一、存在的问题

通过学习并结合自身思想工作和生活实际，对自身进行认真剖析，发现自己还存在一些问题和不足，主要表现在以下几方面：

(一)在坚定理想信念方面，与党的十八大要求存在一定的差距。从思想深处对马克思主义的理论、对社会主义道路、对共产主义的信念都是坚信的，在工作、生活中也是坚守和追求的。但是有时当碰到一些问题时，思想上也会产生一些想法和模糊认识。

(二)在解放思想方面存在的问题。解放思想的程度、深度还不够，思想观念更新滞后;要求其他领导干部解放思想多，但增强干部群众思想解放的意识比较少。

(三)在作风建设方面存在的问题。按部就班、循规蹈矩的现象仍然存在，服务大局、服务群众方面还不够到位，不能很好的适应新形势下科学跨越、后发赶超的需要。

(四)在廉政建设和自律意识方面存在的问题。存在对相关制度、纪律的掌握不够细，不够透彻的问题。

二、存在问题的主要原因

以上问题的存在，虽然有一定的客观原因，但主要是主观原因造成的。主要表现在：

(一)政治理论学习的深度和广度还不够系统深入。理论学习缺乏系统性，平时学习只是机械的读书，没有从思想深处，结合工作生活去学习，不能全面、系统的掌握科学理论体系的精神实质，对理论学习重视程度不够，理论学习的不深入，思想上必然产生模糊认识，从而影响了理论水平的提高。通过十八大报告和有关文件的学习，从思想上解决了模糊认识，使我对共产主义理想信念和追求更加清醒和坚定，对中国的和平崛起，对中华民族的伟大复兴更加充满信心。

(二)思想改造缺乏实践性，导致思想与实践有脱节的地方。通过学习，使我更深刻的认识到，在精神追求上也有较大差距。可以说在思想上是有精神，但没有很好的去追求，对共产主义的远大理想的追求有所淡化。作为一名党员领导干部来讲，都是极其错误的。通过学习，在认识上有了很大提高，要发挥党员的先锋模范作用，在今后的工作生活中修正精神追求上的认识，坚定理想信念，坚守精神追求，追求党所倡导的积极向上的物质、文化、生活中的优良传统和作风，以更好的作风和精神状态投入到工作、生活中去，为xx的稳定繁荣发展做出积极贡献，

(三)宗旨观念有所淡化。没有很好的加强世界观、人生观的进一步改造，平时忙于事务性工作，同人民群众的联系有所减少，为人民服务的宗旨意识有所淡化，有时产生松口气的念头，致使某些细小工作做的不够实，不够深入，不够细致，服务人民意识不够强，忽视了工作的积极性、主动性、创造性。

(四)学习方面自我要求有所放松，忽视了自我约束、自我监督、自我提高。有时放松了对最先进科学文化业务知识的及时更新，凭经验做事，虽有时意识到了，但没能够及时弥补，没有时刻提醒自己注意及时跟进，全面发展，紧紧跟上时代发展的脚步。

理想是大海中的风向标，指引我们朝着正确的方向前行;理想是风浪中的小船，载着我们驶向成功的彼岸。每个人心中都有一个美好的愿望，有的想当一名救死扶伤的医生，有的想当一名热情的主持人，还有的想当一名伟大的工程师，而我的愿望是当一名优秀的教师。

当我第一次背着崭新的小书包踏入美丽的校园时，我就感受到了集体的温暖与学习的快乐。第一次与老师见面，老师那娓娓动听的讲课声就给我留下了深刻的印象，至今仍在我的脑海里回荡。从那时起，我就立志长大后要当一名教师。

我觉得，教师是最神圣的职业，是一本蕴含丰富知识的书，是一支无私的蜡烛，是一位辛勤的园丁。教师就像一把金钥匙，为我们打开了知识宝库的大门。教师又如一艘航船，把我们带入知识的海洋中遨游，为我们开辟了通往成功的道路。

教师把一个个稚嫩的儿童培养成了祖国的栋梁之才，这怎能不让我敬佩呢?假如我当上了教师，我会用毕生的精力把平生的知识都教授给孩子们;假如我当上了教师，我会把孩子们领入文学的殿堂和知识的宝库;假如我当上了教师，我会跟学生和睦相处;假如我当上了教师，我会无微不至的关心学生，不厌其烦的讲解知识;假如我当上了教师，即使再苦再累我也高兴，因为每天伴着这些祖国的花朵，是一件多么开心、幸福的事

理想，不是轻易就能实现的。想实现理想，必须付出辛勤的汗水和坚持不懈的努力。只有一步一个脚印，锲而不舍，朝着目标不断前进，成功才会在彼岸等着你!梦想的白帆已升起，我已经插上了一双理想的翅膀，冒着暴风雨想成功飞翔!我相信“一分耕耘，一分收获”，在不久的将来，我的梦想一定会变为现实!

Since we were born, we are meant to face the stage of study and work until

we retire, which seems everybody does the same thing in their life. They start

to wonder about the meaning of life. In my opinion, the meaning of life lies in

study and finding the right place.

Study comes first for human being. Since we learn the knowledge, we get to

know about the world. The more we learn, the more we want to search for the

unknown knowledge. The world is beautiful because of diversity, and there are so

many amazing scenery waiting for us to discover. At the process of searching the

knowledge, we also become mature and have our own thinking.

Finding the place in the world is the basic task for us. The purpose of

knowledge is to master some skills, so as to get accustomed to the world and

know what we want to do and what we can bring to the world. The value we create

can bring happiness to people we love and make a contribution to the world.

Life is short, but we keep searching all the time.
