On the other hand, increasing demands for water witt decrease substantially the amount of water available for diluting wastes. Rapidly expanding industries which involve more and more complex chemical processes will produce large volumes of liquid wastes. Many of thesewitt contain chemicals that are poisonous. To feed our rapidly expanding population, agriculture will have to be intensified. This will involve ever increasing quantities of agriculture chemicals. From this, it is apparent that drastic steps must be taken immediately to develop corrective measures for the pollution problems.

There are two ways by which these pollution problems can be lessened. The first relates to the treatment of wastes to decrease their pollution hazard. This involves the processing of solid wastes "prior to" disposal and the treatment of liquid wastes to permit the reuse to the water or best reduce pollution upon final disposal. The second approach is to develop an economic use for all or part of the wastes. Farm manure is spread in fields as a nutrient. Wastes from sewage disposal plants are used in some areas both for irrigation and for the nutrients contained. Liquid wastes from other processing plants may also be used as a supplemental source of water. Only by doing these promptly now can we expect to solve the serious water problems in the future.

睁开眼，哇，我来到了2040年，这里的一切都和以前的景象大不相同。

开始游泳了，老师先教我们蛙泳，先划手，再蹬腿。到我游了，我手一划脚一蹬，却怎么都不前进，反而像个石头一样直往下沉。这可把我急坏了。我像只泄了气的皮球一样，一点也不想动了。这时候，老师对我说：“放轻松一些，不要泄气。”接着便耐心地给我做示范，我照着老师的动作做，果然好多了。

经过两个星期的练习，我终于在暑假学会了游泳。游泳让我懂得了“坚持不懈，不能半途而废”的道理。

我是一名初一新生，刚从小学升官。刚来中学的时候，我有很多“？”例如：哪个老师教我们语文？我们的班主任是谁？我会交到什么新朋友？

开学第一天，我有点不习惯。因为第二节每天早上下课，我们都要去操场集合跑步，渐渐习惯了。虽然我一周前才来到新学校，但我已经爱上了新学校的一切。先不说新学校宏伟的教学楼，还有它茂盛的植被和幽深的小径。在一连串笑声响起的教室里，在记录着我们脚步声的操场上，在我们每天上上下下经过的走廊上，我对它有一种依恋的感觉，而在这里，我见证了真正的友谊。

那是我在一班的时候。我的语文辅导案例写完了，正要交，却不知道老师办公室在哪。这时，一个同学对我说：“我给你交！”我还没来得及说谢谢，那位同学已经离开教室了，然后心里就有说不出的感觉。现在我认识了很多一年级二班的朋友，其中和我关系最好的是白洋、莹嘉和林茹。因为刚来二班的时候，我谁都不认识。是他们三个先跟我打招呼，让我跟他们成了好朋友。

虽然我只在岗子中学呆了一个星期，但我已经感受到了这里独特的“温暖”，希望以后能交到更多的朋友。

转眼之间，初二的学习生活在指尖中溜走，在初二的生活中有太多的酸、甜、苦、辣、咸，有时让我满面洋溢出欢喜的笑容，有时我的脸庞上如同阴雨密布一般……

说“习惯语”

话说这天语文课，看似一切风平浪静，一如往常，课前古诗和朗诵者井井有条，说那时迟那时快，张老师一个回马枪差点从“马上”挑下整个班级，“今天，我们来朗读古诗，并表演‘老师口头禅’”！

此话一出，全班如同沸腾的水，一下子炸开了锅，每个人内心都些许地激动但却有一些怯乏，他们缺少一个“领头羊”。这时，一位同学率先站了起来，用语无伦次的语气和淋漓尽致的动作将另一位同学的日常生动形象的描绘出来，颓然的学生们，左倾右倒，已经笑得人仰马翻。这一节，正是在这种乐此不疲的师生情之中渡过的。

虽然，现在与张老师已经分开，但那种师生之间的情怀却永远长留，散落在每一位学生的温暖心间！

背课文趣事

忙碌的一节课过后，同学们开始了短暂却又十分欢快的“课间生活”。由于下一节是英语课，教室中随即传来星星点点的背诵课文声，听起来清脆而响亮。

课代表手拿英语课本，如同学要债一般，“残暴”地施压于同学们，督促同学们背诵课文。就在这时，倒霉透顶的XXX的嘴中脱颖而出了一句话：“不背，反正也不会抽到我！”最怕空气突然安静，等他转过神时，却已发现“一座挺拔的大山”已屹立在他的身旁，顿时醒悟，一顿操作，速度的一目十行，可老师依旧罚他抄七遍课文，四遍是为了让他记之入骨，三遍是因为他娱乐了同学！

“十四班要亡”系列

话说又是哪天哪节平凡的英语课，大家各自低着头，老师连续叫起一排人回答问题。可这些人你望我，我望你，个个目瞪口呆。这时，老师生气地将书往桌上一扔道：“十四班要亡，上自习吧！”同学们连话都没说一句就上了自习，真是一件“趣事”啊！

初二的生活已然离去，但这些生活的画面却让我们记忆犹新。回望过去的生活，是那么亲切而美好，正是因为有这样青春美好的初二，才让我们为初三积蓄了无穷的力量。让我们开启自己的初三生活，迎接严峻的中考检验吧！
