I am a middle school student. Though I’m busy with my lessons, my spare time is still colorful.

After school I usually play sports. I like basketball and football very much. Sports help me to keep healthy and study better. I often do some reading in the evening. I think books are our best friends. They give us much knowledge that we can’t learn at school. So reading books is the best way of spending my spare time.

Sometimes I watch TV or surf the Internet. I find it’s a good way to relax myself. At the same time it can also help me open up my eyes to the outside world. At the weekends I often help my parents with the housework. I clean the house, wash clothes and learn to cook. During the summer or winter vacation, I have enough time to do things like volunteering. on the first place, a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. on no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. meanwhile, just walk, jump, cycle or run. use our legs and enjoy the fun.

on the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. no one can stand the “white pollution”. so, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.

我的暑假的生活很快乐。因为我认识了好多新朋友。又发生了很多有趣的事，最重要的是我又学会了很多知识。

在暑假班里有我熟悉的学生和老师，我每天早上都是早早地起床，吃早饭，去上补习班，因为补习班也有早读，我每天都是早早地去，因为在补习班里有空调，也不热，在哪里学习我感觉很快乐。

一天，我躺在床上想象我们未来生活的样子，想着想着，我就进入了梦乡。

我刚从国外回来，已步入中年的我打算回以前的小学看看。刚迈出家门口，我一眼就看见了一条条黄色的空中公路。原来，现在人们的经济条件都非常好，车几乎成了所有人的代步工具，中国人口多，地面空间有限，就建造了空中公路。

来到小学门口，首先映入我眼帘的是一栋造型奇特的教学楼，教学楼楼顶上有一个花园式的立体绿茵操场。踏上操场，我浏览了足球场、棒球场、篮球场、网球场、游泳池……操场上的健身设施一应俱全，学生可以根据自己的喜好自由安排体育课。

经过装修后，讨厌的老电视不见了，换上了一个卷起的“窗帘”，打开卷轴才发现，原来里面是投影仪的朋友投影幕布呀！电脑显示的内容、实物的演示，都通过投影仪在屏幕上展示出来。

课桌后是绿色的黑板报。下课时我会走到这位“朋友”面前，从上面获得丰富而又有趣的知识。而装点一新的黑板报，就像一个穿着花裙子的小姑娘。在她的边上是一个立式的小木柜，里面放着我们全班的本子，下面则是我们班的卫生角。

教室南北两侧都装上了新窗户。北面窗台上放满了绿色的植物，在帮我们装点教室的同时还净化了空气。南面窗户上安装了新窗帘，当放下时会给我们在夏日带来一片清凉。

I have set up small targets for myself, so I can make progress step by step. For example, when I jog on the playground for 800 meters, I will finish every 100 meters as the small target, so I can finish my task easily.
