对于找资料来说，我觉得我真的很怄火…我不知道是因为在之前的公司都是经理给资料的原因还是我自己对自己没信心，觉得自己找的资料都是高骚的，但是我现在正在一步一步的努力去改，其实我并不觉得我比公司里的任何人差，我相信我只要努力，我就会得到我想要的，这只是一个时间的过程，毕竟他们都是老手

最后我想说的是，我爱我的团队，我爱一区，我爱蓝海，既然蓝海给了我这个展现自己的机会，我相信我也不会令你们失望的，是金子总会发光的，我也不想做埋在深山的矿石，请大家相信我…

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《做风华少年》。柳絮渐渐飘来了，燕儿悄悄飞来了，春天也接踵而至，又一个春天到来了。我们如花儿一般，含苞待放；我们如沐春风，茁壮成长。

在这一个温暖的日子里，祖国正迎来一批新的少年。今天，我们正迈开大步，从各个方面全面走进好少年的行列中，这就要求我们要加强自身的修养。

首先，我们要做到懂礼仪，勤学习，善包容。无论在生活中，还是在社会上，我们都应该要懂礼仪。见到老师要行队礼，并问“老师好”；见到比自己年长的长辈应恭敬的称呼；对父母亲要经常亲切的问候。勤学习，就是对待学习一定要严谨认真，不能马马虎虎。不能因为一点点小成绩就沾沾自喜，要时刻保持谦虚、不骄不躁的态度。对待不会的问题，我们不能有畏难的想法，要善于动脑思考解决。如果实在解决不了了，我们可以请教一下老师同学，请他们给我们帮助。善包容，如果有同学犯了错误，我们不能劈头盖脸的去指责他，而应该以宽容的心接纳他。有一颗学会包容的心，才能使我们结交到更多的好朋友。其次，我们要保持干净整洁的外表。在日常生活中，我们要勤换、洗衣服。在校期间，我们应该身穿校服，佩戴红领巾。不追随潮流，不盲目攀比，留下良好的形象。还有，我们可以发展一些自己喜爱的兴趣爱好。譬如绘画、舞蹈、器乐等，可以锻炼我们的舞台表现力，增加我们的自信。

最后，我们还要保持一颗健康的心态。对待任何事情都不能敷衍了事，而应该认真。不能做损人利己的事，以求获取自己的利益。保持良好的心态，才能使我们健康的生活。提高自身素养，争当风华少年。让我们共同展开双臂，自在翱翔！我的演讲完毕，谢谢大家。

I am. I was born in. I graduate from senior high school and major in English. I started learning English since I was 12 years old. My parents have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. I used to go abroad for a short- term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.

I think language is very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English literatures and enlarge my knowledge.
