That was spectacular. Tonight, the world was able to join in a magnificent tribute to the athletes and the Olympic spirit. It was an unforgettable and moving ceremony that celebrated the imagination, originality and energy of the Beijing Games.

We saw 204 national delegations march into the beautiful new National Stadium in the age-old tradition of the Games. Millions of people around the world were able to experience the thrill of seeing their heroes in a sea of team colours and national flags.

We witnessed athletes from these 204 countries and territories united in peace in one place. And for the next 16 days, they will be a part of one of the most thrilling competitions in history. As an Olympian, I can tell you that they will carry this memory with them forever.

This iconic stadium is one of the worlds new wonders. It was a fitting setting for an amazing Opening Ceremony, I look forward to an equally exciting and unforgettable 16 days.

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

这时候，奶奶过来了，她惋惜地说：“哎，这两条小金鱼，昨天吃得太多，撑死了。”眼前的情景和奶奶朴素的话语仿佛给我上了一堂人生课，我不由得深思起来：那条活下来的小金鱼看起来笨，实际上是多么聪明呀!面对诱惑，它能克制住自己的欲望，最终战胜了诱惑，成了胜利者，而另外两条，却都成了诱惑的俘虏。

不只是动物，许多人也都克制不住自己的欲望。高官厚禄，锦衣玉食，可他们还不知足，面对金山银山，他们无法克制自己的欲望，于是就大笔大笔地受贿，最终等待他们的可能就是牢笼和深深的懊悔。

在漫漫的人生道路上，有许多诱惑等待着我们，如果我们一遇到诱惑就乖乖投降，能取得成功吗?这次养鱼的经历让我明白了：人生在世不能一味贪多，有时“获得”+“贪念”=“悲哀”。我们要学会适可而止，战胜诱惑。

friends with us or even communicate with us. For another, we will get others’

respect and appreciation if telling the truth. Telling the truth and being

ourselves, we will get a healthy and peaceful surrounding to grow up better.

However, something strange happens in our society. There is a strange

phenomenon that honest people suffer but the dishonest benefit a lot. It made

some people have a suspicion that being honest is not so important.

But I still believe that these are just a few cases, since honesty is

deeply rooted in our minds and we still consider it as a basic principle in

social contacts.

闹钟把我从睡梦中叫醒，我看了看周围同事奇异的睡姿。由于太空失重的环境中找不到“躺”着的感觉，我们有的飘在太空舱中睡，有的挂在舱壁上睡，有的选择绑在床上睡、靠在桌边睡，随遇而安。我不禁笑着伸了伸懒腰。顺便看了一眼闹钟，2028年5月25日，农历五月初五。今天地球上是端午节，我这个吃货航天员也要吃粽子。“这是我在空间站过的第一个节日，必须纪念一下。”同事们都说好。我们从食品柜中取出各色美味的粽子和其他食物品尝起来。

接下来我们要开始一天的忙碌了。

我从生活舱钻进实验舱，今天研究的是变异水果。太空中没有臭氧层使得植物发生了基因变化。我们培育和研究的主要有：袖珍西瓜和乒乓菠萝等。我要仔细照料这些小宝贝，让它们长得像小苹果这么大，方便小朋友们上学边走边吃。今天它们表现不错，长得很精神，我对这些小可爱们充满期待。

接下来的任务是我们在太空中进行再生实验的研究。这可是一项非常前沿的工作。我们知道把一条蚯蚓铲成两段，过不久就会变为两条蚯蚓;蜥蜴的尾巴掉了，可是过一段时间它又会长出一条新的尾巴来。人类因受伤失去的胳臂、腿等人体器官要是能再生，那人们心头的愁云就会消散。这些日子我们取得了一些新进展让我们兴奋不已。在未来的日子里，我们还有大量的工作要做，大量的科学实验要完成。

我抬头看着舱外蔚蓝色的地球，她真像是一颗蓝色的水晶球，她是那么的美丽!忽然肚子咕咕叫起来，我又想吃粽子了……

With improved living conditions, particularly in the countryside, people tend to have larger families. As a result, the world population has increased so rapidly that it has now exceeded 6 billion.

But the overgrowth of population presents a threat to the existence of human society. A large population demands a GREat deal of food supply and shelter space. However, limited productivity and scarce world resources can hardly meet the needs of the ever-increasing population. My Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Year’s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delicious. examda.

今天上午，我和快乐作文的同学们以及老师去航天绿园草莓采摘园去摘草莓。在路上，同学们有说有笑，有的在做小游戏，有的说：“什么时候到啊?”还有的说：“大棚是什么样子的?”而我却在默默地想：在寒冷的冬天，草莓是怎么长出来的呢?我一定要去探个究竟。

出庆云城向东不过四公里，我们就来到了目的地。远远看到很多像蒙古包似的大棚，走近了，才发现大棚比蒙古包大得多。大约有十几个吧。不大一会儿，我们的车就来到了航天绿园的大门口，这时很多工作人员出来迎接我们。在工作人员的带领下，我们排着队来到了大棚的入口处，发现入口又小又窄，像个地洞似的。进入棚里放眼望去，就像是绿色的海洋，也像一座美丽的大花园。我心想：草莓生长在哪里?同学们有的大声喊：“看!这个草莓多大啊!多红啊!”有的直接吃了一口，还有的拿起来闻了闻。工作人员向我们介绍说：“草莓是无土栽培的……”听完工作人员介绍，我们迫不及待地观察起草莓来。

草莓的叶子是绿色的，是心形的，像一把小扇子。而花是白色的，有五个花瓣，花蕊是黄色的，每朵花就像一只小蝴蝶。每颗草莓大小不一，颜色各异：小的草莓宝宝是绿色的，像一个绿豆;大的草莓是红色的，像一个红宝石。用手摸它是凉丝丝的。我尝了一口，也是凉丝丝的，而且甜甜的，太好吃了。开始自由活动了，同学们三五成群地吃起来。

这次活动我太喜欢了，它带给我很多的快乐!
