无法考证是谁总结出这句真理——“减肥，女人一辈子要做的功课”。在身边大概有三种整天减肥的：一是身高体重的确不成正比甚至发展下去会影响健康的；二是不肥但挺有肉，说白了就是不够苗条纤细；三是已经芦柴棒了还不知足对镜自怜想再瘦下去的，简直就是“欠扁型”。打量自己，好像并不算太胖，（抑或只是一种自欺欺人的自我宽慰？），应该算第二种吧。在年复一年日复一日以瘦为美的宗旨的倡导之下，在意志力一次次溃败成泥又复固若金汤的折腾之下，上帝保佑，阿门，我的体重始终维持在标准线上下，并没有变得更胖，当然，也没有丝毫会瘦下来的迹象。心有不甘，于是便在黄瓜西红柿下肚后，咬着牙挺过了四十五分钟的健身操训练之后，疲劳掺杂着饥饿度过难眠之夜，轻声的和上帝对话：让我瘦点儿，更瘦点吧！

其实我的所有不可理喻的愚蠢举动都是事出有因的，乍暖还寒早春二月里，只要随手翻开任何一本时尚杂志的封面，轻薄的衣裙裹着s型曲线，若隐若现的肌肤，加上极具煽动性的语言，让自己感觉再多吃一口都是罪人，再不运动都是十恶不赦。没有办法，无论当季时尚指向哪，无论是复古奢华还是曼妙轻纱，有一点是万变不离其宗的，那就是瘦。如果不信，就请看看那些不识好歹喊着要以胖为美口号的人们，在来自四面八方的口水和白眼攻击之下，销声匿迹速度之快，你也便能心领神会：瘦，有多么的深入人心。

这个以在瘦为美的年代里，瘦即意味着轻盈、温润、美妙。瘦是初夏含苞待放的花骨朵，是动如脱兔静若处子，是清晨小草上的露水，是入口即化的果冻布丁，那样的充满生机，清新欲滴。而身体上那些多余的脂肪则代表着罪恶，代表着混沌，代表着懒惰和愚钝，它是你肢体不勤，五谷不分的不二铁证。

一个瘦字，轻易的就让人联想到女子那“以柳为态，以玉为骨，以冰雪为肤，以秋水为姿，以诗词为心”的才貌情趣，旷古才女李清照便是其中的杰出代表。

无论是早期“蹴罢秋千，起来慵整纤纤手。露浓花瘦，薄汗轻衣透。见有人来，袜铲金钗溜，和羞走。倚门回首，却把青梅嗅。”的娇俏少女，还是青年时代与夫君恩爱非常琴瑟和谐而发出闺中闲愁“昨夜雨疏风骤，浓睡不消残酒。试问卷帘人，却道海棠依旧。知否？知否？应是绿肥红瘦。”的少妇，或是晚年时期身陷孤苦境况，感叹“莫道不消魂，帘卷西风，人比黄花瘦。”的凄清老妪。简简单单的一“瘦”字，将这位女词人在不同时期却同样清秀婉约，才情横溢，暗香盈满袖的形象刻画得入木三分。

由此来看，我猜测李清照不算大美女，但因为瘦便显得格外的别致、风雅，值得回味。

于女人，于每个追求更完美的女人，在孜孜不倦追逐瘦的过程中，只是饥饿与虚荣相互斗争的小游戏。所以请你，请你以后再看到身边的小女人们那样勤勤恳恳孜孜以求为着瘦身这根挂在驴子跟前儿永远不可触及的胡萝卜而奋发向上殚精竭虑时，不要再笑话她们吧，因为纤瘦只是一个熠熠生辉却遥不可及的理想，只是女人永远惆怅又永远无法平息的幻想。

今早醒来第二件事就是“过磅“。嗯，还好，55公斤，戒备心减弱早饭就多吃了两口，但此时负罪感袭上心头，遂有此文。

A Sports meet运动会

The sports meet of our university was held on a charming spring day.The stand around the playground was packed with spectators.Firt came the parade of the opening ceremony.Athletes walked into the field in orderly arrays.After the opening address was delivered,the athletes withdrew.Then there was a performance of group callisthenics.

