此情此景，忽然想起朱自清先生的荷塘月色。先生是这样描述他眼里的荷的：曲曲折折的荷塘上面，弥望的是田田的叶子。叶子出水很高，像亭亭的舞女的裙。层层的叶子中间，零星地点缀着些白花，有袅娜地开着的，有羞涩地打着朵儿的;正如一粒粒的明珠，又如碧天里的星星，又如刚出浴的美人。我没有先生的才情，感受却在这个时候意外的重叠了。

望着这一池子的荷，仿佛置身于荷的怀抱，空气里淡淡的馨香，却让我有点醉了。今夜的荷给我如此大的感受，是我意想不到的。周敦颐笔下的荷，是出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖;杨万里眼里的荷，是接天莲叶无穷碧，映日荷花别样红。我心里的荷，是干净的，是馨香的，是可以洗涤心中的尘杂的。

我不知道我是何时回去的，那夜的荷给我的感觉又飘渺起来了。如梦如幻，但心头始终带着一份荷韵，经久不息。我爱荷城，也爱这荷城下的遍地荷花。

生姜、一般长在山边的田中，每当阳光明媚，生机勃勃的春天来临时，生姜就会长出嫩嫩的小芽儿，虽然既像小草一样小，不引人注目，但是，生姜还自强不息，依然生长。

每当八月份中秋佳节来临之前，人们就开始拔生姜了，已经长大的生姜必须要连根拔起才能保证生姜完整。拔好之后，再用大卡车一批一批的运到每所城市去销售。

八月份菜市场买生姜，那才叫一个热闹呀!买生姜的人那是人山人海，人声鼎沸，大家伙都在不停的选生姜呀!买生姜呀!要说为什么买这些生姜呢?都是因为生姜好，所以都买个几斤、几十斤的，甚至好的让有些人不得不买几百斤分享给家人、亲友哩!

刮生姜的时候也挺有趣的。会刮生姜的老爷爷老奶奶们常常聚在一起刮，大家聚在一起边刮生姜、边聊聊家常，互相解闷，顺便让气氛更热闹一些，所以，刮生姜都非常热闹。

刮出来的生姜是白白胖胖的，像个小小的娃娃一样，生姜尖子头上面有一点儿红，真好玩呀!

现在该制作生姜了啦!制作生姜要放入材料，比如说：糖、醋、盐然后可以晾晒，但是，有些老人们都会选腌制过之后再次晾晒，因为这样口感会更好点。

生姜当然是好吃喽!生姜虽然有点辣，但是很好吃，甜甜的，吃了一口，还想再吃，而且甜味再加上辣味儿，也是非常的好吃又爽口，因为生姜腌过之后是凉凉的。

生姜除了味道很好吃，也有很多的功效，他既能强身健体，又能大开胃口，特别是给病人吃或者是在吃早餐的时候吃，更能表现它的功效。

还有就是，每当逢年过节时，走亲访友，都会送一点儿生姜，做为祝福，也增加有情。
