My hometown Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi Province, stands on the eastern bank of the Gan River. An ancient city, its origins lie in the Han Dynasty over 2,000 years ago. I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

With the improvement of our living standard， more and more people can afford a car. As a result，our roads are more often than not crammed with cars.

My suggestion is we should ride bikes more often instead of driving cars.By riding a bike， we can not only exercise our body but also protect our environment.
