It is of great importance to make and maintain a green campus in our university or college. My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head teacher says health is themost important thing. Needless to say, adults living in the same house may have very different eating habits as well. If they don’t want to cook a lot of different dishes, it’s common now to eat out at restaurants several times a week.

Healthful eating is also easier than ever now. When people cook, they use new fat substitutes and cooking sprays to cut fat and calories. This reduces the risk of heart disease and high cholesterol. Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

Our lifestyle is fast, but people still like good food. What new food preparation technology has given us is more choices. Today, we can prepare food that is more convenient, healthier, and of greater variety than ever before in history.

一早，我们坐上大巴车，经过3个小时的车程，先到北缸窑大院吃午饭，随后到达酒店：牛角山温泉度假酒店。酒店在群山环绕之中，远处的山上雨雾缭绕，像在仙境中。酒店面向象鼻山，山下就是“冲关我最牛”的水上舞台，下午，我们就沿着观景长廊漫游。晚上坐在沙滩上观看“畲乡儿女情”演出，微风习习，非常惬意。

第二天的任务就是征服有“江南小九寨沟”之称的武义牛头山，牛头山海拔1560米，相传为老子的坐骑青牛所化。唐代道教领袖叶法善天师常在山里采药炼丹，他共侍奉了自高宗、武则天至玄宗五朝唐皇。叶天师105岁在牛头山羽化仙去后，乡人建殿崇祀。钦定《四库全书》载：叶天师殿，在县东牛头山，祀叶法善真人。来到牛头山国家森林公园爬山，那山真是太美了!满山树木青翠欲滴，峡谷里的水清澈见底，透着一股凉意。经过银索桥、一线天，一路险峻无比，简直太刺激了!可前面的朋友说，这算什么?金索桥才叫险呢!我更加好奇了，仿佛脚底抹油，尽管一身的汗水加雨水，可一点儿也不觉得累。爬到半山腰，有人指着头顶啧啧惊叹，我仰头一看，天哪!一根长长的“电线杆”横亘在二山山顶之间，那就是金索桥，走在上面会是什么感觉呢?带着这个疑问我加快了脚下的步伐，来到桥边，又是另一番景象，桥身由近两米宽的木板铺成，两旁有直径五六厘米的铁索做成的扶手，还有网兜护栏，给人一种安全感。整座索桥悬在两座山顶之间，两边各有一座凉亭，桥身由铁索固定，底下没有任何支撑，走上去晃晃悠悠的，有的人还故意摇起来，我感觉心惊肉跳的，可还是坚持走完了，为了奖励我，妈妈在终点的凉亭给我拍照留念。

最好玩的要算激情漂流了，在皮艇上，有一种轻飘飘的感觉，当每次进入滑坡区时，就感觉地动山摇的。

接下来的几天我们还游览了俞源的太极星象村，这里有许多太极，最小的直径只有一厘米;农博园采莲蓬;石鹅湖景区，那里有清泉、有树木、还有亭子、甚至有野猴子呢!进行了温泉浴和鱼疗，还有水上乐园……真是太好玩了，令我流连忘返!

盼来盼去终于盼到暑假来临，猛地轻松下来，还很不适应。

首先，每天早上还是6：00左右就自然醒了，想睡懒觉都不可能。生物钟已成规律，等调整好也快开学了，不如保持老样子，就6：00起床吧。

在小区里跑上几圈，感受心脏加速跳动，让身体大汗淋漓一次。迎着朝阳漫步，聆听晨鸟的啼鸣，呼吸清新的空气，欣赏错落有致的葱茏植被。下定决心：这个暑假一定要坚持锻炼。

也不用着急上班迟到，可以好好做一顿丰盛的早餐，享受一下四菜一汤的舌尖美味。

洗洗衣服拖拖地，整理每个房间，让家里变得温馨舒适。坐下来，吃着水果，看会儿电视剧，心中好惬意，这难得的慢生活!

整理好思绪，把心中所想变成文字，虽然博客文章无法像别人一样一天三篇，但是我已养成写文的习惯。生活的点滴终于有迹可循，偶尔回看，总是勾起美好的回忆。

送大宝上辅导班，送二宝上幼儿园，平时都是爸爸接送，现在妈妈可算有时间了，二宝高兴地手舞足蹈，每天都吵着说：“妈妈送我!”“妈妈来接我啦!”对于孩子的亏欠终于有所弥补。

暑假这一天，我真快乐!