The contests and races of track and field events were exciting.The runners of 100 metre race dashed to the terminal point.The winner took the lead only by a small fraction of second.A boy athlete gave a javelin a lorceful throw.It shot across the sky and arrived at a point far ahead of the former record.A girl athlete,in a long distance race,stumbled over the foot of another athlete and fell down.She rose to her feet,clenched her teeth,and continued her running.The most attractive is the relay race that was so intense that all spectators cheered,hailed and applaused.

The sports meet was over.Our athletes not only gained a good harvest of prizes,but also strengthened their body and tempered their will.

在迷人的春季我们学校举行了一场运动会，操场上挤满了观众，首先举行的是开幕式典礼。运动员们井然有序的在操场上排着队列， 开幕词发表之后运动员退出，团体操表演随之进行。

在比赛中田径比赛是令人兴奋的，百米赛跑运动员都奋力奔向终点，冠军仅以一秒只差领先。运动员中的一个扔标枪的小男孩，标枪划破天空远超越始前记录。在长跑比赛中，一个女孩绊了另一个运动员的脚摔倒了，她站起身咬咬牙继续比赛。最吸引人的接力赛跑让全场观众欢呼雀跃。

运动会结束了，运动员们不仅获得了好成绩，更锻炼了自己的神态和意志。

感情使部分人在青春中失去了对学业和事业的追逐，让人显的空洞虚无。要知道青春只有一次，过了就不会再回来，把持好感性是必要的。

青春中，我们编绘着一道道彩虹，我们就像那高高低低的树木那样总会变的老熟。

做过的今天，是辉煌的，是强大的。随着科技迅速的发展。祖国创就了许多高科技。我们也可以坐在明亮的教室里学习。现在的中国不再落后，不再贫穷，而是想顶尖的发展前进着。

Success, as is known, is the pursuit of many ambitious people. It requires much of a person.

In my  above all, one should be a person of strong perseverance. Rome was not built in a day. On our long way to success, there are  undoubtedly many difficulties standing in the way. If we lose heart and give up

halfway, nothing can be achieved. Throughout history, we havehad many famous successful people in the world, of whom no one is weak-minded. 昨夜雨淅沥哗啦地下个不停，清晨起来发现今天天气很好，一大早太阳就出来露脸儿了，好像知道我们今天要去春游，所以老天对我们特别的眷顾。

早上八点，我怀着激动的心情，拿起背囊，跨上大巴，兴高采烈地和同学们一起去动物园游玩。

不一会大巴就开到了动物园门口，我们在导游乐老师的带领下排着队进到动物园里边开始参观游览。进入园区见到了我熟悉的，喜爱的动物们，还看了鸟类表演、群虎群狮表演。

在群虎群狮表演剧场我们吃了午饭，一人一盒快餐，盒饭里有鸡腿，红萝卜玉米炒火腿肉，大白菜加米饭，虽然没有家里的饭菜丰富，因为玩累了所以吃起来也觉得很美味，吃得好饱。

午餐后我们去到海洋天地的剧场里看跳水表演，海狮海豚表演，空中杂技表演，美人鱼表演等等一个个精彩的表演看得我们目瞪口呆，非常震撼！

从海洋天地出来，我们就去中型猛兽谷，我看到了豹子，还有狮虎兽，黑熊，野狼参观完猛兽紧接着来到动物昆虫博物馆，这是我曾经几次来动物园却没有到过的地方，在这里了解了许多我不太认识的动物和昆虫的标本介绍，从而收获了更多有关科普的知识。

最后是去观看一场百兽盛会的表演。野生动物园里的全部动物们都来到这个大舞台上给观众展示自已的本领及特长，这是一场精彩而又压轴的表演。这场表演结束后，已经是下午四点多了，三位导游老师安排我们有序的排着队离场，准备上车返校。

五点钟，大巴就把我们准时载到学校门口，就这样我们结束了这一天的春游活动。今天野生动物园游玩一天，虽然有点累，但是很开心！
