心理描写：以语言文字对人物的内心世界、思想道德品质、个性性格特征所进行的描写。进行心理描写应注意掌握以下三个原则：

第一，写人物的心理活动，应写特定的人物在特定的环境中必然产生的心理活动，而不能为心理描写而进行心理描写。

第二，写心理活动，要防止左一个心理活动，右一个心理活动。只有在关键的情节、动作、表情出现时，才伴之以心理描写。

第三，写心理活动，要努力写人物细微的感情波澜和复杂的心理变化过程。

“语文课开始了，老师把批好的试卷发了下来。在拿到试卷之前，我紧张得要命，就怕自己考砸了。试卷拿到手以后，我一看不及格，很是伤心。”

心理描写的方法有很多种，可分为两大类：直接描写和间接描写；直接描写包括内心独白、神态描写、梦境和幻觉描写等，间接描写包括环境烘托、动作语言描写。

内心独白，就是自己对自己讲的无声的话。人在不同的心理状态下会对自己讲不同的话，这不同的话就能反映人物不同的心理状态。把特定状态下自己对自己讲的话详尽地描写下来就能生动地表现出人物的心理。

注意:在内心独白之前应加上“想”、“心说”等提示语。

在进行幻觉描写前也要用一些提示语，如：似乎看见，仿佛听到等。

我好象看见满试卷鲜红的叉组成一张巨大的网向卷来，使我不得动弹，不能呼吸。我又仿佛看到了老师满面的怒容，仿佛听到了父母悲伤的叹息声和旁人的嘲笑声。

环境描写，一个人在不同的心情时看相同的景物，会产生不同的感受，因为人对使自己心灵产生感应的事物特别敏感，因此人的眼睛能根据自己的心情选择景物，并伴随着强烈的主观感受。
