今天早上一起来，就看到了惊奇的一幕幕：对面的屋檐上挂满长长的小冰棍，地上结了厚厚的一层冰，汽车在路上就像蜗牛一样慢慢地爬行。我去上厕所，却没有水出来冲洗。我又想到别的地方接一盆水来冲厕所，可是，我打开水龙头时，却没有水流出来。我不甘心，又去拧别的水龙头，都是没有水。

我连忙来到爸爸身边：“爸爸，我们家的水龙头都没有水了。”爸爸一听，连忙起来，前去查看。原来，我们家的所有水龙头都被寒冰冻住了，我们用了各种各样的办法，用热水烫，用喷灯加热……可是都只是在浪费时间，都没能把冰冻给解开。这下把我们给害得好苦呀！家里没有水了，也不能烧饭，只能到外面去吃饭了。

终于，第二天，水来了，这场灾难终于消除了，我也可以安安心心地在家吃饭，不要到外面去花冤枉钱买饭了。

这次我们家被冰冻袭击了，没水的日子里让我明白了一件事：我们要节约用水。怎样节约用水呢？淘米水、洗衣服水和洗脸水可以用来冲洗马桶，洗碗的时候水龙头不要开到底……从现在开始，我们大家一起来节约用水吧！
