我的愿望是什么呢?其实我也有一个平凡但对我来说是一个极大挑战的小愿望——成为学年第一且总成绩到达740分。

也许这对许多人来说是痴心妄想，可当我发现时，它早就在我心里生根发芽，抹除不去，越来越茁壮，直到长成参天大树。这时，我便更迫切地希望实现愿望。

Each year, people burn or cut down 143,000 square kilometers (55,000 square

miles) of the forest. People who burn or cut down trees do it for different

reasons: farmers cut down trees in order to get more fertilize lands to grow

rice or vegetables, and use the woods as fuel. Timber companies cut down trees

and turn them into furniture or paper productions. As to goal miners, they

remove the forests to find out whether there are goal underground.

However, many of us fail to realize that forests are the lungs of the

earth. When we cut down trees, we also push ourselves in to a dangerous

situation. That is the global warming. When you come to think about it, there

are only few ways to solve these negative effects: stop cutting down trees

blindly; try to find some clear energy that can replace oil and coal. But these

solutions can be impractical to some degreed.

Why trees can be so important to the whole nature? First of all, trees are

the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy

animals’ habitats but also ourselves. We just gradually destroy natural links.

The result is that many spices of animals and plants are dying out. Secondly,

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

the key to keep the balance of the nature.

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this

overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. And

maybe, it’s time for us to realize that we should protect the earth, stop

cutting down trees blindly and madly.

meeting. It is the biggest event of the year, so all the students will practise

because it involves so many students to take part in, showing the unity of a

team. Last year, our class won the second place. We lagged behind the champion

just a little distance, so we hoped to defeated them this time and won the first

"急什么呀，作业这么少，又那么简单，想做完它还不是分分钟搞定的事情吗?"我迷迷糊糊的跟老妈说，老妈拿我没办法，老爸想把我从床上硬拉起来，在我努力的反抗下老爸也拿我没办法，只能等我自己起床了。但是此时此刻我正在睡梦中的城堡里玩儿得正嗨呢，一点都不想起床。我还有很多很多事可以干呢!比如，有时我可以在城堡里的训马场里随便挑出其中的一匹马，换上骑马时专门用到的物品，跳上马背，骑着它出去散散步;有时我可以品尝着城堡里的美味小甜品;有时我还可以在城堡上最高的瞭望台上看风景，我可以看见风和日丽的天空;可以看见连绵起伏的群山;还可以看见满山遍野的农作物。可就在这时，我想跑到厕所去尿尿了，我真的不想离开这温暖的被窝，可我就要尿出来了。我只好选择离开这温暖的被窝，我回来之后，就睡不着了，我只好起床了。

第二天，我还是像星期日一样赖在床上，可这次，我听见了老爸老妈在外面活动的声音，我想：“要不现在就起吧，昨天我已经睡过懒觉了，现在还是起来吧。”想到这，我觉得我确实应该起床了。可就在这时，我的身体好像分出了两个躯体，一个对我说：“对呀对呀，你确实应该起床了。”另一个对我说：“这被窝多温暖呀，干什么要起床呀，大不了多睡一会儿吧。”我心里也十分纠结，起来，还是不起来，不起来，还是起来。我万分犹豫。可最后我还是决定要起床，因为王贞白有一句名言——一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。我也不能浪费我的时间，我今天还有很多事要做呢。一想到这里，我就对自己说：“你一定可以做到的，加油!”我的意智力消灭了心中的嗑睡虫，马上穿好衣服，从梦中回到了现实。

懒惰和别的事情不同，有些事是可以经过朋友的帮助和鼓励完成的，可是战胜懒惰是要自己一个人完成的。

Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept,

I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly,

my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he

told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy,

so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take

in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat

an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food

is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of

myself.

Today, after school, my friends asked me to have dinner with them, I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food.

As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me, but now it seemed to be a kind of torture, I always told myself to eat more than I could bear, my stomach hurt.

The experience to eat buffet lets me realize that I should enjoy the food instead of eat more than I could bear.

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

夕阳下的红光照耀在穷人家的破洋瓷碗中一位老态龙钟的老人正望着远处隐隐约约的山脉，说：“活着，真好!”

听到这句话，我不由得打了一个冷颤。我想到了最近发生的那件事。

一个男青年，从小就受着父母的娇生惯养，是他觉得可以不用学习，就能获得一切;觉得可以不用努力，就能拥有钱财。小学毕业后的他已经厌倦了学习生活，经过父母的多次劝导，他才勉强地上完了初中。中考时，他并没有考上高中，而是进入技术学校学习理发。毕业后的他已经不再是一个刚强有梦想的男儿，他变成了一个行尸走肉，整天吸烟喝酒的人。父母终于忍不下去了，将他痛骂了一番。此时的他气得破门而出，不知走了多久，走到了某小区，他来到这个小区的一栋楼楼顶，纵身而跃，自杀了。

一个拥有健全的身体，一个被父母珍爱的生命，顷刻间，离开了人世。

想到这儿，我不由得想起了我自己。

今年上半年，我看到了英语书上的一个小故事。它讲的大意是在中国的一个偏远的小村庄，有许多孩子需要上学，可在小村庄与学校之间有一条江，这条江下流速度非常快，小船不能在江上行驶。为了让孩子们上学，他们就在江上方建了一条索道，没有钱去建桥。一个记者采访了一位小男孩，他说：“我喜欢上学，我喜欢和老师，同学们一起学习，玩耍。”

在那样一个穷困潦倒的小村庄，却有着极其乐观的人们，他们从不抱怨上天对自己的命运不公，而让行动使我明白幸福。

是啊，活着就是幸福。

那个男青年整天衣食无忧，一直生活在美与爱之间，被甜言蜜语遮住了理想，以至于被父母批评一番，就做出了牺牲的举动。那个小男孩，他既没有美味丰富的午餐，又没有干净整洁的衣服，但他有笑容，有理想，有信心。

每个人的生命都来之不易。可以活着看这些优美的诗词;看这大好的河山;看这浩瀚的星辰，看这世间的盛颜。真幸福啊!

此时老人吃力地走向椅子，缓慢地坐在椅子上，想着茅屋，想着山河，想着中国，想着世界，想着生活。
