In the traditional view, a woman needs to sacrifice a lot when she marries.

moms change peoples idea. A lot of mothers look still young and beautiful. They

have done some work to keep the body shape and take regular exercise, no matter

how busy they are. I admire these woman, some even make her career so well. They

find the balance between family and work, which makes them charming all the

time. The hot moms deserve the girls to learn from them.

最近比较烦，比较烦，身体胖得像条蚕……近几个星期，由于好吃懒动，肥虫又在我身上“安营扎寨”了。摸着“满身遍体”的肉，真有说不出的苦恼。于是，我痛下决心——减肥！说起减肥，真可谓是“书到用时方恨少，肉遇减肥才嫌多。”

方案A——节食。本来每顿饭总能吃大半碗，而且睡前爱吃零食。自从开始减肥后，饭前一个苹果，先填饱半个肚子，然后再吃一小碗饭和一点青菜，自然，零食也只能“看在眼里，馋在心里”了。不吃零食吧，咽咽口水也就过去了，但只让我吃一小碗饭，可“遭罪”了。半夜，肚子“咕噜咕噜”唱空城计，哪还睡得安稳。这下，肉倒是没少，脸上却有了熊猫眼。

一计不成，又生一计。妈妈说：“既然节食不成功，那就实施B方案——锻炼。”于是每天放学，先去操场跑几圈。我慢吞吞地走到跑道上，开始了“跑步之旅”。头两圈，还能享受着风从我耳边吹过的凉爽，但好景不长，我的力气渐渐削弱，脚步也慢了下来，明显是力不从心了。足球场上的男孩子东奔西跑，似乎永远也不会疲倦。而我的双腿像灌了铅似的沉，怎么也迈不动了，我朝妈妈摇摇手，表达彻底跑不动了。第二天，尽管腿还痛，但继续跑。就这样，一天一天，一直坚持着。半个月后，我称了一下体重，呀，从原先的80多斤减到了77斤。哈哈，方案B成功。

我相信，这场减肥运动，肥胖一定会成为我的手下败将。由此我也有所感悟：任何事情，只要你下定决心，找准方法，坚持下去，一定会成功。耶！

俗话说“冬训吃一年”，这是体育业内人非常重视的训练阶段。在民间利用寒冷的冬天进行长跑活动更是人们喜闻乐见的体育项目。为了让同学们更多的掌握长跑的知识，更好的参加长跑运动，我们在此向同学们介绍冬季长跑的有关知识。

通过长跑可以调节神经中枢的兴奋与抑制合理的交替转换，避免神经思维中枢紧张过度，消除大脑的疲劳，提高学习效益，提高记忆力；在低温下长跑可以刺激、激活肌体的保护性反应，调节大脑体温中枢的功能；长跑还可以促进血液循环，加速脑部的血量，供给大脑更多的氧和营养物质，使大脑清醒，思维能力敏捷，神经系统功能的改善，可以提高和完善对各器官、系统的控制和调节能力。

长跑运动可以增强心脏肌肉收缩的力量，提高血液中红血球携带氧的能力，可以使血管粗壮有弹性，可以激活淋巴细胞提高人体的免疫功能。在长跑运动时由于需求氧的量成倍增多，呼吸次数及深度也随之增加，经常进行长跑就能有效的提高呼吸肌力量，加大肺泡的通气量，从而提高了肺活量。

人体的运动系统是由骨骼、关节、肌肉组成，经常参加长跑运动，提高关节的灵活性；有效的提高肌肉的力量和耐力。

冬季长跑可以重新塑造完美体形、体态长跑属于有氧代谢运动，在运动中需要大量的氧和营养物质来供给人体运动的需要，在运动中多余的脂肪被消耗掉就能使得原本臃肿肥胖的体形得到改善，达到重新塑造体形的效果。

在冬季长跑中由于受到季节温度和环境的影响会遇到很多的困难，如天气寒冷，空气干燥都是对人在跑步时形成的自然困难因素，在这样的环境中锻炼一方面在锻炼体质，另一方面也是对人的意志品质的锻炼。

beautiful city near the sea. There are several places worth visiting.

The most famous place is the Silver Beach. You can take the no.2 bus and

take no.3bus to the Silver Beach. You can get off the bus at the Beach hotel

stop and set the luggage or have s rest at the hotel. Then go back the road

which the bus have come. The beach is not far from the hotel, you can’t miss it.

The seafood is very delicious, you can have some for supper after swimming. The
