为了不影响我们正常上课，音乐老师每天抽出两节课的时间教我们学跳舞。下面谈谈我学跳《童年》这支舞的经历和感受吧。刚开始学习入场，我学了两三遍，左右手摆动就不是那么自然，脚与手的动作就更不协调了。我有些沮丧，心想：“我怎么这么笨，大概天生就不是跳舞的料吧。”我真有些气馁了。这时，我身旁的马锦涛同学碰了碰我，笑着说：“不要泄气，来，我教你。”他反复给我做示范，并且教我动作的要领，“左脚右手，右脚左手”交叉并进，在他的引领下我才找到一些感觉，手与脚的动作也慢慢协调起来。这时，我暗暗给自己打气：“台上一分钟，台下十年功。”我又继续刻苦练习，一遍，二遍，三遍……站在一旁看我练舞的同学们不约而同地竖起大拇指：“真棒!”

接下来学习主体舞的动作，老师首先教给我们第一个八拍动作要领，脚的走法是“左右右左”，手的摆动姿势是“右左左右”，接着老师给我们做示范。因为这个动作是主体舞中最难的一个，老师示范先“慢镜”，后“快镜”。“慢镜”我还能马马虎虎跟上，到了“快镜”我没法跟上节奏，乱来。我也试着努力过，但还是不见成效。在一旁巡视的老师好像看出了我的心思，来到我跟前，抚摸着我的头，说：“小凯懿，慢慢儿来，相信自己，一定行!”老师的目光里流露出企盼、希望。然后老师和我们班领舞的王莹、张文龙同学反复给我们做示范。我们跟着反复练习，大概用了一节课的时间，我们才把这个动作搞定。老师看到同学们个个满头大汗，欣慰地笑了。

我每天早上起床都要花一定的时间清醒过来，我每到星期天都会这么想：“今天不是星期日吗?又不用上学;也不用去兴趣班;更不用那么早就拿出书本和笔来写作业，反正这两天的作业一点也不多，一点也不难。轻轻松松，大概半小时就可以做完，急什么呀，就再让我睡一会儿吧。

Jacques Rogge, President, International Olympic Committee

That was spectacular. Tonight, the world was able to join in a magnificent tribute to the athletes and the Olympic spirit. It was an unforgettable and moving ceremony that celebrated the imagination, originality and energy of the Beijing Games.

We saw 204 national delegations march into the beautiful new National Stadium in the age-old tradition of the Games. Millions of people around the world were able to experience the thrill of seeing their heroes in a sea of team colours and national flags.

We witnessed athletes from these 204 countries and territories united in peace in one place. And for the next 16 days, they will be a part of one of the most thrilling competitions in history. As an Olympian, I can tell you that they will carry this memory with them forever.

This iconic stadium is one of the worlds new wonders. It was a fitting setting for an amazing Opening Ceremony, I look forward to an equally exciting and unforgettable 16 days.

七月末的杭州已然开启盛夏模式，但挡不住濮家小学万家校区一(2)班“阳光小分队”队员们探访城市的步伐。7月25日，阳光小分队一行6人带着激动的心情，开始了探访城市之旅。希望借此活动能更好地了解自己生活的这座城市，为守护和传承城市文明献上自己的一份力量。

首先队员们来到了位于钱江新城核心区域的市民中心大楼内的杭州市城市规划展览馆，这是杭州首个、全省最大的规划展览馆，以“规划构筑品质生活”为主题，分四层，依次展示杭州的过去、现在及未来。

在一楼队员们不仅领略了杭州的三十大风景名胜，更在实时规划区，用特制电子笔在空白电子屏幕上尝试着做城市规划。结束后，电脑还为大家的设计打了分呢。借此小朋友进一步了解了城市规划的重要性：规划做得好，城市会慢慢壮大起来;做得不好，对于城市来说是灾难性的。

二楼区域展示了杭州的历史风貌和城市变迁，使得队员们在了解自己生活的这座城市之余更增添了一份身为杭州人的自豪感。

最吸引眼球的是三楼按1∶850比例制作的面积达850平方米的杭州市主城区模型，站到四楼可以俯瞰杭州城的全貌，非常逼真。一旁的环形触摸查询屏，能查询到市内已建、在建及规划楼盘，精确到单元。队员们忍不住在模型上兴奋地查找起自己居住的方位。

四楼的360度环幕影院则全方位演绎了杭州的远期规划，未来50年杭州是什么样的，哪里会建体育馆，哪里会建大商场，哪里是新兴住宅区，都可以了解到。

一圈下来，通过这个“城市窗口”，队员似乎穿越了千百年，对自己生活的这座城市更多了一份归属感与责任感。

意犹未尽之时，一行人又来到了图书馆，开始静静的阅读。希望通过不断地学习，有一天队员们也能真正地为这座城市的发展献上自己的一份力量吧!

Students in our school have one thing in common- an interest in sports. According to their different intentions in taking part in sports, they fall into three groups.

