Last summer I went to Vietnam with my parents. We stayed at a small village outside Saigon. The air and water was very clean and there were many kids playing in the mud along with water buffalos. Though it’s a very poor country, the kids seem to be happy. They live with their farmer parents in little houses built with dirt and straw and help out a lot in the rice field during the day. They don’t have TVs or Internet, but they enjoy a lot playing outside. It was a very memorable trip that I will never forget.

As a student ，I don’t have any great event to talk about ，but here I want to share my experience of preparing for the high school entrance examination.

During the first three years of junior school ，we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade 4 would be a hell. After the final exam of Grade 3 in June， everything blew onto our faces : teachers’ changing ， harder and harder texts ， terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the listboard became the most important thing in our life .We had to study hard day and night ，always from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. the next day.

But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life. Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest， and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before. Grade 4 in junior school was a turning point in my life. My attitude to learning， my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed. I turned to be positive and strong. I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship， both teachers ’ and classmates’. In some way， I like that kind of life， as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.

Teachers also helped me a lot. I still can’t forget that my history teacher talked to me until 10:00 p.m. on April 30th， 2003， for my application. My head teacher also encouraged me， so did my Chinese teacher. I should say， all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals. Even if some of them were about 50 and often fell ill， they never left us one day .

When I was six years old, my cousin in tainan got married. Five people, including father, mother, two brothers and I, I took a taxi to the wedding. Its a beautiful scenery along the way. When I was looking at the scenery, however, the taxi door suddenly opened and I fell off immediately. My father and mother took me to the hospital. Luckily, only my nose was broken. After treatment, I took the red nose to the party.

My mother later told me that if there was a car coming, from behind us, I would be killed. Its a close phone. Since then, I have never taken the first step to ensure that the door has been closed and a taxi has been closed.

又到了一年一度的中秋节了，往常都是我和父母晚上在家过。而今天，我要和同学们在上午过了一个特别的中秋节。这一定是一个新的吉尼斯记录——上午过中秋节。

中秋节必不可少的习俗是赏月和吃月饼。“咦，不对呀？”我的脑袋里闪现出一个大大的问号：大白天哪里有月亮，难道让我们赏太阳吗？许多同学丈二的和尚摸不着头脑。这时，老师让我们把灯关上，把窗帘拉上。这时，一轮皎洁的明月慢慢的“升”了起来。只见一块深蓝色的幕布上镶嵌了许许多多华丽的钻石。它们有的像一个羞涩的小姑娘；有的半明半昧，显得非常神秘；还有的像自信的少年，毫无保留的绽放自己的光彩。这时，一道道淡蓝色的光晕把我的注意力吸引到了别的地方。那种光晕虽然不亮，但像妈妈的手一样温暖着走夜路的人。没错，它就是月亮。月亮依就那么纯洁，像一个银色的盘子，闪闪发亮。真是“小识不识月，呼作白玉盘”。月亮上面无数的环形山仿佛组成了一棵桂树。此时，玉兔还在桂树下捣着药呢！

接下来，到了吃月饼的环节了。我同桌带的是蛋黄馅的，在入口时，一股甜甜的味道即刻迸射出来，嚼着嚼着，一种新鲜鸭蛋的味道混了进来。两种搭配新鲜好吃。后桌同学带的南瓜味的，一进嘴里，奶香味瞬间散开，香浓美味。正吃得津津有味，同桌给我们讲了嫦娥奔月的故事：后羿射下太阳，为民除害得到了一颗长生不老药。他妻子嫦娥保管着，可是世界上没有不透风的墙，这个秘密被后羿一个心术不正的弟子逢蒙知道了，他趁后羿不在抢夺丹药，嫦娥为保护丹药吞了它。结果飞上了天，和玉兔生活在了月亮上，孤独寂寞。随着下课铃声的到来，这次“中秋节”结束了。但我永远会记得这次难忘的中秋节。

中秋节这一天，我们去到了碧翠湖烧烤赏月。

来碧翠湖烧烤赏月的人可真不少，热闹非凡。一进大门，只见五光十色的霓虹灯在闪烁，秋风阵阵，迎面扑来，使人神清气爽，仿佛走进了画卷一样。

我来到碧翠湖旁边，看见一座美丽的小亭子，周围灯光灿烂，火树银花。迎面是几棵高大的“椰子树”，它的叶子有的是绿色的，有的是黄色，还有的是棕色的，真像穿上了迷彩装一样；还有一棵古老的“银杏树”，那小扇子似的绿叶镶上了一道金边。小亭子旁边的一棵棵“树”真是生机勃勃，美丽极了！

