get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

书能至古至今来的事，它是我们所离不开的。小时候，从他身上学习怎样做个好孩子，例如小学时的语文书上就有。什么亡羊补牢啊，守株待兔啊，南辕北辙啊等等。都使小时候的我受益匪浅。至今也不能忘记。他一直在我的心中扎下根。到如今我会写的字，识的拼音，也是离不开他的功劳。书上总有许许多多优美的文章，也有许多名言警句。我们总是在不断的积累运用他。

生活中也是离不开他的，现在生么样的书都有，她总是在生活中处处帮助我。我想假如从小就没有读书的话，现在是什么样呢?可能会什么字都不认识，不懂的手机怎样使用。打字聊天更不可能了。真是生活活处处不便。

我们依赖他。他使我成长的道路上充满了阳光。是我的生活绚丽多彩，人生的道路上充满了正能量。遇到麻烦他总能是我最好的帮手。

有许许多多的烦恼，总是解决不完的，但是读书时最好的解决办法。有了书香的熏陶，我们的每一天都充满阳光，把烦恼通通扫尽。

她就像是我的一位好朋友，从小到大一直陪伴着我。她是我寻找开心，知识的去所，如阳光一样伴我成长。

成长的烦恼像柳絮一样飘落在我的面前，我满脸的迷茫，走在这条荆棘路上，受伤了，擦掉泪和血继续前进，我相信我能成功，因为我永不放弃。从哪里跌倒就从哪里站起来!

我怕失败，怕失去，父母的期望越大我就压力越大，想到我曾经是多么的努力学习，但是考试的失败和父母的责备让我想掉泪，想放弃。有几次我偷偷地躲在被子里哭，好累好累。烦恼在心中越积越多，让自己感到无法呼吸。在成长的过程中，这也是一种难言的体会。

我总喜欢唱着《不想长大》，可是却渴望长大。我想独立，想自由，想逃避烦恼，但所有的想法只是一场白日梦而已。生活不是魔术师，可以给我想要的一切。姐姐知道我的烦恼，所以总是安慰我，因为她也经历过。我也该学会忘记，学会承受，学会长大了。

在人生的交叉路口，我们要正确的选择以后成长的道路。这一切或许会让你措手不及，但是我们要正视成长，正视这一事实，让那些回忆留在过去，让我们不断地往前走，偶尔看看不断消逝的昨天，才会明白，原来我们一直在成长，这就是生活。

The math teacher of my class is a young man. His name is Jiang Shan. He is tall and fat. We call him the “Big Guy”. When he knows it, he isn’t angry and says it’s lovely. He is easy going and interesting. We can make jokes with him. But about our study, he is serious but patient. We can’t be sloppy on our study. When we have questions, we can ask him anytime. He is a good teacher.

一年一度的元旦联欢会即将开始了，校园里喜气洋洋，到处充满了欢歌笑语。我们教室里布置得格外美丽，四条五颜六色的彩带交叉在一起，日光灯披红挂绿，再配上各色大小气球，整个教室充满着送旧迎新的节日喜庆气氛。

首先，师生们相互祝贺新年，顿时，教室里一片欢腾。接着，同学们互赠礼物。我把准备好的礼品郑重地送到罗夏的手里，他用双手接过去，连声说：“谢谢，谢谢!”我回到座位上，心里又甜又美，猜想谁会送我礼物。这时王建同学走到我的身边，递给我一个小纸包，微笑着说：“祝你新年快乐!”我连忙接过礼物打开一看，原来是一张彩色的画片，上面有蔚蓝的天，翠绿的山，宁静的湖，多么美丽动人的画面啊!

联欢会还在继续地进行着，贴尾巴的游戏开始了。黑板上画着一头猪，大耳朵。肥胖的身体下面长着四条粗壮的腿，又高又大，就是没有尾巴，这就要看谁能把尾巴贴上去。同学们争先恐后地好上去贴。老师第一个叫来张晶同学，用围巾蒙上了她的眼睛，然后把尾巴交到她手里，同学们瞪大眼睛，伸长脖子，踮起脚跟，兴致勃勃地瞧着她。张晶先把尾巴放在猪背上，一会儿又放在猪肚子上，教室里不时爆发出阵阵笑声。后来她下定决心，把尾巴贴到猪的后腿上，同学们立刻哄堂大笑起来。张晶解下围巾，看到自己出来洋相，也不好意思地笑起来。伴着欢快的歌声，同学们一个个到黑板前贴尾巴肥猪的尾巴一会儿长到头上，一会儿长到背上，一会儿长到脚上，有趣极了。

后来，同学们又表演了武术、双人走路、相声、唱歌等节目，大家越玩越高兴。

这次元旦联欢会不但有趣，而且增进了同学们的友谊，使我更热爱我们的集体了。
