We were completely amazed at the wonder and the greatness of nature.We jumped and shouted like innocent children and we bathed in the first rays of the sun with the peak till it was time for our return.

I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is abc, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 2001 and major in finance. 记得歌手孙悦那《首祝你平安》吗？那动人的旋律想必无时无刻不在我们耳边萦绕，她表达了我们对幸福生活的渴望和向往，然而安全作为企业的基石，她是通往幸福生活不可或缺的财富，她要求我们做一个“更加有良心，更加负责任”的人，当我们在生产作业过程中对安全视而不见，想放松警惕的时候，想想你的亲人和那些关爱你的人，他们是多么希望你平安归来，固然财产损失还可以亡羊补牢，但是对于那些永远不能复苏的生命，对于死者亲人所遭受的永远无法弥补的身心创伤，我们又何以面对我们的“良心”？与其去为那一幕幕的惨状而痛惜，何不让安全这轮明月在心中高挂？然而安全远非轻易就能实现，它需要我们行动起来，落实好我们的安全责任。所以我今天演讲的题目就是“安全责任，重在落实”。

那么什么是安全责任呢？有人认为就是有健全的法律、法规、规章制度，有健全的劳动纪律管理办法。。。。。。，当然，这是必不可少的。从所周知，各类安全检查、安全教育、安全活动、安全制度、安全举措不可谓不多，领导不可谓不重视，企业技术装备水平不可谓不高，可是各种各样的习惯性违章却时有发生，各种事故依然频频不断，仅2011年全国共发生各类事故3.4万余起，死亡人数7.5万余人以上，重特大事故时有发生，每年因事故造成的经济损失不下4000亿元以上。这是为什么呢？“天下之事。不难于立法，而难于法之必行，不难于听言，而难于言之必效”，做好安全工作缺的不是工作思路，决策部署、措施手段，所缺的是执行的坚决性和严肃性，做好安全工作的自觉性和高度负责的主动性。

人最宝贵的是生命，有生命才会创造奇迹，没有生命，一切将无从谈起，安全责任就是生命的守护神，责任让家庭宁静、安全，爱意盈盈！责任让工作更有战斗力和竞争力！责任让社会平安、稳健发展！责任让美丽的生命健康永恒！

安全系于责任，失去责任，随之而来的就是哭声、是血泪、是家庭的破碎，是企业的泥潭，是社会无法承受之重。责任多一份，隐患少十分。

一个悲情的瞬间，一声声哀痛的呼唤，像一块寒冷的冰，撞击着我们的眼球，刺激着我们的神经，搅动着我们的心灵，让我们尝试用安全领域的反面阴影摆脱正面光环的掩盖，对人们形成一种记忆的刺激与强化，刺激人们对那些忽视安全事件的长久记忆，刺激人们对不可推卸的安全责任的重新认识。不管你在什么样的岗位，不管你从事什么样的工作，请看到事故的危害，平安的可贵。让我们用责任来抲护身边的每一个生命。

幸福和痛苦也许就在一念之间，只缘于你触碰了那本不该触碰的“高压线”。安全关系你、我、他，任何一个环节的缺失都会以你、我、他，甚至更多的无辜生命为代价，在岗一天，就要尽职一天，岗位上的一时疏忽也许留给你的是一世的痛苦和不幸。

按照事故致因：事故的发生都是由人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、管理上的缺陷所造成的，减少和消除事故的根源就要求牢记“安全责任、重在落实”这八个字。落实是一种观念、一种意志、一种责任，更是一种文化，只有我们立足岗位，履行职责，从大处着眼，从小处着手，从我做起，把每一件事做好、做实，把每一件事做精、做细，坚定信念，不辱使命，管住我们的行为，

看好我们的设备，不瞎指挥，那么安全事故就会大大的减少，甚至杜绝事故的发生。

前车之鉴，后事之事，如果我们不能同这些悲痛的教训中吸取经验教训，那么事故也许会在某天不期而至，俗话说：安全生产得之于严，失之于宽，责任制不能一定了之，责任状不能一签就完。写在纸上，挂在墙上，喊在嘴上的责任如果不落实，不建立和完善目标管理体系，不加强责任目标的量化考核，强化安全责任追究，那么安全工作往往半途而废或功亏一篑，安全责任重在落实必须成为企业的一种文化，成为让每位员工必须长期坚持落实的责任和意志，养成的一种职业习惯。