中秋佳节的月亮真美丽，皎洁的月亮既大又圆，又明亮，高高地挂在天空。正如人们说的那样：中秋佳节的月亮圆圆的，表示团圆、圆满；恰如一家人乐也融融在一起享受天伦之乐呢？

走出“红都惠利特”，我们乘出租车来到长江路的汽车南站。在那里等车的人可真多呀，不一会儿，过来一辆汽车，可是人太多了，我们没有挤上，等了一会儿，我有点不耐烦了，对妈妈说：“真急人，早知道这样我就不来了。”可是，想到奶奶一个人在家过节，多孤独啊！于是，我的怨气就烟消云散了。“咦，心情好了，汽车也很快过来了”。我们上了一辆汽车，车上的人太多了，我们只能人挨人地挤在中间。车上有学生、有在外打工的年轻人、还有抱着孩子回家中年人……他们的脸上洋溢者幸福的表情。

经过一个多小时的颠簸，汽车终于到站了，奶奶已经在路旁等我们了，看见我，奶奶高兴得脸上像开了朵花儿，我们坐上奶奶的三轮车，直奔老家。到家了，原来我的老姥爷（爸爸的姥爷）也在，奶奶说过节了，将老人家接过来孝敬孝敬，爸爸和老姥爷说着话，这时我的肚子开始“抗议”了，奶奶说那我块做饭，妈妈说我来吧，于是妈妈做饭，奶奶择菜，我抢着烧火，爸爸陪着老姥爷唠家常……此时温馨和谐的画面，使我觉得我是多么幸福！

Last night is the Mid-Autumn Festival, I got home early because its a day for family to stay together. Mom have told me that if I wanted to have a delicious dinner, then I should go shopping and buy something. So I went to the supermarket and buy something to eat at night.

When I got there, so many people are there and I have no idea what I should to buy. Luckily I have already made a list which all the things I need to buy are on it. After 2-hour shopping, finnally I got home exhaustedly. And for what I had done, we had a very delicious dinner together.

Everyone has his most unforgettable thing. Friendship may be the most impotant thing in our life.

Its like a light that gives us brightness. I have many things that I cant forget with my friends.

One day, I showed a new watch to my best friend. The watch is very pretty and I like it very much. When I passed it to her, she dropped it and the watch crashed into pieces. I shouted to her: I dont want to see you again. She cried at once after school. I found a pretty pencil case in my desk. In the pencil case, I found a note which said: "Dear Cristine, I gave this to you because I dont want to lose you. Can you forgive me?" I was moved by the note and I felt regret with my words. I said sorry to her and we were closer than before. A friend is like a star in the sky. He (She) is always there around you. I cant forget this thing forever.

Disappointed at my study results, I didn’t want to go to school any longer. I found a temporary job during my summer vacation. Because I was poor in knowledge, the manager only asked me to deliver newspapers from house to house.

At the beginning, I took it for granted that it would be a piece of cake. There would be no difficultly in finishing it.

But to my surprise, when I went to people’s houses, they looked me up and down. I could feel that they looked down upon me. I was badly hurt. Though I was discouraged, I came to another house. A black dog jumped out suddenly. I was frightened and screamed with fear. But no one came to help me. Moonquakes are to Mid-Autumn Festival what mince pies are to Christmas. The seasonal round cakes traditionally have a sweet filling of lotus seed paste or red bean paste and often have one or more salted duck eggs in the center to represent the moon. And the moon is what this celebration is all about. Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th month，it is the time when the moon is said to be at its brightest and fullest.

There are two legends which claim to explain the tradition of eating moonquakes. One Tang Dynasty myth holds that the Earth once had 10 suns circling it. One day all 10 suns appeared at once，scorching the planet with their heat.

It was thanks to a skillful archer named Hour Yi that the Earth was saved. He shot down all but one of the suns. As his reward，the Heavenly Queen Mother gave Hour Yi the Elixir of Immortality，but she warned him that he must use it wisely.

Hour Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Err，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zing was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message.

When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why moonquakes are eaten at this time.

Moonquakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the ry and the type of filling used. Some ries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalized ones to friends and family.

They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional moonquakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health.

