I had a great time throughout my May Day Holiday.

(一)在坚定理想信念方面，与党的十八大要求存在一定的差距。从思想深处对马克思主义的理论、对社会主义道路、对共产主义的信念都是坚信的，在工作、生活中也是坚守和追求的。但是有时当碰到一些问题时，思想上也会产生一些想法和模糊认识。

(二)在解放思想方面存在的问题。解放思想的程度、深度还不够，思想观念更新滞后;要求其他领导干部解放思想多，但增强干部群众思想解放的意识比较少。

(三)在作风建设方面存在的问题。按部就班、循规蹈矩的现象仍然存在，服务大局、服务群众方面还不够到位，不能很好的适应新形势下科学跨越、后发赶超的需要。

(四)在廉政建设和自律意识方面存在的问题。存在对相关制度、纪律的掌握不够细，不够透彻的问题。

二、存在问题的主要原因

以上问题的存在，虽然有一定的客观原因，但主要是主观原因造成的。主要表现在：

(一)政治理论学习的深度和广度还不够系统深入。理论学习缺乏系统性，平时学习只是机械的读书，没有从思想深处，结合工作生活去学习，不能全面、系统的掌握科学理论体系的精神实质，对理论学习重视程度不够，理论学习的不深入，思想上必然产生模糊认识，从而影响了理论水平的提高。通过十八大报告和有关文件的学习，从思想上解决了模糊认识，使我对共产主义理想信念和追求更加清醒和坚定，对中国的和平崛起，对中华民族的伟大复兴更加充满信心。

(二)思想改造缺乏实践性，导致思想与实践有脱节的地方。通过学习，使我更深刻的认识到，在精神追求上也有较大差距。可以说在思想上是有精神，但没有很好的去追求，对共产主义的远大理想的追求有所淡化。作为一名党员领导干部来讲，都是极其错误的。通过学习，在认识上有了很大提高，要发挥党员的先锋模范作用，在今后的工作生活中修正精神追求上的认识，坚定理想信念，坚守精神追求，追求党所倡导的积极向上的物质、文化、生活中的优良传统和作风，以更好的作风和精神状态投入到工作、生活中去，为xx的稳定繁荣发展做出积极贡献，

(三)宗旨观念有所淡化。没有很好的加强世界观、人生观的进一步改造，平时忙于事务性工作，同人民群众的联系有所减少，为人民服务的宗旨意识有所淡化，有时产生松口气的念头，致使某些细小工作做的不够实，不够深入，不够细致，服务人民意识不够强，忽视了工作的积极性、主动性、创造性。

(四)学习方面自我要求有所放松，忽视了自我约束、自我监督、自我提高。有时放松了对最先进科学文化业务知识的及时更新，凭经验做事，虽有时意识到了，但没能够及时弥补，没有时刻提醒自己注意及时跟进，全面发展，紧紧跟上时代发展的脚步。

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot.
