一开始我对军训是有一点抗拒的，因为觉得肯定很累，恰恰我不想这样，但是大家都要跟我经历一样的事情的时候我觉得我需要坚持，因为这就像是一场考试一样，谁到最后就得高分，似乎这给了我信心，军训的第一天我们就来了一场集训，突然集合让我猝不及防，第一天我就被震撼了，在我还躺在寝室休息的时候，外面广播就说五分钟集合，当时就赶紧下去，仓促之间我衣服就没穿好下去集合了，这是一次非常仓促的集合没有一点防备，很多的同学都被罚了，各种各样的原因，有迟到的，有军训服装没有穿好的都被罚了，让我很震撼，第一天让我绷紧了神经。

接下来的日子里每天顶着太阳训练，很久没有受过这种训练的同学，自然会有坚持不足的时候，我虽然初始不适应但是作为一名男孩子当然不能够轻言放弃，尽管教官说了坚持不住的时候就说，但是没有一个人说坚持不住，这种精神就是军训的精神，我们是一个集体，开始的时候大家并没有这种意识，因为不熟悉，一个群体一般需要长期的磨合，但是军训让我们快磨合了，训练时候一个人犯错大家一起受罚，这让我有了集体意识感，大家是要在一起相处好几年的时间，在军训的时候是最好的机会交流，相处，大家每天干一样的事情，不会玩手机，不会干自己的事情，我们都是在做一件事情。

这次的军训虽然很累，有时候也会觉得这样的经历弥足珍贵，我们这么一个集体一起坚持了十几天做一件事情，很难得，军训对我而言是一种打磨，当我们意志力薄弱的时候可以想起这段军训的经历，大学会发生很多事情，如果一件事情，你非常想做但是很难也想一想这段经历，每一个人都在成长，我们需要这种经历。

马上就要开学了，我们的心情是如此的兴奋、夹杂着一些紧张，因为我们马上就要接触期待已久的军训，但又很害怕军训的辛苦。

军训是为了培养我们的团队精神与自主能力，因为我平时比较好动，不容易控制自己，所以我希望用这几天的军训来改变自己这个不好的习惯。

一开始我看着热烈的太阳，心中有一点惊讶，难道我们要顶着这么大的太阳训练，要怎么坚持下去呢?但是我心中的坚持压过了放弃，所以我一定要坚持完成这几天的军训!我不能被困难所压倒，别人能做到的事情我也一定能做好!

刚踏入太阳下暴晒，我就已经汗流浃背了，甚至都有人因为中暑而晕倒了，我总算是顺利度过了军训的第一天，同时我也学到了很多的知识，军训虽然很累，但我相信每个人都是这样，我觉得初中三年的学习生活一定是在压力中渡过，坚持就会胜利!

of an eye. During this summer vacation, I spent most of the time playing

basketball. Sometimes I go swimming with my friends. Sometimes play with small

cards. If I was alone, I would ride a bicycle for a ride around, or watch TV, or

Today is Saturday. Today is very strange, very special, because when I go

online today, an unexpectedly found a note, tonight at 8-9: to earth hour,

really depressed.

Then after I know detailed understanding of earth hour is what meaning,

and emission reduction, global warming, improve the environment effect. Really

is a joke.

To improve the earth - our homes and not so easy. An hour out unwanted

The Hero in My Heart

As we know， most peoplehave heroes in their hearts. For me, Dr Norman Bethune is the hero in my heart.He was a great doctor from Canada.

Dr Bethune was good at performing operations.And taking photos was his hobby. In 1938， he came toChina. He opened hospitals and invented medical tools. He worked so hard thathe saved thousands of Chinese people. He didn’t stop totake care of his own injured hand and died.

My winter vacation

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. Last weekend, On Saturday morning I got up at 6;30. After breakfast I did

my homework at home.

childhood. When I went there, I was shock. The river is no longer like before.

river. Not only the water is not clean any more, the river also smelt bad. I