安全是个宝，大家都离不了。落实安全责任更是一种个人素质的内在要求，建立起“以人为本”的安全责任机制，从人的需求出发，把关心人，理解人，爱护人，尊重人作为安全工作的基本出发点，积极营造安全文化氛围，将安全文化落实到每个员工身上，让安全责任成为一种修养，一种品质。

同事们，朋友们，一个人的生命是宝贵而短暂的，我们都应该珍惜生命，落实我们的安全工作，要做到“为之于未有，治之于未乱，防患于未然”让“安全责任，重在落实”深入每个员工的心里，形成一种文化，否则制度再健全，措施再完善，管理再重视，都只会形成一纸空文，收不到好的效果。

Other than that, the most important thing to do today is to eat sweet dumplings. In northern China, sweet dumplings made of glutinous rice flour are called “元宵” while in southern part they are called “汤圆”.

Typical sweet dumplings are filled with black sesame sauce, sweetened bean paste, or hawthorn. Making “元宵” today is like a game or an activity, so its seldom done without a reason and a group of friends or family present to help out.

水龙头突然漏水，“环保智多星”——爷爷灵机一动，找来一只大塑料桶，放在水龙头下。差不多白天一桶，晚上一桶，正好用来洗衣、烧花……爷爷还别出心裁，把洗衣盆的下水管接在了抽水马桶的水箱上。这样，洗脸、洗手用过的水就可以得到再次利用。

还有更绝的呢。爷爷把我小时候的衣服东裁西剪，摇身一变，成了精美实用的拖把。因为是棉质的，特别吸水吸尘，色彩还非常漂亮。怪不得客人来我家时都会问：“这么实用的拖把哪买的？”当然，做拖把剩下的边角料也不能浪费，爷爷又做了许多结实耐用的抹布，神奇吧！

爸妈节能点子多

就在去年，老爸把家里大大小小的白炽灯全换成了节能灯，有些不是非要装的地方就少装或不装。一天下来，至少也能节约两三元钱。照这样计算，不出一年，我们家在电费上就能节约个六七百元。

我经常把坏了外壳的手表、报废的收音机收起来，时不时搞一些环保节约小发明。上次，我就把手表的核心部分从废旧的表壳上取下来，装在可口可乐的瓶盖下，正好合适。注意：先要把带小齿的边缘修剪一下，不然，嘿嘿，很容易伤手哦。

同学们看到我这样时尚的手表，真是羡慕不已，同时，也深受启发，纷纷效仿。把家里的废旧物品翻了出来：用旧报纸、旧挂历包新书；用可乐雪碧瓶当洒水壶；旧衣服做环保袋，给家人买菜，自己当书包，回头率还挺高……

1月17日，我们进行了期末考试。

早上，我蹦蹦跳跳的来到了学校，准备迎接期末考试。我对我自己很有信心，觉得自己能考个好成绩。

当我来到教室时，我看见同学们都在认真复习。虽然教室很闹，有的同学在看语文书，有的在背课文，有的则在复习词语。我们4-6年级是9：00-11：00考试，有两个小时的时间复习，但是我的心里像放着一只小兔子，这只小兔子不停的跳呀跳，使我的心情非常紧张，万一考不好，这个寒假只有在补习班过了。可是我又想到一考完就放假了，紧张的心情又被我丢到九霄云外去了。时间偷偷的溜走了，一转眼，就到考试的时候了，我们班的监考老师是王老师和何老师，每个班有两名监考老师，一个在前，一个在后。

发考卷了，我顿时有点紧张，因为脑子一片空白。当考卷发到我这里时，我快速的瞟了一眼，太好了，这些都是我昨晚复习过的，我先把姓名、班级、学号、学校写好，然后继续看题。不一会，考试的铃声响了，全班的同学都开始埋头做题。那时，教室里安静得连心跳声都能听见。

