三、 中译英：

首先将写作真题范文译为中文，或参考范文的正确译文，然后进行中译英的工作，根据自己的理解把中文译为英文，最后对照英文原文，你会发现你的译文与原文存在较大的差别，这些差别正是你写作低分的症结所在。同样的一个中文句子，仔细对比一下你使用了哪些词汇、词组和句型，原文使用了哪些，这样你的写作水平才会逐渐提高。

四、 写作：

进行完上述工作之后，在考前必须进行写作的工作，只有动笔写作，才会发现自己的问题。可以写5—10篇真题或模拟题，模仿自己曾经背诵过的精彩词汇、词组、句型、框架和范文，写出一篇新的文章。最初不要求速度，但考前一定要进行模考，半小时写出一篇120－150词的文章。写完之后仔细修改其中的语言错误，将其改的更加精彩。

通过长跑可以调节神经中枢的兴奋与抑制合理的交替转换，避免神经思维中枢紧张过度，消除大脑的疲劳，提高学习效益，提高记忆力；在低温下长跑可以刺激、激活肌体的保护性反应，调节大脑体温中枢的功能；长跑还可以促进血液循环，加速脑部的血量，供给大脑更多的氧和营养物质，使大脑清醒，思维能力敏捷，神经系统功能的改善，可以提高和完善对各器官、系统的控制和调节能力。

长跑运动可以增强心脏肌肉收缩的力量，提高血液中红血球携带氧的能力，可以使血管粗壮有弹性，可以激活淋巴细胞提高人体的免疫功能。在长跑运动时由于需求氧的量成倍增多，呼吸次数及深度也随之增加，经常进行长跑就能有效的提高呼吸肌力量，加大肺泡的通气量，从而提高了肺活量。

冬季长跑可以重新塑造完美体形、体态长跑属于有氧代谢运动，在运动中需要大量的氧和营养物质来供给人体运动的需要，在运动中多余的脂肪被消耗掉就能使得原本臃肿肥胖的体形得到改善，达到重新塑造体形的效果。

在冬季长跑中由于受到季节温度和环境的影响会遇到很多的困难，如天气寒冷，空气干燥都是对人在跑步时形成的自然困难因素，在这样的环境中锻炼一方面在锻炼体质，另一方面也是对人的意志品质的锻炼。

I went skiing with my friends on Sunday. It was my very first time to try this super interesting sport. I really enjoyed skiing A LOT, and I think that I have potential!!! For the entire afternoon, I only fell down twice before our coach actually came and taught us the correct postures. After some basic and advanced practices, I did try to ski down the hill, and it was AWESOME ! I think Ill try to go skiing as often as possible. However, wearing all the equipment to walk with is GOD DAMN exhausted!

我跟朋友去滑雪了星期天的比赛。这是我头一次的时间尝试这只超级有趣的活动。我真的很喜欢滑雪很多,而且我觉得我有潜在的!整个下午,我只俯伏三思而后行实际上我们的教练来教我们正确的姿势。经过一些基本的和先进的做法,我曾试滑雪下山,这实在太棒了! 我想我会试著去滑雪,次数越多越好。然而,戴着所有的设备散步是上帝诅咒累啊！

话说您在选举时，便声称“要独立”，台湾人民大部分反映的都很响！果不其然，在马英九退位后，您直接同日本、美国交好，决心脱离大陆。

但“台独”对您和台湾有什么好处呢？

在您胜任之前，台湾人民与大陆交往甚好，不少大陆人飞往台湾欣赏美景，也有不少台湾人在大陆落地生根安居乐业，您为何要打破这种平静美好呢？

当然，您会觉得您不是大陆人，而是台湾人，但是你不能连累整个台湾岛。

您难道没有发现美国、日本虽然和你有来往，但他们却没有和您走的太近吗？在他们眼中，您和台湾就一棋子，台湾根本不是大陆的对手。

没错，台湾是后来才回归大陆的，你们虽然一直不认为自己是中国人，要独立，但大陆却一直把你们当做自己人呐。

你再想想，台湾如果真的独立了，中国身为“世界第二大经济体”，你们的日子会好过吗？

但如果您和台湾回归大陆，大陆必定以礼相待。虽然在短时间内台湾民众会产生怨念，说你“骗了他们”，但日子长了，他们就会感受到这样做带来的好处。

两岸的关系更进一步，是台湾和大陆都希望看到的。

大陆和台湾就像兄弟一样，之间不应该有缝隙。

大陆和台湾就像母子一样，大陆张开双臂，如台湾想回到母亲的怀抱，大陆会立刻送上火热的胸怀，迎接台湾这个浪子迷途知返，扑入母亲怀中。

回来吧，台湾，蔡英文，你想想。

大陆的一名小学生：葛蕗萌

人们都说：一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。时光在不断流逝，我们的童年也一去不复返了，望着外婆家那一只只活蹦乱跳的小鸡们，我的脑海中浮现出童年的各种各样有趣的事……但让我记忆深刻的，还是那次在乡下抓鸡的事。

那年我刚满六岁，平日里跟着一群小伙伴四处乱蹿，一会儿去田里抓青蛙，一会儿去菜地捉蚂蚱，一会儿上山摘竹叶当笛吹……我们都玩腻了，就坐在一起绞尽脑汁想新点子：摘果子？不行，会挨骂；捉蝴蝶？不好玩；爬树？危险；玩泥巴？没意思……我们急得满头大汗，我想：要不抓鸡吧，既有趣又好玩。我把我的想法告诉伙伴们，她们都拍手称好。我们就开始抓鸡了，我威风地走在最前面，几只鸡朝我们走来，它们抖动着羽毛，张开翅膀向我们示威，我气得火冒三丈，猛地扑了上去，一只鸡来不及跑，被我一把抓住，关进了我们准备好的笼子里面去了，我得意洋洋地对它说：“小样，跟我斗，你还嫩着呢！”

因为之前的开局大胜，使我们昂首挺胸地奔向鸡的大本营——-鸡圈。我们分好组，开始向鸡进攻。A小队潜入鸡窝旁边，全副武装的B小队负责吸引母鸡的注意力，A小队趁此机会把鸡窝里面的小鸡仔全部抓住，然后开始对鸡群进行“捕杀”。我拿着网子网鸡，却没有抓到，反而摔了一跤，这一跤也让我压住了一只大公鸡，我顾不上疼痛，一把抓住了这只大公鸡，于是，它又成为了我们的战利品。我们越战越猛，把一大群鸡逼到了墙角，正准备抓时，一只大母鸡扇动翅膀飞上了屋顶，其它鸡也争先恐后地往屋顶飞，还一边向我们喷射炸弹——-鸡粪。我们落荒而逃，但马上又斗志昂扬地向“敌人”进攻，A小队拿石子往屋顶扔，鸡群大乱，纷纷四处逃蹿，B小队趁机用大网子把鸡全部网住，就这样，我们大胜，鸡全部抓住，我们围着战利品跳来跳去，开心得不得了。

虽然这件事过去了很久，但这些珍贵的回忆，就像黑夜里天上的星星一样闪闪发亮，永远陪伴着我。冲吧！抓鸡去！
