你们印象中的小学时怎么样的呢?是和同学一起嬉笑打闹的日子，是在师长的带领下披荆斩棘，还是流连于校园丰富多彩的时光!我的小学也是美好的，但在五年级的时候，因为一件事而蒙上了阴影。

我在学校里是属于那种爱玩，但很守规矩的学生;因为家里也是挺穷的，所以学习很认真。班里则有一些学生不爱学习，喜欢打架闹事的学生，总喜欢无事生非。

一天，我和往常一样在座位上看书，突然听见身后传来“砰~”的一声，我回头一看。那几个爱闹事的学生正在踢教室后面的门，原本已经掉漆的木门在一番攻势下更显得破败。出于保护公物的心，我说了句：“搞坏可是要赔的!”

这个时候一个同学走了过来，脸上的笑容逐渐消失，眉头紧锁，翘着嘴;推了我一下，说：“关你屁事!”。这时，我心中是十分不服，做错了事还理直气壮简直是可恶!我就反过去推了他一下，他没有说话，也没有反击。只是给了我一个眼神，并说：“放学后楼下等我!”

那个下午，我的感觉一股涌流在我心里翻滚，身体开始忽冷忽热，脑子里都在想这件事，心中充满了恐惧!因为对方有好几个人，而就就像一头被野兽困住的羚羊，孤立无援。我想寻求老师的帮助，但是出于自尊心，便放弃了这个想法!

放学后，果然在停自行车的地方，我被他们拦下来并围住了。这个时候我哭了起来，但是夹杂着愤怒，准备做一番困兽之斗时。他们放开了我，嘲笑和辱骂接踵而至。

从那以后我的性格变得内向，并且很害怕那些欺负过我的学生，他们也时不时地会来捉弄和欺负我。也不敢向家长和老师反映。我对自己的懦弱充满了自责，最不能忍受的是我开始以为每个人都会因为我的懦弱嘲笑我。尽管如此，我还是在这样的心理压力下以不错的成绩从小学毕业了!

后来上了初中慢慢地就从这件事的阴影中走了出来了，开始交朋友变得外向起来。但是我想借这件事告诉那些正在经历或是经历过校园暴力或冷暴力的同学，那些欺负你的同学并不比你勇敢，他们只是以为欺负别人能使自己看起来强大他们的内心是自卑的!

如果你在学校受到欺负，要及时告诉家长和老师，他们永远是你坚强的后盾，会给你正确的开导!如果看到同学被欺负，也要及时站出来，然后让那些霸凌别人的同学受到应有的惩罚，这是真正勇敢无畏的人会做出的选择!

The convenience of preparing food today is amazing. Even stoves have gotten too slow for us. Microwave cooking is much easier. 幸福，我曾拥有过，也一直拥有着。记得初三刚开学没多久，我就得了重感冒。那天夜里，我全身发寒，而且头晕，实在熬不住了，就告诉了班主任。那时已经是十一点多了，班主任知道后，便叫了几个同学帮我把湿透的衣服换了，然后又送我去了医院。

毕竟是初春，气温还很低，而且半路上又淅淅沥沥下着小雨，班主任见状，便把外套脱了，执意让我穿上。坐在医院大厅的椅子上，我分明清晰的听到班主任一连打了好几个喷嚏，而他却硬挺着说不冷。那时候，我莫名的想哭，心中已经被暖流充斥了，寒意也似乎散净了。班主任帮我办理好了住院手续后，又叫寝室长在医院里陪我。我知道，班主任让我一个人呆在医院是不会放心的。

那晚，我一直不停的咳嗽，又还不时的乱动，翻来覆去的捣腾了一夜，寝室长一定没休息好。而寝室长又还是篮球队的，第二天一早还得训练，可她毫无怨言，第二天早上还帮我准备好了才去学校。在爸妈还没到医院的时候，班主任一直在医院与学校之间穿梭，尽管他已经安排同学陪我了。每次都来去匆匆，因为在学校，还有四五十个孩子需要他。

下午，看到爸妈走进医院的时候，我有些不太欣悦，可现在想想，又不禁有些自责。毕竟爸妈接到电话的那时候，爸也还在石门住院啊。爸听说我生病了，倔着第二天要出院，要回来陪我。爸平时看起来很严格，不善言谈，但这也许就是父爱无声吧!

那次感冒，虽然身体上很难受，但心灵上、精神上带给我的是莫大的慰藉，我从未有过如此的幸福感。

幸福其实很简单，父母的一句叮咛;老师一个关注的眼神;朋友的一声问候;陌生人的一次帮助……这些又何尝不是幸福呢?幸福有时却又挺复杂的，他需要我们用心去体会，它甚至会让我们在不经意间成熟、懂事，它是一种感受，一种爱的感觉。