时间快速流逝，当我做到一半时，离考试结束还有1小时零10几分钟，噢！不！我做得太慢了，必须得加快速度了。可是，后面的阅读题想快也快不了，因为我阅读的每一道题上几乎都要都要停留3分钟。最后在还剩半个小时的时候，我终于开始写作文了，天哪！要是不考作文就好了。在距离考试还剩3分钟时，我把作文写完了，写了一篇还算可以的作文。结束的铃声响了，语文考试考完了。

语文考试完了，下午紧接着就是数学考试。我最怕数学考试了，因为我数学不太好。发完考卷，然后写班级、姓名、学号、学校，再审题，再等铃声，最后作答。答题时，我能感觉到我所有的脑细胞都在转动，我尽了自己最大的努力去做了，两个小时后，考试结束了，？！

开了散学典礼，然后就放假了，美妙的假期，我来了…

当然，也许你已经习以为常了，毕竟社会发展到今天，随着科技的不断创新，我们的生活也愈加精彩、舒适、时尚、文明，其中，节能环保也突显时代特色，不知不觉的，我们越来越多的人在消费生活、享受时尚的同时也扮演了节能环保的角色。

紫气东来满眼春

今年暑假，我们一家来到乡下姑妈家，看到他们做饭、照明、洗浴都用上了沼气。

看到姑妈两口为张罗建沼气池而疲惫却快慰的笑脸，我们都惊叹这两口作为普通农民的睿智眼光。

原来姑妈家办了一个养猪场，但因为用电、环卫等系列问题困扰，他们一度不得开心。有一天，仅有初中水平的姑妈瞥见电视里关于沼气既节能又环保的介绍后，也突发奇想：何不建个沼气池呢？于是夫妻俩一拍即合，踏破铁鞋查资料，三进城里求技术，终于在历经千辛万苦后玉成其事。

望着因建了沼气池而整洁焕然一新的养猪场，曾对生态环境有悲观情绪的爸爸这时也不由得增加了信心：“看来节能环保在咱农村还真是有盼头呢！”

更令我们欣慰的是：现在姑妈所在村庄的许多村民也开始跃跃欲试，筹建沼气池……

“点点滴滴”都是爱

众所周知，水是生命之源，也更有“再不珍惜水资源，地球上最后一滴水将是人类的眼泪”这样的话警示世人。

应该说，在节水方面，我们家做的较早，也很有效果。刷牙时，我们只倒刚好够用的水，平时卫生间总摆放着一只集水用的大塑料桶，每次洗脸、洗手、洗脚的水都会被倒入这只大水桶中收集起来，用来冲洗马桶；洗菜、淘米的水自然用来浇花。这种一水多用的方式貌似微不足道，其实可以省下不少水。

更有时，我和爸爸爱在使用水龙头、冲洗卫生器具上动脑筋，比如在马桶水箱里放入砖块，这样冲洗时，一次出水量少些，更节水。

热也好，冷也好，适“度”最好

现在一般家庭都用上了空调，怕冷惧热似乎已成了现代人的通病。我们小区的李大伯膀大腰圆，一到炎热盛夏，就“憋”得慌啊！可邻居们到他家串门做客，都在笑他“抠门”——空调安装在家，总是很少自己用，常常拿把芭蕉扇吧嗒吧嗒地扇着，只有来了客人才打开空调，还将空调温度设在26度，不过你看他倒是振振有词：这样也是顾国家大局省电节能啊！你要说我抠，我怎么又是好烟好茶招待你呀！

你看，李大伯就是这样一个有觉悟的人，佩服！

万紫千红总是春

“一枝独秀不是春”，节能减排也不是有限于个人或些许人的事，而是社会性、群众性的自我觉悟、自我行动。身为城关六小的学生，我为母校在开展节能环保活动方面的做法而自豪。

学校平时充分利用壁橱窗、黑板报、广播、班会、演讲等多种形式对学生进行节能环保教育，让节能观念深入师生之心。如今的校园整洁漂亮不说，早起晨读的学生在校内外就餐少了许多使用一次性餐具的不良现象。天天与书本笔纸打交道的我们似乎都已觉悟到了这就是资源哪，不珍惜，不节约，随意丢弃尚未使用完的纸张、笔头就是最大的浪费，如今书本循环使用也在全校全面实施开了。节能环保在我校正蔚然成风。

