当然这种弱化需要辩证地看待。对于出国留学网传统文化中糟粕的东西，这种弱化无疑有益。但是对于那些类似“老吾老，以及人之老;幼吾幼，以及人之幼”、“贫而无谄，富而无骄”之类优秀的东西，这种弱化就不应该了。因为，恰恰是孕育于后者之中的伦理规范与价值观念，成为构筑现代人格的重要力量之一。

在重阳节被一些年轻人逐渐淡忘的背后，我们看到的是传统文化教育的脆弱，好在这种淡漠已经引起社会的注意。目前北京已有25所中小学把诵读四书五经的部分内容列入课程表。在全国估计已有100万孩子开始把诵读古诗文作为日常学习的必修课。

滕王阁坐落在江西省南昌市西北部沿江路赣江东岸，它与湖北黄鹤楼、湖南的岳阳楼并称为江南三大名楼，因初唐才子王勃作《滕王阁序》让其在三楼中最早天下扬名，故又被誉为江南三大名楼之首。

滕王阁历史悠久，永徽三年（652年），李元婴迁苏州刺史，调任洪州都督时，从苏州带来一班歌舞乐伎，终日在都督府里盛宴歌舞。后来又临江建此楼阁为别居，实乃歌舞之地。因李元婴在贞观年间曾被封于山东省滕州故为滕王，且于滕州筑一阁楼名以滕王阁，后滕王李元婴调任江南洪州，又筑豪阁仍冠名滕王阁，此阁便是后来人所熟知的滕王阁。

以城门为核心，一级高台的南北两翼，有碧瓦长廊。长廊北端为四角重檐挹翠亭，长廊南端为四角重檐压江亭。从正面看，南北两亭与主阁组成一个倚天耸立的山字； 而从飞机上俯瞰，滕王阁则有如一只平展两翅，意欲凌波西飞的巨大鲲鹏。这种绝妙的立面和平面布局，正体现了设计人员的匠心。

由一级高台拾级而上，即达二级高台(象征城墙的台座)。这两级高台共有89级台阶，而新阁恰于1989年落成开放。二级高台的墙体及地坪，均为江西峡江县所产花岗石。高台的四周，为按宋代式样打凿而成的花岗石栏杆，古朴厚重，与瑰丽的主阁形成鲜明的对比。