Many students go to the playground when they tired after a few hours of study, These students put much more tress on their study efficiency than the fun of sports, They just want to go back to their classrooms from the playground with a clearer and quicker mind. Thus they dont actually care whether they can enjoy themselves on theplayground. Most of them choose long distance running, the kind of exercise which few real sports enthusiasts like. 就在这时，我听到有人叫“林泊锟”，回头一看，啊，是我的好朋友肖卓越来了。于是我就对肖卓越说：“和我们一块踢足球吧。”肖卓越连声说好。他走过来，对着我爸猛得一脚，可是他好像用的劲也不太大，球踢到我爸那时，爸爸接住球，猛的回了一脚，肖卓越跑了二三十米远才把球追回来。

这次肖卓越好像也发怒了似的，猛的一脚将球踢到了我这里，我用膝盖一挡，嘿，球停到了我的跟前，我哈哈大笑，于是又把球发给了爸爸，爸爸一个飞球，重重地打在了肖卓越的腿上，肖卓越单腿跳着去捡球，捡回来了，又一脚踢给了我，我不慌不忙，接住球，把球弄得弹跳起来，又是猛的一脚将球踢了出去，这次踢得不怎么高，但很远，肖卓越跑了很远才把球接住了。就这样踢了一会儿又一会儿，哎呀，十一点了，该回家了，可肖卓越好像还没玩够呢，于时我对他说：“肖卓越明天再玩行不行呀?今天太晚了。”肖卓越说：“好吧。”于是我们就各自向家走去。

回到家，我想：今天踢球太有意思了，我一定要把它记下来。

真情，对一个人来说，有时是伤感，有时是激动，有时还是感动。谈到真情，不由得我想起一年前发生的一件事，那时我确实感受到了真情，但它既不是伤感，也不是激动，而是一种十分令我怀念的友情和感动。

去年学校举行的运动会，我参加了400米跑步。我想：既然报了名就一定要跑好，给班级争光，所以那几天我只要已有时间就练习跑步

到了比赛那天，老师一声令下我信心百倍的冲了出去。果然，功夫不负有心人，一圈下来我遥遥领先。正当我得意之时，腿忽然软了一下，露出痛苦的表情，同学们看到后一个个都为我加油鼓劲，我感动极了。可是我的腿非常疼，导致我只跑了第二名。

比赛后，我全身无力，同学们马上扶着我坐下休息，平日里那些调皮捣蛋的男生这时也忙着给我买水。而我却在一边闷闷不乐。几个好朋友围上来问我怎么了，我只在一边摇头并没有说话，朋友们好像看穿了我的心事，对我说道名次并不重要，大家都知道你已经尽力了，你仍然是我们的骄傲!望着同学们一个个真诚的眼神，我流下了感动的泪水。那一次我感受到了真情!

感受真情使我懂得友谊的珍贵;感受真情让我在一次次的经历中成长;感受真情让我悟出了人生真谛：一个人只有在一次次的受到真情的感动后才能成长!

别人都在晒美照，晒美食，可我偏不，我要晒出我的成绩单。这可也是一份足够的勇气哦。

为什么要晒成绩单呢?因为成绩单见证着我的进步与退步，是我中学时代的一面明镜，折射出我的学习状态，沿着我的成绩单便可看出我学习的努力程度。

轻轻翻一翻从初一到初三的成绩单，别人叫它黑历史，我叫他“成长的史鉴”。就从初一说起吧。

刚入学的时候，我成绩不算太差，可是就我那一整天无所事事的样子，试卷也给了我最好的“证明”，这不，一个烫红的印记，烙在了我的第一份成绩单上。和我同一考试的同学们都名列前茅。我第一次感到很失败，很迷惘。有一种怅然若失的感觉萦绕心头。辗转之间，下学期开始了，我暗暗下决心一定要努力，成为一名学霸。我这人吧，自尊心比较强，不爱认输。偶然之间，因一位学霸的挑衅，我是真的激怒了，开始了一场无声硝烟的战争，我要超过她!她也许没想到我会这么认真吧。终于一个学期的暗暗较劲结束了，成绩单发下来的那一刻，我既欢喜又激动，我进入了前一百名还远远的超过了她。我相信只要努力奇迹总会发生的。

仔细一瞧，初二可真是我的“光明时代”。越往前走，越是不甘心，我不知从何时起，我已经学会自主学习。桌子上贴着我的目标，书包里装着我的日记还有单词本，零食也早已消失得无影无踪。总能看见我上课时认真记笔记，连打瞌睡的小毛病也逐渐不见。周末不在满足自己做完作业还要额外做一做五三试题。这可能就是沉迷学习，无法自拔吧。我更加努力了，课外书不再是漫画、杂志而是诗词鉴赏，英语广场。偶尔还是会想起，早晨晨跑前背地理的我，我要感谢这么拼命的自己。看着成绩单，一种成就感油然而生。

光明时代结束了，迎来了初三。本该更加努力的我却懈怠了。太过舒服的生活带来的却是灾难。一次又一次的考试刻骨铭心，那分数真的令我不由一惊。下降，一直下降，连喘气的机会都没有。失落到失望，最后的绝望。可能是不适应还是自己太过于放松自己。这几份成绩单像无边深渊一般，令我会很。我不会放弃的，我仍在尝试找回初二的感觉。已经翻到最后一张成绩单了，我不会再害怕，我相信成绩单能够让我明白，青春就是不断拼搏，我有勇气晒出来，它就是我最好的证人。

We all have dreams, and we all work hard to realize them. But there will

We all know that Mrs. Curie discovered radium, but how many people really know

keep smile in your face when comes to difficulties, and you will achieve

I do not think deeply about the life the significance, my life instead crosses very much meaningful. Even I do not need to know that anything is the life, so long as lived is sufficing. The significance when you seek for it, it only then exists, when your further seeks, it will vanish. Perhaps, only then in we felt when the life does not have the significance, only will then go to seek for it. As for found or not, depended entirely on individual lucky chance, because that was not individual strength can decide. we are not are living depending on the significance, but when we are not is living depending on the significance, our persons status has received the question, will this will test us be a qualified person. If in a person life had never thought tracks down one kind of significance, has never tracked down one kind of significance, has never had outside the material spiritual pursue, then he will be a personality damage person.if a person is only wants to live, so long as he had the basic survival to suffice, do not be too many. If he wants to enjoy, that he wants the thing will be many, not very easy to achieve. But if he wants a significance, that so long as he chooses one from thought that the meaningful matter, relentless does, might. The significance is this kind of kind of thing, when you think it is meaningful, it is meaningful.
