突然间，我明白了，嫉妒心是人性中自带的弱点，几乎是人人都有。只是看每个人如何与心中的这个“小恶魔”相处，相处不好，也许就会被它所指使，做出一些你曾经所不堪的`，甚至是违背道德法律的事;而如果你能强大自己，与心中的这个“小恶魔”和平相处，也许它会是给你动力的“小天使”，把嫉妒心化成奋斗力，当自己渐渐强大了，回头的时候才发现自己曾经的嫉妒心里是多么的幼稚。

所以，和自己心中的嫉妒心交朋友吧，给它正能量，让它成为给我们动力的“小天使”，更加努力向上!共勉!

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

There are many people are deaf among the sixty billion population. They dont have a sound body. They have to face much more difficulties than common people in their daily life. However, there is a big problem they have to face. It is the unfair treatment. As they are disabled, they often looked down upon or teased by others. Many people regard them as useless. In fact, this behavior is not approval. The deaf are human beings that need to be treated equality. They can also make contribution or be useful people for the society. They just couldnt see everything by eyes instead of foolish. For example, Helen Keller is a blind person, but she uses her own story to inspire thousands of people around the world. So, I think we should give a chance to the deaf. Do not discriminate them and try your best to offer them help. The world will be a better world.

在六十亿人口中有很大一部分是聋人。他们并不拥有健全的身体。他们在日常生活中要比普通人面对更多的困难。然而，有一个他们不得不面对的大问题。那就是不公平待遇。他们都是残疾人，往往会被歧视或欺负。很多人认为他们是废人。事实上，这种行为是不应该的。聋人也是人类也需要公平对待。他们也可以为社会做贡献或成为对社会有用的人。他们只是眼睛看不到东西并不是笨蛋。例如，海伦凯勒就是盲人，但是她用她自己的故事来激励了世界各地成千上万的人。所以，我认为我们应该给聋人一个机会。不歧视他们，尽量帮助他们。世界将会变得更美好。

过去的过去，你陪我看风吹过花影。

过去的我，总是用模糊不清的话语和你说话，你总是笑着听我说，有时看我说得激动的时候便会为我鼓掌，年幼的我，最喜欢的莫过于你那富有磁性的声音和悦耳的鼓掌声，认为那是我今生最大的快乐了。我的童年是在深圳度过的，夏夜，蝉鸣的厉害，蚊子也让人害怕，每每这时，总会有那么一个人，轻轻地，轻轻地将那些让人浮想联翩的故事，催我入睡。深圳的冬天，在我眼里是没有雪的，有些花还在开着，未谢。过去，依晨为我记忆中最美好的一颗璀璨的明星。

现在的现在，你我身隔异地却相思。

现在的我，正值青春年少，对未来有着太多的憧憬。你却在异地打工，蓦地想起，离别之际你那佝偻的身影，心，不由得痛。猛地一抬头，灯还亮着，这又让我想起了你的头。记得小时候，我特别喜欢摸你那光光的头，还爱笑着问你为什么没有头发时，你总是笑而不语。现在，我终于知道那次去买鞋，那服务员为什么把你叫做我爷爷;那次去苏州，别人为什么说我像你孙女。那是因为，你头上长出的全是白花花的头发，比爷爷的还多，比奶奶的还白，为了我你才会有那么多白头发，也是因为我，你才会去剃光头。现在，年少轻狂的岁月已成为永恒。

未来的未来，我陪你赏过每一处景。

未来的我，不管怎样，不管在何地，都不会忘记你，也许那时的我三十而立，你也年过花甲了，毕竟，岁月不饶人，你那原本佝偻的身影是否会显得更苍老，你是否会让你的银发露出，不知你是否还会为我讲故事，不知……也许在你们眼里，施舍一点钱便叫你感激涕零，给你一个微笑便能温暖你的心。但在我眼里，他的身影，才会是我一辈子的感动，绝对不会忘记，绝对……

