所以我们要把握住现在的时光，但是我们如何把握住现在的时光呢？我认为首先要有一个事实可行的事情作为目标，然后为了这个目标去努力的奋斗，这样才能够取得成功，但是这一条道路并不是一帆风顺的，这是一条充满着挫折困难的路，面对这条路我们千万不要迟疑，这条路的最后一定是充满阳光的。千万别因为等待“最佳时机”而让沸腾的思想冷却下来，那样只能让我们失去一个精彩的今天。

把握现在，也是坦然地面对自己与他人，不必为失去的机遇而扼腕长叹，也不必为不公平的现象而患得患失。因为谁都想充分证实自己，实现与理想毫不相悖的人生价值。但是，期望与现实往往发生冲突，我们所获得的未必是所期望的，所以不如现在我们就踏踏实实地去收获一份真实的自我。不仅如此，把握现在，还是充分地体验生活中的幸福与快乐。因此我们不必苛求生活的美好。反倒是一份称心的成绩，一个健康的身体，一份温暖的母爱……却能够成为我们幸福与快乐。但是与之相反的，病魔的光临，亲情的疏离……有时也让我们无法逃避却又带着一丝的幻想。不过让我们换一种思维去思考这件事情，却能够在痛苦的体验当中，更加的领悟到什么叫幸福与快乐，从而懂得把握现在和加倍珍惜今天的拥有。所以把握现在也是获得一个真正的自我、有幸福快乐的自我。

起床

当阳光照进房间时，我睁开惺忪的睡眼，坐在床上，对着床边的话筒说：“我要去上班了！”立刻就有一个机器人提着箱子走进房间，并把我的早餐放在悬浮桌上，那是装着咖啡的水珠和一个微型三明治。机器人帮我把水珠上面的第一层可食用塑料膜撕去，再将它放在悬浮桌上，再把悬浮桌推到我面前，打开欣赏模式后便出去了，让我一边享用早餐，一边欣赏假乱真的全息投影出来的风景。当我吃完后，我又对着话筒说：“我吃完了。”机器人又进来，帮我选择合适的衣服、上班所用的文件，还有乘坐UFO票递给我，并为我开门。

上班

我站在传送带上，说出我要去的地方，还未等我眨一下眼，我便走出传送带，进入UFO起飞场。我把票递给检票的机器人，它用眼睛把我一扫，我就进到UFO里了。我找到自己的座位，坐了下来，靠在十分柔软的椅子上，闭目养神。一会儿，一个甜美的语音响起：“各位乘客，本次终点站——YY火星已经到达，请在座位前的屏幕上输入您的目的地，欢迎下次光临。”我选择语音模式，告知我的目的地。很快就用传送带将我送到XX公司大楼，在明亮宽敞的办公室里，我开始工作。

回家

下班的时间到了，我打开办公室的微型人工智能电脑，命令道：“购买返回UFO票。”同时输入我的人品密码，随着“滋”的一声，一张UFO票立刻出现在我的手中。我坐着UFO，很快回到了家。在机器人的周到服务下，我躺到床上，开启美梦模式，渐渐地进入了甜美的梦乡。

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

2050年，我开着飞船回到家乡——慈溪。啊，家乡的变化可真大呀！回到家，我大吃一惊：家里怎么变那么小了？正当我疑惑不解时，妈妈不慌不忙地按了一个“放大”按钮。哇，奇迹发生了！原本很小的房子变成了一个很大的别墅。

中午时分，妈妈说，“午饭时间到了，吃饭了。”可是餐桌上却空空如也，难道妈妈这么招待从火星回来的儿子吗？妈妈大概看出了我的心思，她轻轻地说了声“准备午饭”。一位机器人像受了特殊命令，一边哼着欢快的小曲一边从角落边踱过来，走到餐桌旁，不紧不慢地打开胸前的显示屏，操着一口流利的普通话让我们点菜。我们在屏幕上点了几个喜欢的菜，机器人急匆匆地步入厨房。两分钟后，这些菜都烧好了。机器人附赠了一句：根据您的地理位置以及您童年的饮食数据，赠送主食为米饭。请慢慢享用，祝用餐愉快！

吃饭时妈妈告诉我，现在的生活真的离不开机器人了。饭后，我参观了很多机器人，有大有小，这些机器人不仅是妈妈的好助手，而且也是妈妈的好朋友。

最神奇的机器人是煤气机器人，只要发现有煤气泄漏，它可以把煤气全部吸进去，经过转换吐出来氧气。如果当时主人正好在厨房，机器人则会变出一个防毒面具，让主人尽快逃离厨房，然后关上密封门，吸干净煤气。

那是一个快乐的星期天，我和妈妈兴高采烈地坐着地铁去未来生活馆参观。

未来生活馆位于上海红星美凯龙家居城内。一走进家居城，我就被直达五楼的观光电梯吸引住了。我怀着好奇的心情，走进观光电梯，开始了未来之旅。

未来生活馆有两个场馆，五楼是2050生活馆，六楼是2500生活馆。未来的世界让我大开眼界，未来的餐厅可以和不在身边的家人朋友聊天、分享美食。未来可以利用电脑模拟搭配衣服；可以自由选择营养菜谱；可以进行自动化地管理；也可以驾驶飞行器去各地游玩……其中，最让我震撼的是环球立体荧幕，它向我们展示了神秘的2500未来世界。在那里，人们可以在森林、大海里快乐地生活；可以与鸟儿、鱼儿为伴；也可以驾驶着汽车在蔚蓝的天空自由飞行。

