今天是我的8岁生日，妈妈说要请所有的亲朋好友聚会，庆贺我的生日。

这个星期是这学期开学的个星期。空荡荡的学校经过了五十多天的风吹雨淋，已是遍地杂草了，因此学校要进行大规模的扫除。虽然这次大扫除我们六年级的劳动更重一点，但是劳动后我和同学却很高兴，没有丝毫的悲伤、劳累感。 This week is the week of this semester.After more than 50 days of wind and rain, the empty school has been weed everywhere, so the school will clean up on a large scale.Although this time we cleaned our sixth grade labor a little bit, but after labor, I and my classmates were very happy, without the slightest sadness and sense of labor.

大扫除刚开始，有的同学就率先拿到工具奔向到本班的区域去铲草，我什么工具也没拿到，两手空空，只好和我一样的同学争先恐后地跑到区域内的排水沟边拔杂草。

在区域内非常热闹：有的铲;有的拔;有的抱;还有的四处帮忙。我先拔的是一棵大约高80厘米的野草。虽然我知道不好拔，但还是去拔，可拔了半天也不见动静，同学们看我做起来很费劲，于是就让我们班上几位鼎鼎有名的“大力士”就来帮我。我们轻轻松松就把草拔掉了。接着我又去拔在我脚下不起眼的小杂草。拔草时，我看到有的同学用锄头轻轻松松地把一棵棵又粗又大的杂草锄掉，我是又羡慕又嫉妒，想拔大的草我也行。这时我看准一棵身旁的粗大的草拔，可拔这棵粗大的草时，我是鼓红了脸也弄不倒。这时有一位扛着大锄头的男同学看到我拼命地拔草，急忙过来帮助我，他用力挖了不一会，草立刻就倒下了……

看到这些我突然后悔了，立刻去各处帮忙同学。突然，我看到有一棵非常非常粗大的野草，只有一位男生在吃力地锄着，于是我约了几位劲大的男生一同去帮忙……帮忙拔了这一棵，大家都像有了什么收获或成就感兴高采烈地离去了。我又看了看周围，看到校园的有一角杂草丛生，几位同学拼命地挖，我急忙跑去帮忙……-后我们因团结合作很快拔完了这地方的草……

后要扫呢?我看着扫地的同学互帮互助，奋力地扫着。太阳强烈的光芒和高温对他们毫不影响。我也忘了累，兴奋地上去用手拾一张张大草叶。草叶和砂土在扫地同学的扫把下舞动着……被勤劳的同学无一漏网地铲入垃圾箱、运走。看着，我突然感觉心情是那么出奇的好!这次劳动，同学们团结合作，愉快地劳动。

The Statue of Liberty stands on an island of the New York City harbor. It

is the tallest building ever built. When people get there, they will see a woman

holding a torch of fire. In her feet, people can see the chains that are broken,

which means she gets away from the restrictions and chases for freedom. There is

a book on her right hand, which is the Declaration of Independence.

The complete name of this statue is Liberty Enlightening the World. It is

the present from French people to American people. The meaning of friendship and

freedom are shared by both countries. Today, the meaning of the Statue of

Liberty is shared by the world. People can feel the peace when they see this

image.

我的弟弟学习成绩差，作为姐姐的我，是有责任的。我也为他干着急，可他呢，上课走神，不集中注意力。小时候基础也没打好，我真的不知道该从哪儿教起了。这样，只能逼着他学，学过的，不到一两天就忘了，等于没学一样。我说的话，他也听不进去，有时还反驳我。当姐姐真难啊!

有一天，我和我的好朋友坐在花池边聊天。一个大约六岁的小孩在我的身后不知想干什么。毕竟是小孩子嘛，所以我也没太在意。他趁我聊得起劲的时候，一把抢过我头上的发卡。等到我发现时，已经来不及了，他早已躲到了教室里。

该怎么办?也不能进去拿，他又不会出来。我急得团团转，却没有一点办法，又不能走开。我的朋友也很着急，她们陪我一起晾在那教室门口。“姐姐，你们在干什么?”一阵熟悉的声音传到了我的耳朵里。(救星来啦!)我向弟弟陈述了前因后果。

我最爱吃的水果是葡萄。它不仅小巧玲珑，更重要的是香甜可口。

葡萄没成熟时，葡萄皮是翠绿色的，像一颗颗碧玉似的翡翠，晶莹剔透。每年秋天，葡萄成熟了，大小不一，颜色各异，有白色、紫色、绿色、红色……在那又大又绿的葡萄叶下，挂着一串串晶莹透明的葡萄，好像一颗颗不同颜色的宝石，仿佛走进了珠宝的世界。
