My junior middle school time has pasted ,but it will influece till the end

of my life.

一个星期转瞬即逝，本周六，我们在杜老师及家长的带领下来到了九五部队参观学习。

首先，军人们向我们展示了他们平时的列队整队。每一步都是那么完美无暇，从骨子里透出了坚毅之气。一个命令下去，他们就马上执行，没有任何一个人拖泥带水。每一个动作都做得十分整齐一致，不由得让人赞叹。再想想我们平时的整队，简直是一个天上一个地下。体育委员喊了排队以后，没有一个人马上放下手里的工作迅速出去排队，大家都是拖拖拉拉，不论怎样就是不愿意出去排队。我想这个问题值得我们好好反思纠正。

接着我们参观了他们的房间。被子叠得整整齐齐，像豆腐块一样，有棱有角。其他东西放得也很有序，整个房间也井井有条。

最令我难忘的是军人们教我们叠被子的环节。他们动作迅速，一边认真地把被子叠好，一边很耐心地把步骤一步步交给我们。过了没一会儿，被子就被叠得方方正正。接下来轮到我们自己动手，看着他们叠起来还是很容易的，但是一轮到自己来就手足无措了。最终叠出来的被子和他们的相差甚远，说明我们还是缺少锻炼，缺少这种能力。

这次来到部队，让我懂得了什么叫做执行力，同时我也明白了执行力的重要和对一个人的影响。所以今后我们要好好提高我们自身的执行力，增强自己的责任心，才能有所进步。

时光荏苒，转眼间，初一的学习生活早已过去，在漫长的暑假过后，我们又迎来的新的学习生活——初二！

大家都说，初二是整个初中三年的分水岭，也是初中三年最重要的一学期，所以初二的学习生活对我们来说是至关重要的！

走进初二，学习氛围变得紧张，由于多了一项新的学科——物理，我们的学习压力也变大了，因此我们更应该努力学习，珍惜时间。

在这么紧张的初二学习生活里，我们的身体健康也是十分重要的，想要身体健康，首先就要保证充足的睡眠，作为一名青少年，每日睡眠时间应达8小时，可真正做到的又有几人呢？

在开学的第一天，杜老师在黑板上写下了“执着，坚持，专业”这六个字，对我来说只要做到这六个字，那你的学习一定是班级里甚至是年级里首屈一指的，在这个初二学年里，我也要努力做到这六个字。

这次的开学考试，我的语文成绩很不理想，尤其是选择题，这说明我暑假的阅读作业，完成的并不好，并没有好好阅读《钢铁是怎样炼成的》这本名著。

在之后的学习生活里，我一定不能放松警惕，“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。”我一定要在这个初二的学年里再接再厉，加油！

时光荏苒，一年悄无声息地过去了。看着桌上日渐增高的教科书，我不禁想起了初一的幸福生活：天天看小说，作业也不多，即使到了考试也不用多么紧张，上了初二，压力陡增啊！

这不，刚刚开学，压力就与我不期而遇。“唉，英语单词怎么这么多啊！”快要期初考了，我正在紧张的复习，看到许多单词由“朋友”变成了“陌生人。”若放在以前，我大可以不这么紧张，看看重点就行了。自打上了初二后，气氛就像冷却了一样。期初考前夕，更是“风声鹤唳，草木皆兵”。所以我现在不得不玩命地复习。钟表上的分针一圈又一圈地转着，已经到了11点，当妈妈进来为我送水果时，“意味深长”地看了我一眼，这眼神中包含着期望，还有一些心疼，父母热切的目光让我身上的包袱又厚了一层。

这样的过程却没能换来一个不错的结果。考试时，我居然粗心到英语听力题漏做，挖空心思才填了上去；数学有那么多错误没检查出来。当成绩出来了，老师念分时，念出的我的成绩像一只箭，把我扎了个透心凉。

“你数学、英语多少分？等等，我算算。咱俩总分一样！在看语文考多少分吧！”……下课后，这样的声音此起彼伏。唉，身不由己啊！“别不高兴了，下节体活课，走，打球去！”几个难兄难弟看我一副“失魂落魄”的样子，便来企图缓解我的痛苦。一听“打球”二字，我立刻一扫刚才的不快：“那还等什么，赶紧借球去啊！”仿佛刚才的那些数字与我没有任何关系，下次好好考就是了。别看我们都统统落榜，却是相当的乐观，所谓劳逸结合是也。不过几分钟，笑声已传遍了操场。

“能承重的弹簧才是好弹簧！”这句本人原创名言已成了座右铭。没错，初二虽然辛苦，却不能阻挡我前进的步伐，路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。生活是痛并快乐着！

暑假对于每个人来说都是不同的，有的人觉得它是自由的，快乐的，但我觉得暑假是充满意义的。

在这个暑假里，我经历了很多，也懂了很多，记得在暑假里，让我印象最深的一件事就是发现了螃蟹的雌雄。

在暑假的时间里，一天，我和哥哥在离我家不远的小溪边捉螃蟹，刚开始的时候，我一个也捉不到，多亏了哥哥指点，才让我明白过来，捉是有一定的技巧的，不一会儿，我就捉了七八只螃蟹，准备中午炸着吃，上午，我在洗螃蟹是，无意中发现了螃蟹中有的脐是尖的，有的脐是圆的。

我问哥哥：“你知道他们的脐为什么有的是尖的，有的是圆的吗?”哥哥看了我一眼，想也没想就说：“管它三七二十一呢?反正我今天一定要吃上我最爱吃的螃蟹。”从以前开始，我喜欢打破沙锅问到底的人，然后，我又带着问题去问爸爸，爸爸挠挠后脑勺也只是说：“可能是因为种类不同，也可能是它们有雌雄之分吧。”“可能”就是不勾股定理，我想知道准确的答案。