因为他那佝偻的身影，我长大了，我学会理解他人了，我学会关心他人了。所以，爸爸，请您相信女儿，我一定会铭记过去的过去，把握现在的现在，为未来的未来而拼搏。

今天，在这个以经济为发展主流，充满物质诱惑的社会中，要保持一颗淡泊名利，“宁静而致远”的简单心境是非常不容易的。“淡泊以明志”是人生的最高境界，淡不是平淡，是绚烂至极也，是素静质朴，宁静深沉，是深邃的执著，是内心的祥和，是深入的淡定，是物我两忘的境界。

高山无语，深水无波。淡泊名利--作为做人的一种准则和风格，它是对人生的深层领悟，是人生境界的极致。淡是一种醒悟和超脱，坚持“有所不为然后有所为”，特立独行而不趋炎附势，稳重坚韧而不浮华燥动，义无反顾而举重若轻。

淡泊名利，就要把事业看得神圣，把明利看得很轻，不经心在意。不能把高官厚禄，物质生活成为约束自己的桎梏。淡然，无影无形，却是一种大智慧。淡者，宽容，谨慎，执著，从而不忘乎所以。淡是底色，成就华章。心灵淡然若水，人生就如行云流水，轻盈飘逸。大家大成莫不如此。

世界上凡是贪图物质享受的人，他们的生活就会陷于靡烂，精神空虚不堪，品德不会高尚。为了能得到更高一层享受，可以不择手段，钻营名利，勾心斗角，甚至于卑躬屈漆，丧尽天良，投人所好，失去了大节，丢掉了人格。

当前，绝大多数人还是为生计而奔波。一些人还是为名利而周旋于社会，人际，工作之间。我并不排斥物质，人人都有追求较好物质生活的权力，但也要“君之爱财取之有道”。正当的追求上进，积极进取是无可非议的，要大力弘扬的，奋斗者可敬，进取者可钦，所向披靡者可佩，热烈拥抱生活者可亲。

淡泊名利，说到底是一个人如何看待和处理得与失的问题。人的欲望是永远不会满足的。当你用不正当的行为得到了高贵的社会地位出人头地了，但你不知不觉中失去了青春，朋友，甚至是做人的尊颜。你每天山珍海味，食之无味，不如粗茶淡饭活的自在。“人生一世，草木一秋”，生命是短暂的，生命易逝，美好的东西难以保持。

我们每个人应该抱有这样得人生态度，在社会上尽可能积极进取，在内心深处为自己保留一份超脱，一份淡然。

放假了，我和老妈决定去外公家常回家看看。不出所料，外公一见到我就欢喜得不得了，外婆也做了一桌好菜。我狼吞虎咽时，发现了一盘剩菜，在满桌的鸡鸭鱼肉里，它显得那么突兀。我完全不屑去吃它，外公却吃得不亦乐乎我看见妈妈的脸色阴沉下来。吃完饭，妈妈端起那盘剩菜，走进了厕所。

晚饭时，外公发现那盘剩菜不见了，有些生气，又有些疑惑，他皱着眉头，问：昨天剩的菜哪去了?还可以吃几天呢，肯定是你们把它倒掉了!妈妈不耐烦地撇着嘴唇，眉毛向上一扬，说：是我把它倒掉了，前几天的菜还留着吃，不怕有病菌吗?!妈妈的语气很不好，一下子激怒了外公，只见外公的嘴角不停的抽动，瞪着一双红眼，把筷子拍在桌子上，吓了我一跳。就你明白?就你懂?我都吃了几十年剩菜了，一点事都没有!妈妈也不甘示弱：老糊涂!说了会有病菌了!你还吃吃吃!我听得胆战心惊，迅速扒完饭，离开了餐厅。

晚上，我和外公外婆在客厅看电视。妈妈因为生外公的气，一个人在卧室里。整个家静默的可怕，外面沙沙的下雨声却格外真切。

妈妈突然走出来，瞪了外公一眼，不声不响地穿上鞋，下楼去散心了。外公叹了一口气，默默走上阳台，拿了两把伞，匆匆赶下楼去。

亲情有时就像我的外公和妈妈之间一样，尽管有时候是板着脸的，是刻板的，暴躁的，但在它难以让人接近的外表下，藏着一颗温情的心它丝毫不逊色那些温柔的亲情，它一样可以让人感到温暖。
