活在人间，浑浑噩噩着虚掷光阴，这是对自我生命的大不敬。而要让此生过得充实而有意义，就必须点亮理想的明灯。我为何而生?这是每个有理智的人都必须直面的问题。我以为，活着，就要活得有价值，活得有尊严，活得有诗意。有这样的理想之灯的照耀，生命的航船才不致在生活的汪洋大海中迷途、倾翻。张立勇曾经是清华大学第十五食堂的一个小小的卖馒头的厨师，只有高中学历的他硬是凭着刻苦自学，获得北大国际贸易专业大学本科文凭，更让人惊讶的是他在托福考试中取得了630的好成绩!他以自己的成长经历去激励更多的人发愤图强。一些清华大学的学生尊称他为张老师，更多的清华学子亲切地称呼他是“馒头神”。学习改变命运，拼搏成就幸福。小张师傅以高远的理想来磨砺自我，奋发向上，攻坚克难，追逐梦想。他活出了生命的价值，活出了自己的尊严，活出了生气盎然的诗意。可见，宏伟的理想正是达成理想生活的动力源。

生活的理想就是为了理想的生活，不仅仅为改变自我命运，充实自我人生;更是为了让更多人能过上理想的生活。周恩来从少年起就立下了“为中华之崛起而读书”的崇高理想，投身于中国革命与建设数十年，呕心沥血，殚精竭虑，全心全意为人民服务，赢得万众景仰;袁隆平怀着“让所有人远离饥饿”的济世理想，从事杂交水稻研究近半个世纪，埋头耕耘，孜孜不倦，取得累累硕果。古往今来，无数仁人志士，他们生活的理想是定位于造福人民，造福社会，造福国家乃至世界。这样的一种为全人类谋福利的理想，比之于仅仅为了一己之安逸与快乐的猪栏的理想，简直判若霄壤。

相反，有些人活着，是把自己的安逸与快乐建立在他人的辛劳与痛苦之上。夏桀的广建宫室，商纣的酒池肉林，秦始皇的焚书坑儒，隋炀帝的龙舟巡游，慈禧太后的祝寿排场……桩桩件件，哪一样不是为一己之安逸享乐而罔顾黎民百姓妻离子散、遭苦受难!正如臧克家诗云：“他活着别人就不能活的人，他的下场可以看到;他活着为了多数人更好活的人，群众把他抬举得很高，很高。”为了多数人的理想生活而默默奉献的人，他的生活才更有意义，更具价值。只为了自己的理想生活而蝇营狗苟的人，他的人生处处流淌着极端私利的淋淋脓血，终将腐蚀的岂止是他的肉体，更是他的灵魂!

19世纪俄罗斯作家屠格涅夫曾说：“一想到漫长的、庸俗的一生等待着我时，我不寒而栗。”一个人若不像让此生过得庸庸碌碌，就得燃亮壮丽的理想之灯，去驱散人生征途中的重重阴霾，去照亮前方的泥泞道路，就必须用它的光与热来温暖我们卑微的一生，让生活充盈隽永的诗意!

I enjoy summer vacation very much.Becausesummer vacation is the longest vacation of the year. We have more than fifty days to rest. Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room.

In the evening, I like to go shopping with my friends.We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes, and so on.In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents. Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.
