要写好人物的神态，就要仔细观察人物神态的细微变化。比如笑，“微笑”是反映发自内心的喜悦；“歪起一个嘴笑”是表示心怀鬼胎，不怀好意；“张大嘴哈哈大笑”既表现人物豪爽的性格，也表现笑得痛快。可见只有观察清楚各种神态的特点，才能在描写神态中反映不同的意义。

不同年龄、不同性别的人在同一场合的神态往往是不一样的。年龄相近，性别相同的人，由于思想性格不同，对待同一件事，他们的神态也常常各不相同。即使是同一个人，碰到不同的情况时，他的神态也会不一样的：

高兴时——嘴角上泛起一阵涟漪，眼睛笑成了一条缝。

伤心时——鼻子两翼一掀一掀，眼睛里充满了泪水。

紧张时——不住地喘气，脸色灰白，双眉紧锁，一句话也说不出来。

愤怒时——竖起了眉毛，眼珠子瞪得像要弹出来似的。

发愣时——两眼直呆呆向前望去，木头一般地站在那里。

哭泣时——亮晶晶的泪珠在他是眼睛里滚动，然后，大大的、圆圆的、一颗颗闪闪发亮的泪珠顺着他的脸颊滚下来，滴在嘴角上、胸膛上、地上。

我们平时要重视对人物神态的作细致的观察，同时还可以从课文中学习一些描写人物神态的词语和方法。

二、要反映人物的思想感情

描写人物的神态，还要注意反映人物的思想感情。不能离开刻画人物、表现主题的需要，为写神态而写神态。

三、要同行动和语言描写相结合

神态描写要结合在人物行为或语言叙述中，加强文章的表现力。

第一集《时代之问》从国内和国际视野出发，透过历史、当代和未来的时空坐标，紧紧围绕治国理政新理念新思想新战略，讲述全面深化改革重大战略部署的决策过程，描述改革理念的形成轨迹，系统阐释全面深化改革“为什么改”、“往哪儿改”、“为谁改”、“怎么改”、“如何改到位”等重大理论问题，勾勒全面深化改革具有“四梁八柱”性质的主要领域改革框架，概括总结全面深化改革的主要特征，生动讲述了党的十八大以来伟大改革进程给人民群众带来的丰富获得感。

第二集——《引领经济发展新常态》聚焦经济体制改革，紧紧围绕治国理政新理念新思想新战略，讲述了以为核心的党中央作出经济发展新常态这一重大判断的过程，全景式地展现了在引领经济发展新常态的进程中，深入推进供给侧结构性改革、行政审批制度改革、科技体制改革、土地制度改革、国资国企改革、健全产权保护制度改革、构建对外开放型新体制等一系列重大改革内容。

第三集《人民民主新境界》主要围绕全面深化改革对于政治体制改革提出的目标、作出的部署、展开的实践和取得的成效等展开。

本集按照“党的领导”、“人民当家作主”、“依法治国”这三大板块结构全片，坚持党的领导贯穿始终。在第一个板块中鲜明提出，推进政治体制改革的前提与方向，是坚持党的领导，发展和完善社会主义制度。中国共产党人和中国人民完全有信心为人类对更好社会制度的探索提供中国方案。本集展开了一幅发展更加广泛、更加充分、更加健全的人民民主的生动画卷。

第四集——《维护社会公平正义》“努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义”，这是以为核心的党中央对人民作出的庄严承诺。党的十八大以来，司法体制改革蹄疾步稳、成效显著。本集聚焦司法责任制改革、诉讼制度改革、司法便民利民改革等，用生动的改革故事，讲述了司法体制改革如何“做成了想了很多年、讲了很多年但没有做成的改革”。

第五集——《延续中华文脉》聚焦文化体制改革，以关于文化改革发展的重要思想为主线，充分展现文化自信，以“传承传统文化、弘扬时代精神、讲述中国故事”贯穿全篇，围绕“培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观、建设社会主义文化强国”的核心目标，突出本轮文化改革的重中之重--建立健全把社会效益放在首位、确保“两个效益”相统一的体制机制，推动媒体融合发展、建立健全在互联网时代坚持正确舆论导向的体制机制。本集里有不少生动的人物和故事，有大量对权威人士的采访，清晰勾勒了党的十八大以来文化改革的“四梁八柱”，讲述了老百姓身边鲜活生动的文化故事。

明天就轮到我演讲了，我又紧张又开心。这可是我第一次演讲呀，一定要好好准备。

回到家，我马上准备演讲稿，接着对着镜子开始一遍又一遍地练习，直到满意为止。

第二天，我自信满满地来到学校，上课了，演讲马上就要开始了，我紧张的心脏都快要跳出来了，我不停地跟自己说：“别慌，别慌，已经把稿子读熟了。可麻烦事发生了，我一摸兜，发现演讲稿忘带了。天哪！急的我眼泪都快掉下来了，没稿子我可怎么演讲啊，放弃？太丢人了，再说也来不及了，那就硬着头皮上吧，我战战兢兢地站在讲台上，开始了演讲。凭着记忆，我磕磕绊绊地说着，因为紧张，我老是停顿，不知道该说什么，我不敢看同学，只能看着天花板，手攥得紧紧的，都攥出汗了。忽然我大脑一片空白，一点都想不起来了，这下怎么办？我慌了神，只听见讲台下同学们小声地嘀咕着什么，我努力的让自己镇定，忽然，演讲稿的内容又回到了我的脑子里，我赶紧讲了下去，终于演讲完了，长舒了一口气，走了下来，感觉自己一下子轻松了。

第一次演讲，让我现在想起来都觉得紧张，下次演讲再也不敢忘带演讲稿了。