未来生活馆的一切，真是太神奇了！我仿佛坐上了时光飞机，穿梭到了未来。

我们进屋休息了半晌，就准备吃午饭。我们先在院子里洒上水，把桌椅饭菜搬出去，大家围坐在大圆桌旁，谈笑风生。今天的菜肴充满着浓浓的乡村风味：草鸡又嫩又鲜，鸡蛋又大又黄，蔬菜非常新鲜，又嫩又绿。坐在一边的翁娅男悄悄告诉我：“这些蔬菜都是刚从土里挖出来的喔！”难怪我觉得这些笋、青菜都特别好吃！

吃过午饭，我们去茶山采茶。茶园就在山坡上，绿油油的一大片。翁娅男妈妈告诉我们：“采茶时要拣枝头上最嫩的两片芽叶，因为刚冒出来的芽很嫩，用开水泡起来很香。”我们拣较嫩的茶叶，很快就采了两大盘。

这时，小主人小虎对我们说：“我们去捉蝌蚪吧！”大家异口同声地答应了。到了池塘，我们看见许多黑黝黝的小蝌蚪，在水里快活地游来游去。它们长着大大的脑袋，细长的尾巴，真可爱！我们学着小虎的样子，悄悄地把手伸进水里，对准一只蝌蚪，迅速合拢双手。哈，抓住了一只！我一共抓了五只，打算观察一段时间再把它们放回大自然。

我们成长在城市里，有我们快乐的童年，我们的学校都是高楼大厦，学校里有宽大明亮的教室，先进的电教设备，计算机房，宽敞舒适的操场，学校的环境特别好，我们天天都在绿阴下上课和生活。老师的教导，给我心里播下了绿的种子，生的希望。

在我班里有好多从农村跟随父母进城打工的同学，他们和我们城里成长的孩子一样享受着同样的幸福生活。共同享受着读书的快乐和幸福生活。可是还有好多留守在农村的弟弟妹妹们在陈旧破烂危房里读书，无法与我们相比，他们缺少童年的欢乐生活。我在书中和报纸上看到了一则感人最深的故事就是“希望工程的大眼睛”，她对读书的渴望和知识的追求。

我生长在城市里对农村过去和现在了解很少，只有在新闻联播里看到国家主席胡爷爷和总理温爷爷等领导人对三农问题的高度重视，建了好多好多的希望小学，改善了他们的学习条件，祖国把希望寄托在少年读书强国上。我在与同学交流中了解到祖国各地农村的新变化。“希望小学”给祖国带来了读书益民的希望。我在书中找到了祖国富强基于少年强则国强其中让我奋发读书的警句，催我奋进：“鸟欲高飞先振翅，人求上进先读书，不吃饭则饥，不读书则愚。劳动是知识的源泉；知识是生活的指南，要学蜜蜂采百花，问遍百家成行家。蜂采百花酿甜蜜，人读群书明真理。”

因为祖国农民人口占据了总人数的大部分，我们都是生长在祖国同一蓝天下，都是祖国未来的希望。

我国农民住在辽阔的土地上，他们所住地方的自然条件和生存条件与我们城市的条件截然不同，特别是农民的文化建设，各地的发展水平很不一致，有些偏僻农村的少年朋友因贫穷上不起学或缀学，而造成了农村与城市青少年的学习水平不一致，为了改变和加强农村农民文化水平的提高，国家每年都要派出大学毕业生到农村支教或当村官，他们给农村增添了新的力量。

现在，我国农村都设有了图书馆、综合文化站等设施，国家建设这些建筑设施为的是让农民的文化水平有很大的提高。我知道要想使祖国繁荣昌盛需要知识性的人才，而知识来源于书籍。只有多读书，才能使头脑丰富起来，长大以后当国家的栋梁之才，改变农民的生活。

光阴似箭，一转眼，一个暑假就快结束了。快乐的时光总是短暂。在这个暑假中，我学会了做甜点和游泳，长了本领;去了无锡，领略太湖风光。其中做令我难忘的就是去学游泳。

暑假的一天，妈妈说带我去游泳，我高兴的蹦了起来。

到了游泳池，好多的人啊。有的大人在蛙泳，有的小孩在互相泼水花玩，还有的人在比赛看谁游得快。看他们像一条条鱼儿一样在水中穿梭自如，看的我心里痒痒。想下去游，又不会，只好坐在岸边眼馋。

妈妈首先下水游了一圈，回头看我还在岸边发呆，好像明白我既想下水玩个痛快，又怕呛水的心情。于是笑眯眯的问我“是不是也想学啊?我来教你。”我喜出望外，马上连声说道：”想!想!想!”