转眼几天过去了，我又和哥哥去溪边捉到螃蟹，这时，正是螃蟹繁殖的最佳时节，我们不一会儿就捉了好几只，前几天没解开的为谜就像一粒种子在我心中扎了根，为了弄清这个问题，我小心翼翼地剖开了一个圆脐的螃蟹，发现里面有许多白白嫩嫩的小生命，我诧异剖开一个尖脐的螃蟹，里面却什么也没有，于是，我就知道了尖脐的雄螃蟹，圆脐是雌螃蟹。

为了证实我的这一猜想，接着，我又去查资料，资料上的和我猜想的完全一样，我高兴极了。

经过这样事，让我明白了：做任何事情只要肯努力，就一定会成功。

记得我在属于封闭的空间里，处处限制自己，害怕伸出手抓取一缕轻烟最后却是灰尘散落在我原本希望拾取一丝一毫光芒的手，我曾经是如此叹息的面对瞳里所映出的世界，渐渐的闭锁关于任何事物，直到你们用双手拍打的声音，清脆的回荡在脸上的一抹微笑时，我才能用我的触感体认到我真的用双脚确实的站立着、存在着，倘若没有这可以撼动人心的声响；没有人说出可以让人绽放笑靥的言语，也许锁会永远的牢牢架在我身上，时日过得愈是长久，锁链就缠在身上愈多愈重，到最后不懂什么是自在的吸一口气和活下一秒。用声音推砌出的感情有很多种，但因为有人愿意给予，我才能够真真切切的知道我存在。

踏在人生上活下一刻，总要有个基准点立足，才能安稳的再踏下一步，人与人可以用旋绕的音符织出彩虹，挂在别人的天空上，单纯用文字铺成的道路并不能代表什么，而用心思去浇灌这条道路，才能有花草从土里冒出；才有缤纷的景象在眼眸里深深闪耀，也许因为泪珠；也许因为欢笑。彩虹给予人笑容，浅浅的也好，那是一整片天空的微笑，与其拿乌云放置在他人的天空，让积雨的云层落下雨滴，不如拿温柔的彩虹在雨过后的天空，一份温暖一份安定，都能够给予一个人自信和向前行走的勇气，言语的灿美是肯定，双手交会拍打出的并不只是声波，而是高度的鼓励和赞美。人都拥有给人温暖与冷冰的能力，而用温暖所照耀的光芒能让一个人的灰暗，一个人的自卑转换成明亮的灯光，照亮自己的下一步。

我也是个需要掌声的人，任何人都是，每一次在台下，我会尽全力挥动双手，拍出响亮和赞美，给在台上的人振奋人心的声波，就如同如果有那么一天，我可以站在台上听到观众给的掌声一般，只要我能够有给予的机会，就一定会给予他们我所渴望听到的掌声一样。我曾经是个长期当良好观众的人，我只知道我能够给予掌声和肯定，所以就算是个观众我也很快乐，当我看到接受掌声的人身上散发的自信光采时，给予别人的成就感深深的种植在我的心田，“施比受更有福”这句话也确实的展现了它的意义。

很多人都说世界冷漠，但冷漠的源头在于人与人之间不再轻易付出，掌声是给人一份认同，活着需要认同和鼓励，既然自己能够去给予一个需要肯定的灵魂掌声，不如就大方的拍出声音给那些值得肯定的人，掌声不是随便给，就算是一个封闭的人，值得给予掌声，就要用心去给予，虽然我不是被肯定者，但我绝对是最好的掌声给予者。

My Winter Holiday Plans Well, winter holiday is coming. So what I am going to do? People always say that if you want to be successful, then you need to never

give up. I agree with it. The power of insistence is infinite. It can bring us

to our destination. I have made up my mind to finish the task in the planned

time. At the beginning, I would write my homework once I got home and I finished

it quickly without other’s interruption. But sometimes my friends came to my

house and asked me to join the activity, and I would say yes without hesitation.

When I got home was almost ten o’clock, all I wanted to do was to sleep, but

thinking about the homework, then I decided to finish it and refused to leave

them another day. Today’s thing should be done in today. That’s my faith. My

insistence helps me to be an excellent student.

语文课上，老师让同学们列两张清单，一张是自己抱怨的事，一张是自己感恩的事。

我将这两张清单罗列完之后又重新逐条看了一遍。抱怨的事中第一件就是快中考了。是啊，中考，在我的想法里早已被压力、担心、紧张等等等等里三层外三层地围了个水泄不通。而不可否认的是，在感恩清单上的第一件事也是中考，因为中考过后可以升到高一级学府，而且还有近两个月的长假，那是很令人期待的事啊。

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

我们之所以抱怨那么多的事情，是因为它们令我们身心俱疲，打击在我们的最软弱处最悲哀处。然而，我们是否想过正是这些磨练使我们的脆弱处变得坚忍，从而提升了自己。

所以，我们抱怨的那些事情，也正是我们最应该感激的啊!

感激不如意的成绩，感激令人疲惫的体能训练，感激父母的唠唠叨叨，感激即将到来的中考……这些曾经都是“抱怨清单”的住户，如今却在我的“感恩清单”上居住，并且是永驻!

同那么多的抱怨，挥手作别吧，让它们成为我们的感恩基石，感激它们的历练使我们得到了真真正正彻彻底底的成长。