我是一名小学6年级的学生，学校给我们一人发了一本《低碳环保》的知识读本。起初，我并不知道什么是低碳生活，通过阅读书中的内容，我知道了全球环境污染严重，生态平衡遭到破坏，严重影响了我们的生活质量。我决心从自己做起，从点滴做起，从生活做起，为保护环境尽自己的心，出自己的力。

首先，我要从节约用纸做起。我们学生都离不开纸，例如：写作业、读书、考试等都要用纸，它是我们的必须品。在平常的学习中，我注意保护课本，尽量不乱写乱画，循环使用，延长使用时间。我让妈妈将以前我用过的本子中未用完的纸重新装订成一个本子，用来作草稿，把正反面充分利用。纸上尽量写满字，不随便撕毁，写作业要认真专心，减少错误，也能减少纸的浪费。我在同学中宣传要节约用纸，因为纸是由树木“变”的，节约用纸就等于保护森林，保护环境。

然后我们要节约用水，大家是不是想问我怎么节约用水?我告诉你们吧。洗脸、洗手，尽量使用脸盆。洗衣服时集中洗，剩下的水可以用来拖地。我在洗澡的时侯，妈妈把水放到大盆子里，浴后的水可以用来洗拖把，冲马桶。我还在马桶的水箱里放了一个装满水的瓶子，这样冲水时可以减少水量。以前我总爱和小朋友们打水枪，现在很少玩了。因为这样很浪费水，我们要节约用水，保护淡水资源。

我们还要节约用电，电和每一个人的关系非常密切，我们都离不开电。如手机、电视机、电脑、加湿器等。为了省电，我决定每周少玩一次电脑，少看一次电视。这样既能保护眼睛，还能节约用电。

要想低碳生活，我需要做的还有很多很多，你就等着瞧吧，我一定要争做低碳小能手，为保护环境做出贡献!

读完报，一看“哟！”时间不早了，我走进卫生间，从消毒柜里拿出牙刷，一按上面的红色按钮，就会挤出适量的牙膏到牙刷上。洗刷完毕，我来到卧室，一踩地上的按钮，我的床就从天花板垂下来，这种床既不占空间，又实用。我躺在床铺上，伴随着悦耳的催眠曲，我进入了梦乡。

今天是我的生日，于是我决定去找我的姐姐玩。我又坐着飞艇来到了太空电梯站，买了票，进了电梯，电梯以比光速还快一百倍的速度在宇宙中穿梭。几分钟过后，我便到了M星球。这里与其他的星球不一样，地面上正在种植一些不知名的植物。M星球上淡水资源丰富，有百分之七十的淡水资源在地表。不一会儿，我的飞艇也从太空托运过来了，由于M星球上不能飞行飞行器，我的飞艇一下变成了一辆跑车。我直接坐在我的车上与我的姐姐视频聊天，这辆车已完全实现智能无人驾驶，我只需坐在上面静静等待到达目的地。

几分钟过后我便到了我姐姐的住处，这是一个圆球状的房屋，它周围全是养眼的绿色。进屋，里面完全是由绿色材料制成，一点也不污染环境。还配置了数台机器人，各自工作在自己的岗位上。往里走，楼上种植了许多花草树木，这些在地球上很罕见，而在这可里随处可见。我姐姐从里面走了出来，她看见我，祝福了我几句便邀请我到她新发现的秘密基地里去。我来到了她家建造的‘时空转移门’。这可不是一般的门，它能实现空间转移。我进入这扇门后突然来到了一个满是蓝色的地方。上面还有许多发光的小星星。姐姐告诉我说，这是星海，在星际的边缘特别多，非常美丽。昨天，她刚从星际的边缘转移过来，费了她好大力气。

没多久，便到了中午，我们回到家。机器人已经做好了午饭，我们吃完了饭便去游览M星球上最著名的河——M河。这条河的河水是彩色的，突然，远处传来一阵爆炸声。我们走近一看，原来是两个采矿机器人因误食了机械能源导致变异。而特战队在20秒内便消灭了这两个变异机器人，运送到机器人制造公司再重新制造。

天暗了，我也该回到地球了，我与我的姐姐告别后便独自来到了太空电梯站。上了电梯，不一会儿回到了地球。回到家，发现家里又被妈妈打扫了一遍，新增加了两个机器人，我感到累了就洗漱后就睡了

第二天醒来，我发现我在寝室的床上，以上的旅行只是我做的一个梦而已。但是我相信，科技在发展，文化、社会在进步，这个世界终把会改变，这个故事一定会成为现实。

每个人都拥有一个温馨的家，我们在这幸福美满的家庭中茁壮成长，在我的未来的家庭中，这种幸福美满无处不在，不信你自己去瞧瞧吧！

我的未来的家在绿树的环抱之中，家里所有电器都是太阳能和风能作能源的。这样一可以环保，二可以为国家节约能源。你说这两全齐美的方法何乐而不为呢？下班后回家，我走到门前，经过红外线测量仪的检测后，大门自动打开了，一块漂亮的地毯从客厅飞来，这地毯可好了，不仅可以吸收我们鞋上的泥土和灰尘，还可以吸收我们身上的灰尘。我踩着地毯来到客厅的沙发边坐下，这时机器人秘书给我端来一杯热气腾腾的咖啡。我一边喝着美味的咖啡，一边看着我自行发明的超时空电视。这台电视能看过去和以后的所有电视节目，还可以连接电脑和在电视屏幕上看书……

未来的家里家具都是可收藏的，平时不用时是看不到太多的家具的，只有到用到时，按一下摇控器它们才会现身。比方说：吃饭的餐桌不用餐时用不着，它是收到墙里面的，当吃饭时，按下摇控器餐桌和餐椅便从墙内伸出来；床白天用不上是看不见的，到晚上睡觉时用摇控器一按，床便从地下伸起来等等好多好多。