Moonquakes are not for the diet-conscious as they are loaded with calories. The best way to wash down one of these sticky cakes is with a cup of Chinese tea，especially Jasmine or Chrysanthemum tea，which aids the digestion.

Mid-autumn day Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. Itfalls on the 15th day of august lunar month every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too many people can reject he temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I have two reasons.

First of all, mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunite. In china, people regard mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional festival. There are laws to make sure people have holidays in that special day. In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal in that day. All the food is delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It tastes good, too. It is the traditional for a long time. How pleased to enjoy the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love mid-autumn festival so much. It is funny and happy time.

As time goes by, many things have lost their colors.But I still remember the unforgettable experience that I had in middle school.

About one month ago, my parents worked in another city.I lived by myself.I nearly forgot my birthday.But my teacher and my classmates remembered it.They held a small party for me at noon.We sang and danced happily.I was deeply moved.It was a special party for me.I will remember it for ever. I learned much from this.As Grade 9 students, we should care for others.

今天是我国传统节日——中秋节！可是天公不作美，在早晨就下起了零星小雨。我们一家人原本打算在院子里吃月饼、赏月，现在只好改成在家里吃月饼、话家常了。

看着中秋晚会，吃着亲手做的月饼，聆听着窗外细细的小雨，这真是一个既难忘又有意义的中秋节啊！

经过一番跋涉，我们来到了与家人团聚之地——伯伯的家里。到了那里，饭早已准备好了。全家人坐在那里，等着月亮升起来。月亮慢慢地向上爬，爬上了树梢，爬上了高楼，爬上了云端……终于，她爬上来了，解开了自己神秘的面纱，露出了自己全部的面貌。我一看：呵，好一个“白玉盘”呐！大家已经开始动筷子了，一边吃，一边观赏月亮，又与家人们诉说自己的生活、心事。

开始吃月饼了！一个个的月饼端了上来。晶莹剔透的冰皮月饼、冰爽的冰激凌月饼，甜蜜的莲蓉月饼，香喷喷的苏式月饼……真的看着就饿了。吃着吃着，突然想起了独自在月亮上的嫦娥姐姐，也许她与后羿正在一起吃月饼呢！

在月亮下，爸爸说道：“光吃可不行啊，来一次描写中秋的古诗接力吧。”我听了，高兴的直拍手，便开了个头：“桂魄飞来光射处，冷浸一天秋碧。”老爸借着醉意也说了句：“起舞排徊风露下，今夕不知何夕。”伯伯不甘示弱，立即说道：“我醉拍手狂歌，举杯邀月，对影成三客。”妈妈立马接了句：““举酒邀明月，对影成三人。”“未必素娥无怅恨，玉蟾清冷桂花孤。”文化底蕴最深的哥哥吟唱着。我不禁鼓起掌来。

吟诗声，欢笑声，碰杯声，汇成了一曲欢快的诗歌，月亮，月饼，晚饭，构筑了一幅绚丽的图画。

我们大家一起举杯邀明月，沉浸在中秋之夜的欢乐气氛之中。这是中秋节应该有的，但是想象不如人愿，几天连绵的大雨让月亮姐姐犹抱琵琶半遮面，想象中的美丽的场景始终没有出现。唉，真希望有一个圆满的.中秋节呀！

一年一度的中秋节到了。夜，静悄悄的，一阵凉爽的风穿过我的窗户，轻轻地抚摸我的脸，我站在窗前，深情地望着十五的月亮。

晚上我们一家吃着被我们号称“天下第一厨”的姨爸爸做的团圆饭。人们都说：“露从今夜白，月是故乡明”；“举头望明月，低头思故乡。”远在外面的游子啊，总会思念自己的家，想在中秋时节和家人团圆，这是人世间美好的感情。可今年的中秋节，爸爸因为工作忙，不能回家团圆，这使我非常难过，我非常想爸爸，今年，爸爸并没有和我们共享团圆饭。

都说“十五的月亮十六圆”可今年却打破了这个俗语，这天的月亮真是又大又圆，就似一块大玉盘，这种现象要到20xx年才会再有一次，整整八年呀！我觉得自己是那么的幸运，能看到这种趣事儿，我用妈妈的手机把十五的月亮留了下来。

那些漂泊在外的游子怀着一颗思念故乡的心在远离故土的地方打工，虽然这次爸爸没和我们团圆在一起，但我依然觉得今年的中秋节过得非常难忘，非常开心。
