昨夜雨淅沥哗啦地下个不停，清晨起来发现今天天气很好，一大早太阳就出来露脸儿了，好像知道我们今天要去春游，所以老天对我们特别的眷顾。

早上八点，我怀着激动的心情，拿起背囊，跨上大巴，兴高采烈地和同学们一起去动物园游玩。

不一会大巴就开到了动物园门口，我们在导游乐老师的带领下排着队进到动物园里边开始参观游览。进入园区见到了我熟悉的，喜爱的动物们，还看了鸟类表演、群虎群狮表演。

在群虎群狮表演剧场我们吃了午饭，一人一盒快餐，盒饭里有鸡腿，红萝卜玉米炒火腿肉，大白菜加米饭，虽然没有家里的饭菜丰富，因为玩累了所以吃起来也觉得很美味，吃得好饱。

午餐后我们去到海洋天地的剧场里看跳水表演，海狮海豚表演，空中杂技表演，美人鱼表演等等一个个精彩的表演看得我们目瞪口呆，非常震撼！

从海洋天地出来，我们就去中型猛兽谷，我看到了豹子，还有狮虎兽，黑熊，野狼参观完猛兽紧接着来到动物昆虫博物馆，这是我曾经几次来动物园却没有到过的地方，在这里了解了许多我不太认识的动物和昆虫的标本介绍，从而收获了更多有关科普的知识。

最后是去观看一场百兽盛会的表演。野生动物园里的全部动物们都来到这个大舞台上给观众展示自已的本领及特长，这是一场精彩而又压轴的表演。这场表演结束后，已经是下午四点多了，三位导游老师安排我们有序的排着队离场，准备上车返校。

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never forget.

We are almost always stronger and more capable than we believe ourselves to be. But anxiety is not rational in nature, which means that in most cases we cannot work through it using logic as our only tool. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. 我是1321班熊来仪的妈妈。很高兴能在博才实验中学升旗仪式这一庄严的时刻上台与各位分享，我在教育孩子的过程中所得出的心得体会。其实，我只是太多优秀学生家长中的普通一员，今天能代表众多家长发言，我深感荣幸，感谢校方的安排，感谢各位老师、同学们对我们的肯定。

自2013年9月孩子进入博才开始，至今已过去一年半的时光。一路走来，作为家长，我也陪同孩子经历了很多，其中有对学校教育理念的期待、有对孩子成长的期盼，但更多的是如何从父母的角度对孩子给予成长的帮助。正所谓：十年树木，百年树人。成才路上的种种艰辛，作为父母的我们深有体会。伴随并见证孩子的成长是父母辛苦却又最幸福的事情，我家来仪虽不足够优秀，但每天都在成长进步，作为家长，我倍感欣慰。培养经验谈不上，今天就交流几点体会，不当之处，还请批评指正。

一、加强与孩子的沟通。我们家有条针对家长的家规——和孩子作朋友，对于孩子的成长道路上出现的问题，我们始终保持多理解，多鼓励，少埋怨，少责骂的态度。人与人之间的距离是可怕的，哪怕父母与孩子之间也不例外。我认为：如果能找到适当的时间跟孩子好好沟通，互相了解，换位思考，多给孩子一些关爱，那么这种努力一定有收益。我们并不求孩子办大事，但求脚踏实地对待每一件小事。在我们看来，孩子的态度远比结果重要。她今天的学习态度，就是她今后的工作态度，甚至人生态度。虽然我们都很忙，但不管怎么忙，我们一定会多抽时间陪陪孩子，了解她的心理、她的朋友、她最近的学习生活，定时定期与老师沟通孩子的在校表现。这样，才能发现孩子在成长的路上所出现的问题，并及时给予帮助，好让孩子的青春路走得更为顺畅平安。

二、培养孩子学习的能力。为了训练能力、提高成绩，适当多做一些课后练习是必要的。在此，我要谈谈我们家对孩子提出的“五个一”：一是每天利用一些时间温习功课、完成作业；二是每天攻克一条学科知识难点；三是每周阅读一本好书，写好心得感悟，培养良好的阅读习惯；四是每天帮家长做一点家务活，培养孩子勤劳节俭的好品质；五是参加一些有意义的社会实践活动，培养孩子发

现问题、解决问题、有独到见解的能力。而正式这“五个一”家规的坚持施行，让来仪在德智体美劳各个方面都有了显著的提高。

三、正确对待成绩，及时调整学习战术。在我们家，每次来仪考完试，无论成绩怎样，我们都会先让她分析原因、找出差距，并自己制定出一个接下来的学习策略，而作为家长则起辅助引导的作用，而不是给孩子施加压力。家长不关注成绩是不可能的，但过度关注又绝对是不可取的。通过考试，最重要的是了解孩子的学习状况，帮助孩子了解存在的问题和不足，并及时弥补。只要以后的考试作业中不犯类似错误，我的目的就达到了。家长应从孩子的基础出发，多肯定、多鼓劲。我们一直坚信——好孩子是夸出来的。

四、重视孩子的品德教育、安全教育和青春期教育。一是不要迷恋网游，要有效利用网络资源进行学习；二是教育孩子端正审美观，言语要得体，举止要文明；三是关爱生命，提高防范意识，防止交通事故、火灾事故、盗抢事件的发生；四是做好青春期教育，教育孩子正确面对开放多元的媒体影响，强堵不如巧疏，有针对性传授科学知识；五是多与孩子交心，培养孩子的兴趣爱好，知道孩子正常交往，帮助她理智超越情感，培育高尚情操，让孩子在丰富多彩的活动中得到足够多的情感满足，坦然愉快地步入青春期，充分享受花季的绚丽多姿。

“丁零零，丁零零……”考试开始了！我的心儿忍不住“怦怦”直跳。不知道这关乎我今后美好前程的一战会如何。

战斗的乐章正式奏响了！只见我过五关，斩六将，终于杀到了第七题——“简答题”面前。哼哼，这员“大将”手上的好东西可真多。如果此战成功，我方实力定会直线上升！

才刚想完，我便开始英勇杀敌。或许是本人之前运气还算好，现在，半路突然杀出了个程咬金！怎么办，怎么办……我的心“怦怦”直跳，额头上冒出一层又一层的冷汗。天哪，千算万算居然算漏了一点。没想到它手下竟有如此战将，真是失策啊……

不知不觉中，手心已出现一层细密的汗珠。算了，不想了！本人先攻别处，最后再集结兵力攻此一城。此时，心中无时无刻不在想：连前几题都有如此彪悍猛将，那敌人主力岂不更厉害？如果我的战斗成绩不理想，那么，回去怎么跟家中“主席”交代呀……

时间，就像一个顽皮的小孩子，又像一条滑溜溜的小泥鳅，在不知不觉中，悄悄从指缝中溜了过去。战斗，亦将结束，亦未结束，因为我还有一大题——“应用题”没写，我的心儿越跳越快，却不知该怎样攻城。这道题，仿佛是一只身穿坚硬铠甲的乌龟，令我无从下手。

我的心儿越跳越快，可是，我却清楚地知道：时间正一分一秒地从我身上跨过去。而我，却无能为力，不能将它挽回，只能眼睁睁地看着它慢慢消失……

结束考试的钟声无情地响了起来，我一咬牙，随便写了个答案在上面，呜呼！怦怦直跳的心，终于慢慢平静下来……
