In the summer vacation is very meaningful for me, because I met a special

"friend" -- the tortoise.

The appearance of the tortoise is very silly, bravery, small, easily

along with down, our relationship has been very deep.

Someone says: love is not necessarily have, also can be let go. Everyone

has his own family, tortoise, too, so I decided to let the turtle go home. I

take the turtle home with me.

Along the way, I firmly hold the tortoise and the turtle seemed to

understand that we are about to separate, very good to lay in my arms. Dad and I

found a very clean in the reservoir, where we are and the tortoise took a group

photo, then put the turtle in the water. Looking at the turtle swam slowly to

the water, my tears constantly supposed although there are countless heart

"good-bye, tortoise, I wish you a speedy reunion with my family." Turtle swam

for a while, and turned to head looked at us, and then swam to the bottom. My

Tennis is the world’s third sport, it ranks after football and basketball.

Every year, a lot of audience keeps their eyes on the four grand slam

championships. It is known to all that Wimbledon has the oldest history and the

tennis players treat it as the greatest honor to win it. This year, the local

player Murray won it again.

The famous male tennis players are Big 4. They almost won all the important

championships during the last ten years. But Murray was in the awkward situation

though he was one of the Big 4, he never won the grand slam, what’s more, people

in England put so much hope on him to win Wimbledon Championship. When Murray

made it he cried out and felt relieved.

When the second time he won, he cried out again though he did not have so

much pressure as before. The fans knew that he had a hard time after his first

great honor, people started to qustioned about his ability. But he proved

himself again.

Every player has his honor hour and the bad time, the more important is to

never give up, then honor will come again.

我非常荣幸地参加了“争当2022年北京冬奥会志愿者”培训活动。为期十天的学习随着12月22日的启动仪式拉开了序幕。通过这些天的学习，通过听取各位老师的精彩讲解，我感觉受益匪浅。

我为加入志愿者的行列而开心快乐。在还不懂志愿者内涵的时候，我就受身边朋友的感染，参加了一些志愿活动。我特别喜欢户外活动，青山绿水、蓝天白云美丽着我们户外人的心情。户外活动时，大家都有不乱丢垃圾来保护美丽大自然的自觉。后来发现同行的好朋友东华夫妇总是随时随地把垃圾捡起来，我也跟着一起捡垃圾。我们还曾组织身边朋友一起去开展净山活动。虽然每次都很累，但累并快乐着。因为每捡掉一个塑料瓶，就仿佛觉得让地球母亲多了一份美丽。

通过学习我明白了志愿者的内涵。志愿者是指以自己的时间、知识、技能、体力等从事志愿服务的自然人。我想，我太适合做志愿者了。我现在退职在家是个自由人，爱人是公务员，孩子在校读研，老人身体健康，都不需要我去照顾，我有大量的时间去做自己喜欢做的事。我当了十几年中小学教师，有一定的知识和能力，又热爱滑雪运动，关键是健康又乐观，喜欢助人为乐，注重团队意识。我还年轻，可以也应当为社会再做些事情。做不了惊天动地的大事，就坚持做一些志愿服务的小事吧！

通过学习我深深感受到奉献、友爱、互相、进步的志愿服务精神。我愿意奉献我的时间、精力、能力和体力，用我的爱心、耐心、细心和热心去服务需要帮助的人，让他们感受到方便、舒服和温暖。在志愿服务活动中，我愿与大家团结互助，共同进步，一起手牵手，心连心，温暖你我他。

作为一名普通的志愿者我感到无比骄傲与自豪。我一定铭记老师这些天教给我们的知识，传承中华优秀传统文化蕴含的厚德仁爱、乐善好施、助人为乐、扶危济困等思想理念和道德精髓，团结互助，奉献社会，做一个对社会有用的人。

通过培训学习，我更加坚定了坚持做一辈子志愿服务的信念和决心。相信通过我的努力和付出，我一定能展示出人类滑雪起源地志愿者的风采！
