In May, 2003, I began working with prof.Zhou to do research on microbial treatment processes for the nitrogen removal in wastewater. The Great Wall of China

The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in Chinese. In fact, it s more than 6 000 kilometres long. It winds its way from west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys till at last it reaches the sea. It is one of the wonders of the world.

The Great Wall has a history of over twenty centuries. The first part of it was built during the Spring and Autumn Period. The Great Wall is wide enough at the top for five horses or ten men to walk side by side. Along the wall are watchtowers, where soldiers used to keep watch. Fires were lit on the the towers as a warning when the enemy came.

It was very difficult to build such a wall in the ancient days without any modern machines. All the work was done by hand. Thousands of men died and were buried under the wall they built. The Great Wall was made not only of stone and earth, but of the flesh and blood of millions of men.

Today the Great Wall has become a place of interest not only to the Chinese but to people from all over the world. Many of them have come to know the famous Chinese saying: "He who does not reach the Great Wall is not a true man."

Bear is so I also didnt give up, my cooking is much better than many years ago, now my mother dont tube so I can go to cooking a big bear.

Now mother kua I cook delicious, so this is my weekend play fun boring, I have a good weekend my good lonely happy weekend? This is my weekend.

清晨一缕阳光，照在我的脸颊上一群小鸟吧我从睡梦中叫醒。今天是我自己在家，要自己做饭。洗衣。做作业。吃饭好孤独哦!

我早上8：30起床在做早饭，吃了早饭就开始做作业了。做着做着就忘了时间，一下子就到了

下午1：00了。就去做饭了，好玩呀我把各种各样的食物拿出来了。准备好，把锅洗掉把菜切好。在把菜下锅炒了。菜马上炒好了，可是饭还没煮所已直好等待了。我已经饿的不行，只能先吃点菜了。等了一下饭就熟我一个人坐在饭桌好孤独，不过一个人吃4个菜也不错的。

实话说，我也没有几次做饭是做成功的。记的在外婆家时，只要外婆不在家我就下楼去开炒了。可是那时候连蛋炒饭都不会炒，可是我不会放弃的。我这么多年练了好久了，我已直都在找时间练习。有一天我抓到了一个非常好的机会，就马上下楼去买了好多的食材，马上开工了。后来，妈妈回来看到了好大的浓雾，就知道我又在炒菜了。妈妈，我马上解释了。你又烧什么呀。“没炒，炒什么，呀妈妈”。“还没炒什么”，妈妈的语气好像越来越重了。我也没有说话，妈妈又说要不怎么会浓烟呢?快说实话不的话我就打你了，说完妈妈就拿来棍子要打我了妈妈的棍子已经挥了起来了，我怕了就实话说了。“是的我是在炒菜呀!”我的语气很小。担是这样我也没放弃，我的厨艺已经比很多年以前好多了，现在妈妈不太管了所以我可以大担去炒菜了。

现在妈妈都夸我做饭好吃，所以这就是我的周末玩有趣无聊，我的周末好是我的美好孤独的开心的周末吗?这就是我的周末。

The Teachers Day will come soon.At first,I want to extend my greeting and best wishes to my dear teachers.

I still remember the year when I failed the collage entrance exmination.Iwas feeling lost,and no idea about what my life is going to be.My teachet came to me,and she said she understand how I felt inside now.She also told me its very common that students who are like me will go though a hard time. She told me that failure was a part of life, which was not the end but a new beginning. And she encouraged me to go back to the school to start a new. I was convinced in the end and decided to give another try.

Now Ive graduated from collage and got a very good job.I know all my success owns to my kind teacher. Ill work harder and never give up again.
