我。再后来，我长大了。

我很怀念，那种大锅熬的腊八粥，姥姥的粥。

现在，又有几户人家，自己煮腊八粥呢?还有谁有闲情逸致去用小火熬粥呢?路上买两个包子，吃了;定个外卖，吃了;想吃甜点了，楼下甜品店，卖奶茶，卖饼干，马卡龙。

我想问的是，我们所要的休闲，真的是在酒吧里喝到烂醉如泥，在歌厅里唱到嗓子哑吗?角落里的瓷勺、砂锅发出，心碎的声响。

我们理想的生活只是职场、官场、名利场吗?

我好怀念，那安静的时光，那淳朴的民风，那温柔的粥。

当我们在炎热的夏日里喝上一口凉爽的水时，当我们在运动后喝上一口甘甜的水时，我们是否想过，在我们喝这凉爽甘甜的水的同时，有多少人正顶着烈日，挖出一口口井，有多少人的额头上浸出了一颗颗晶莹的汗珠，但仍坚持把水运到我们身边，难道我们不应该饮水思源吗?学校，是知识的殿堂。

记得，那是一次考试。考试的那天早晨，连老天爷也不给面子。只见窗外风雨大作，雷电交加，种.种现象，使本来就在紧张考试的我更加紧张了。再次望望窗外的大雨，虽然学校离我家很近，用走的方式就可以到了，但紧张的我总觉得的路途好像很遥远似的。正在忧虑的我被妈妈拍了一下肩膀，她递给我了一把伞，微笑的说：“妈妈相信你，你一定能考好的!祝你考试成功。”当时，妈妈的眼神中透露出了自信，她自信我一定会考好的。那一霎那，我的心像是被什么东西扼住了似的。看着妈妈自信的眼神，不知不觉中，我也自信起来了。挺胸抬头，一直这样，走到学校，走进考场。

虽然自信了起来，但还是会有忧虑，带着这样的半自信半忧虑的心情做起卷子，刚开始没有那么难，到后来，我遇到了一个我不会的题，一下子，我的自信消失了，我开始有点慌张……突然，好像有一股心灵感应似的，早上出门，妈妈那个自信的眼神，一遍又一遍，像是在播电影然后倒带接着再看一遍的那种感觉。这种感觉使我的心里平稳了下来，仿佛有阳光突然射进来一样，我又回忆了一遍妈妈的眼神，然后，再看了一遍题，努力思考，终于想起来了!

那次考试后，我的心情放松了不少，不知什么时候，太阳神不知鬼不觉的拨开了云层，露出了笑脸，似乎暗示我考得不错，给我鼓励似的。成绩发下来之后，果然，那个成绩和太阳公公的笑脸一般向我露出了灿烂的微笑。

我无法忘记那个眼神，经历了那次考试，我一遇挫折就会用那个眼神鼓励自己，鞭策自己!

在我的家乡，每年的正月十四至正月十六期间，家家户户的大人小孩都非常忙碌，院里院外每天进进出出好几趟。这几天，天刚破晓，一大群人就忙活起来了，两个壮汉抬着一口大鼓，后面还跟着一群大人和孩子，还有一些人的身上系着彩色的布条，像扭秧歌，但总是力不从心弄得一个个像滑稽的小丑，但人们不那样说，人们说那是返老还童，非常可爱有趣。他们会挨家挨户去庆贺，到了每户人家，那家人早已准备上烟酒和瓜果，富裕一些的还会给钱。

最令我激动的是晚上的“跑龙”和棒槌火。晚上总是降临得很慢很慢，人们迫不及待全都涌上了街头，小孩子急躁得抓耳挠腮，当村中心钟表上的时针指向“6”的时候，人们沸腾了。一瞬间，锣鼓喧天，人声鼎沸，小孩子在人山人海中拥挤，好不容易挤出来了，却又被观看“跑龙”的另一拨人淹没，如果人们说话，那就要吼着说：“元宵节快乐!”人们又把烟火点燃，天空绽放出斑斓的色彩，落到“龙”的周围，一群小孩子高高兴兴，蹦蹦跳跳地拿着绚烂的烟火跟在“龙”尾巴的后面。

到了九、十点钟，人们还沉浸在“跑龙”的喜悦中时，一群人悄悄点燃用黄土泥与砖垒成的棒槌火。它高约一米五左右，直径约一米，炉子周围用木棒槌穿出层层圆孔，外形像圆柱体，升起的缕缕炊烟有带有大地气息的泥土味。“跑龙”的休息了，人们没有放弃对棒槌火的热爱，熙熙攘攘的人们迫不及待地掏出已在口袋里放冷的馒头，迅速地飞奔向棒槌火，摩肩接踵的人们让中间的棒槌火火势更旺，更火热喜庆，喧闹的人们分批簇拥在一起，烤着香喷喷的馒头。当人们咀嚼金黄酥脆的馒头时，感觉格外香甜诱人，热腾腾的馒头向上冒着热气，袅袅炊烟都是幸福的气味。听年过花甲的老人说，吃了这金黄酥脆的馒头可消除灾祸，寓意着一年诸事顺利，健康平安。

一项项不为人知的民俗，传递的是美好期盼;一张张快乐幸福的面孔，是因为多彩的风俗。不管哪一种民风民俗，都是对美好生活的向往与对故者的怀念。小时候觉得有趣，长大了，才懂得这是不朽的“国粹”。

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods, it could not be

omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.
