今晚，米丝鱼老师和我们有个关于“矿泉水瓶变身秀”的作文约会。我好期待啊!

可是，当我和妈妈坐在电脑前迫不及待地等待米丝鱼老师教我们做实验的时候，米丝鱼老师却好像忘记了这件事似的，一直讲画导图的技巧，过了好一会儿才用充满激情的声音对我们说：“同学们，我相信你们想做手工已经很久了，现在，我们就来玩矿泉水瓶大变身吧!”“好!”同学们边积极回应边急不可耐地握紧材料，随时准备做实验。

实验第二站是在戳了眼的地方把矿泉水瓶剪成上下两截。我拿起剪刀，对准矿泉水瓶上刚戳好的小洞，猛扎下去，可剪刀和矿泉水瓶却不配合地跳起了斗牛舞，我不甘心，左手紧握矿泉水瓶，右手拿稳剪刀，再次对准小洞使劲戳下去，只听“咔嚓”一声，终于剪开了一个口子，我沿着瓶身好不容易剪了下来，却剪得参差不齐，我不气馁，再次耐心地尽量把剪下来的矿泉水瓶的边沿修剪平整。这时，米丝鱼老师对我们说：“现在把上半部分的瓶盖拧下来，上半部分就变成了一个漏斗。”我拧开一看：哇哦，真的耶!

实验第三站是给下半部分矿泉水瓶做装饰。我先拿来了黄色的彩纸，剪成相等的两根小条，分别贴在它的上下两端。接着在中间贴了一个绿色爱心形便利贴，由于贴得不稳，于是我贴上了双面胶，让它牢牢地固定在了矿泉水瓶下半部分的中间。都贴好以后，我还用勾线笔在便利贴中间写了两个大大的黑字——作文。然后用蓝色笔在便利贴上轻轻地画了很多小星星。最后我在黄色纸条上分别画了红、粉两种颜色的双重三角形，做成了一个漂亮的笔筒。我赶紧装了一些笔进去，美滋滋地看着它，仿佛听到了笔筒对我说：“谢谢您让我变得有价值，我将忠心为您服务!”

没用的矿泉水瓶成功变身为实用的笔筒，真的是变废为宝了。我将它取名为：文采飞扬。愿它见证我的文笔变得文采飞扬!

记得小的时候的端午节这天，天还没亮就被妈妈煮了一夜的粽子香气给叫醒，便赶紧起床，顾不得洗脸冲向厨房，揭开锅探手取出温热的惦记了一年的粽子，粽叶合着糯米大枣的香气扑鼻沁心，妈妈包的是四个棱角的粽子，一个个紧实玲珑，还没等拆开绳子，口水都咽了好几下了，剥开绿色粽叶，晶莹润泽，撒上白糖，那无与伦比的甜蜜顿时萦绕全身，那种香味对于我来说，比任何食物都好吃几倍!

那时会讶异的发现我和妹妹的手腕上，被妈妈晚上趁我们熟睡时悄悄绕上了五色丝线，惊喜的感觉不亚于如今的孩子收到圣诞礼物。妈妈说那是彩绳避邪的。

还要佩香囊。小孩佩香囊，不但有避邪驱瘟的意思，而且佩戴它，对于小姑娘那真是一种最美的装饰品。香囊内有朱砂、雄黄、香药，外包以丝布，各家有各家的形状，最常见的有石榴、元宝、海棠等等，形形色色，清香四溢，玲珑夺目。这一天就是弥散着特殊香氛的一天，女孩子聚在一起拿出香囊互相观赏，比比谁的样子好看香气最足，免不了馈赠几个给朋友带回家里慢慢品赏，看看它的香味到底能持多久。也常有调皮的男娃娃趁小姑娘不备，伸手抢几个，一溜跑开，气的女孩忙追去…

晚上，大人们忙碌了一天坐在餐桌旁，这一天要拿出贮备了久时的好酒，在酒盅里加上雄黄——喝上一盅雄黄酒;那时最爱听父母讲端午节的来历，从他们的讲述中知道了许仙和白娘娘美丽动人的故事，爸爸说白娘娘是白蛇变的，她喜欢上了叫一个许仙的书生，两人如何在断桥相识，白娘娘为许仙不顾一切的去盗取灵芝草，但是许仙听从了一个法海和尚，就在端午节这天，在酒里面放了雄黄让白素贞喝下，果然美丽的白娘娘变成了一条白蛇……，我们听的入了神，记得妈妈还逗我们说：你们也喝点看看能不能变成蛇?我们将信将疑的抿了一口有着特殊的药味的雄黄酒，那时真的担心自己长出蛇的样子来，不时摸摸身后……

今天，没有起早，没有采蒿，没有人给佩戴香囊和五色丝带，也搞不到雄黄酒，只是唯独吃到了妈妈包的粽子，还是止不住让我想念过去的端午节，那种有着中国浓厚传统文化的节日。现在的洋节也开始被我们接受，开始逐渐兴起了，而有着悠久历史和浓郁文化传统的端午节却被韩国注册了，我们过节的味道也越来越淡了，

可惜!又是一年粽香时。

“自制是一种秩序，一种对快乐与欲望的控制。”“你要控制自己的情绪，否则你的情绪便控制了你。”这是古希腊人柏拉图、法国著名文学家大仲马对自律的描述。正如这两位名人所说，自律，是一个人极其重要的品质，也是决定我们成功与否的关键。

在我平时的学习过程中，我也体会到了自律——这种让人控制自己的能力的重要性。先看我自己——有时，我觉得英语作业背诵很麻烦，老师也不一定会抽查到。但因为自律，我还是会尽量调整心态，然后把作业完成好，才继续完成下一项。连续几天，没有抽查到我，我甚至有些沮丧。可在课堂上，看到有些同学没背熟紧张忐忑的样子，我又暗自感谢我的自律。后来叫到我，我流利的背下来，也使我尝到了一些学习中的乐。这些乐积攒起来，成了促使我更加自律的动力。

再看同学——下课时，总有不少同学在学习，看书、写作业、预习、背古文。虽然很辛苦，但放学时，有的同学早已在一天中积累了不少知识。这知识不多，但经过日积月累，涓涓细流汇成江河，能对学习产生巨大的帮助。这——不是自律带来的好处吗?

自律固然好，但人，难免还会有松懈的时候。我也一样，时不时会开小差。于是，我便每周列出一个大计划，每日总结出一个小计划，按着计划去做，一步一步走。时不时比较一下前天、昨天、今天，规划一下明天。有时不想自律了，便用计划来约束一下自己。列出的计划，不可过多或过少，让自己既能劳逸结合，又不至松散。而在完成时，最好能高效率，提前完成，这样既能完成计划，还可以产生成就感，让明天轻松些;甚至，也可以提前休息。计划很重要，但也一定不能只按部就班地照做，有时也要随机应变地调整一下。

自律，也要控制自我的情绪。与别人发生矛盾、冲突时，要先控制好情绪，思考一下，我有没有错?如果有，立刻改正。在有些时候，我明明知道自己错了，仍不想承认，结果总是会产生更大的冲突。因此，控制好情绪，是自律中重要的一部分。

自律不难，但又很难。只要努力，必能做到自律;但要自律，却需要不断地努力，不停地告诫自己，让自己拥有强大的控制自我的能力。我想，自律一定会是通往成功路上的一剂良药，帮助我们不断前进!
