the traffic there is very convenient. you can got here by tunnel and no.2 subway. and if you live near it, you can walk there just like our family. we went to the eighty-eighth floor of jinmao building. we saw the whole view of shanghai there. please come to jinmao building, and you will get some unexpected gains there.

形成近视眼绝非易事，因为眼睛总是努力地将自己内部的“垃圾”通过眼泪排出，尽力矫正视力，恢复原貌。针对这一点，我们在读书写字的时候一定要弯着腰，翘起个儿郎腿，斜坐着，眼睛离纸要不超过2厘米，如果能贴在纸上当然最好，握笔是尽量握着笔尖。从而让眼睛看字十分吃力，这样就能打好近视之基础。

在形成近视眼的过程中，把握光线的强弱也是异常关键的，如果能长时间地在直射的强光下看书或是在光线暗的地方看书，效果更佳。其次，如果能够躺卧看书，走路看书，便能达到锦上添花的效果。

以上所说的只是破坏眼球内部所需的工作，为了让大家早日安上一架“心灵的窗户”我建议大家对眼圈也进行破坏，比如用脏手去揉眼睛等，都是很好的破坏方法。为了成为近视眼而破坏眼圈，正如为了画好一幅画而用蜡笔勾边一样，都能达到事半功倍的效果。

长时间看电视，看书，上网，玩游戏是形成近视眼的捷径。看电视时你只要搬一把凳子放在离电视机最近的位置，一个一个的捕捉电视里的重重画面，长时间的坚持下去，或是昏天暗地上网玩游戏，如果你说你既不喜欢上网，玩游戏，又不喜欢看电视。没关系你可以捧一本你喜欢的书一个人静静地看十几个小时而不休息，这样保证能让你既过了读书瘾，又能早日戴上那两个大饼，另外，还有十分重要的一点我要提醒你们，正在实行以上方法的时候，听到别人叫你休息一下，出去散散步，或是眺望一下外面的风景，你可千万不要轻信，你一旦相信他们的话，就将前功尽弃，功亏一篑。

总而言之，事情就是这么简单，只要你保证尽可能注意姿势，多看电视，玩电脑，少眺望风景。这样你就能早日成为你梦寐以求的近视眼，戴上你最喜欢的近视眼镜，和我一样成为近视家族的一员，我会一直等，等着你送来胜利的好消息，到时候让我们共同努力，为了让更多的人加入及时家族而努力，而奋斗。

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20**.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 20**, I began work for a small private com#pany as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 20**,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I

fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there the sky was turning grey little by little the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries then suddenly in the faraway horizon golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon so big and so red it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.