你、我、他同住一个地球村，我们都是村中的一员，我们当然反对盲目追求经济发展而不顾及生态的做法。节能减排，保护资源，捍卫地球家园，是每个人义不容辞的责任。从我做起，从眼前开始，让诸如节约一滴水、一度电、拒用一次性方便袋等节能环保实践活动真正行之有效地开展进行下去，当是人类的幸事！

这里是我难忘的第一次义工活动，去石塘湾帮体检的老人登记体检表格。早晨五点多我们就出发去石塘湾医院了，虽然早，可体检登记处已是人山人海。我坐到一张位子上，跟着阿姨拿了好几份表格。由于我是初来乍到，对这些是一无所知，所以我先看了看邻座阿姨是怎么做的。我翻了翻表格，这里有两份不一样的表格，这该怎么填呢？我很奇怪。只听阿姨问刚来的一位老奶奶：“现在有没有什么疾病呀？”“哦，没有。”奶奶笑笑，答道。只见阿姨拿出了一张较小的表格，并对我说：“他们来的时候先问一问有没有什么疾病，如果没有，那就是填这张小的，有的话，就要填大一点的了。”哦，原来如此，我恍然大悟。接着，阿姨问老奶奶要了身份证，按照身份证上的信息抄在表格上。信息整理完毕，阿姨开始问奶奶一些生活方面的问题。“平时锻不锻炼啊”“对自己的身体满不满意啊”……就这样，一张表格就填好了。嗯！我懂啦。我开始服务起了我的第一位客人——一位年迈的老爷爷。

“爷爷，您现在有什么疾病吗？”我望着这位爷爷，微笑着说。

这位爷爷点点耳朵：“啊？我听不清，小朋友，请说响一点。”

呀，我怎么没想到呢？老人年纪大了，听力也会渐渐衰弱，所以我的声音要响一些才对！“爷爷”，我用高一分贝的声音说，“您现在有没有什么疾病？”

“生病啊！我很健康呢。”爷爷挥挥手，说道。

“哦好的，不错，经常锻炼吧？！”“是的，是的”

就这样，我一边问着一边记录着，为好多位老年人都填好了体检表格，这样他们去医生那边进行体检就要省时多了。我们登记处的人都已经差不多都填写好表格了，可是抽血的地方还是有许多的人，医生们都忙不过来了，又要撕针管，又要抽血。我便过去帮他们撕针管，只听其中一位老伯赞道：“这小姑娘还挺能干的，那边登记处忙完，又跑来这边拆针管呢。”“是的呢，小义工，勤快啊”大家你一句我一句，听着他们的话语，此时我心里美滋滋的，针管拆得更快了。

接下来一连几日都在石塘湾医院那边当义工，后来又有那么一天，我当上了环保小卫士，和小区的叔叔阿姨们一起边爬山边顺手把路边的垃圾捡起；还有那天，我们牵手新伙伴，把家里多余的书捐赠给农民子弟学校的朋友们，我们一起在天蓝地绿共绘我们将来的家园。

自从当上了快乐义工，我觉得日子过得飞快，每天都感觉过得特别充实。妈妈说我像上紧的发条，一发不可收拾，每天不做点事，就觉得缺了点啥。

是的，我的义工进行时，让我的生活变得更美好，就像一首歌那么唱的：请让我来帮助你，就像帮助我自己；请让我来关心你，就像关心我自己。我想我一定会把我的义工进行时，进行到底！

walks shows that he has received good education. I like to discuss movies with

him. He always can give me profound ideas. No matter where he is, people respect

him a lot. I admire uncle Li so much. I wish someday I could be the person like

him. If we want others to show respect, then we need to make ourselves the

adorable persons. The rude people will never receive respect. Uncle Li wins

everybodys love by his good manner.

We have eight classes everyday , and only two classes are not english ,

another classes is listening , reading , speaking and writing english . Some

people think it is boring in the classes , but i think this is very enjoyable

.

I love my life now . Because i always feel fulfilled all day . I am so busy

that i can’t play ping-pong . I think it is my desire to enjoy life.

I want to travel to mountain hua . Three years ago i went there , but don’t

go to the top , so i must go there when i have free time.