“学游泳要有耐心……”妈妈的话还没说完，旁边有人“噗通”一声跳进了泳池。看别人一个猛扎子一下轻松游出几米远，看起来好轻松的样子。我暗暗得意，心想游泳不就是那么回事嘛。没想到，等我一下水，扑棱两下马上呛了一口水，咳得我满脸通红半天喘不过气来。我就像一只泄了气的皮球，一下子游兴全无了。“不学了，什么破游泳池，走了!”妈妈追上来，对我说：“游泳哪有不呛水的。不急，我们慢慢来。做任何事情都要有毅力，游泳也是一样的。我们一步一步来，首先我们先想办法让身体浮起来。”

我听了妈妈的话，鼓起勇气，小心翼翼得来到浅水区。妈妈先叫我憋气，闷到水里。慢慢我感觉身体竟然浮起来了。我喜出望外，不过马上憋不住气了，只好浮出水面大口呼吸。几次以后，感觉自己憋气的时间越来越长了，就顺手划了几下，浮出水面时发现游了一米多远。我高兴得在水里手舞足蹈，拍起大片的水花，感觉掌握了游泳窍门。接下来，我又试着手脚并用，狗刨了几下，居然又游了一两米远。

太阳渐渐下山，我依依不舍地回家了。这一天真开心呀，我终于学会了游泳的基本功。

盼望着，盼望着，我心爱的暑假终于来临啦!

假期的序幕一拉开，我就想做一件事看书。于是期末考试一结束，我就非要妈妈带我去新开的新华书店过过眼瘾。没办法，妈妈只好带我过去了。我像打了胜仗的大将军一样，雄赳赳气昂昂地来到了新华书店。我一进去就完全沉浸在书海中，足足看了三小时，妈妈也足足催了我三小时，我才恋恋不舍地回到了家。回到家里，我的心里还在想《校园三剑客》的主人公杨歌，他那个超能力才叫帅呀!不像爸爸那个电视迷说的：“你看邓超多帅呀!而且人也好，给学生造图书馆”

暑假最清凉快乐的事当然是游泳啦!我在柳市卡卡游泳馆学游泳。我换上泳衣，做了几个热身运动，就下水了。我连着学了三个必备动作：憋气，漂浮和换气。憋气可是我的强项，别看我很瘦，你猜我最多可以憋多久?猜不到吧，大约35秒!上次教练给我计时，我也很吃惊，都不敢相信。经过这20天的学习，我取得了很大的进步。游泳考试那天，我们听说这里最高纪录是一个小孩游到了410米。我蠢蠢欲动，觉得自己也行，想要露一手。当我游到350米时，教练突然说：“你可以了，下一个!”我急了，说：“我还可以游，为什么要停?”你猜教练怎么说?他说：“假如你抽筋了，还要我跳下来救你吗?”同学们听了都哈哈大笑起来，还有个同学都笑的差点喝水了。我心里很生气，心想：是不是不想让我打破这里的纪录呀?哼!

这个暑假我不仅看了很多书，学会了游泳，而且还学了好多特长班。下个暑假，我要学更多新知识，新技能。

It is said that the scene ofSunriseis beautiful, but I had never seen it before. It was so hot last night that I didn’t sleep well. Early this morning I got up and came to the balcony to relax. It was cool outside. I looked up at the sky, the sparse stars twinkling there. Everything around me was dim. I gazed at the east, where the sky was lightening. 时光老人把时间的摆针拨得飞快，快乐的暑假就象一道闪电，眨眼而过。在过去的五十多天里，我游览了许多地方，增长了见识;我读了不少书，学到了新知识;我天天打球，提高了球技;在玩和学的同时，我也对即将到来的四年级进行了思考……

我和妈妈到广州旅游。广州真是个好地方，好吃的不说，好玩的更多。景色怡人的天河公园，简直是蜜蜂、蝴蝶的天堂，花的海洋。那花儿红的似火，粉的如霞，白的象雪，黄的赛金，黑的比墨，蓝的同天，美不胜收!香江野生动物园奇禽异兽数不胜数，让人大开眼界;看长隆大马戏表演的过瘾劲，到现在还回味无穷;广州青少年科技馆既让我玩得痛快，又让我探索到科技的奥妙，学到了知识;佛山的南风古灶使我知道了中国悠久长远的历史文化，又让我体会到了玩陶的乐趣……

暑假期间，我和表弟两大高手云集二姨家，“同谋而合”，“各显神通”，相互交流在学习“战场”上的经验，结果双方都大有长进。我教表弟学英语，心里总是憋着气，因为他背几个单词就得花上半小时，还背得磕磕绊绊。如果让他背一篇课文，几天都背不下来。甚至别说背了，就是让他读一遍课文，他都读得不通顺、不流畅。不过经过我们的努力，表弟终于领会到了背英语的方法，把单词和课文背流畅了。表弟教我学数学，也是气得够呛。

我对他提的问题总是一问三不知。对于我来说，他的问题太深奥了，让我摸不着头脑，所以在做题时，我总是一筹莫展。还好，表弟没有泄气，反而更认真教我。在他的精心教导下，我学会了很多解题的方法，数学有了很大的进展。我教表弟，表弟教我，既传授了知识，又提高了自己，一举两得，真好!
