我之所以会有这个理想，是因为我在一次看书时无意中看到了一篇文章，这篇文章的题目是《老师是心灵的钥匙》。文章主要讲了一个孤儿因为失去了自己的父母，长期心不在焉，并且还经常遭到同学们的嘲笑，是一位老师，在这个小男孩最需要安慰和关爱的时候给予了他，给了他母爱般的温暖，最后，在这位老师的鼓励下，小男孩重新振作起来努力学习，并且还考上了大学。

During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

Once President Roosevelt’s house was broken into and lots of things were stolen.Hearing this， one of Roosevelt’s friends wrote to him and advised him not to take it to his heart so much. President Roosevelt wrote back immediately， saying，”Dear friend， thank you for your letter to comfort me. I’m all right now. I think I should thank God. This is because of the following three reasons： firstly， the thief only stole things from me but did not hurt me at all; secondly， the thief has stolen some of my things instead of all my things; thirdly， most luckily for me， it was the man rather than me who became a thief…”

我希望我以后生活在像山水画廊那样的乌镇里，有含苞待放的荷花，有张满爬山虎的古墙，每一处细细的裂缝中渗透着民国时期的怀旧风味，让我的房间里有一扇向阳的落地窗，前面栽一盆青葱的绿萝，米黄色的玻璃纱窗帘牵着流苏直直的垂落，有一张木质的书桌，摆一本戴望舒的诗集，泡一杯香浓的拿铁。

多美的幻想。

on the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. no one can stand the “white pollution”. so, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.

finally, one thing that we should keep in mind: every big thing comes from the subtle. therefore, as students, we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbook and so on.

all in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. just set our mind to these: no-car day, no plastic bags, and no waste. let’s do it now.

todays society is a highly developed technological society. however, the shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide, and environmental pollution. but the most serious should be the carbon dioxide problem.

now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse gases. excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a diversified economy and la nina phenomena lag disorder. two levels of glaciers melting, polar animals lose their chance of

currently,my school is launching an activity whose theme is that actions change the world to advocate the low carbon living.

in the activity,we are required to go to school or some other place by bike or by foot as much as possible instead of by bus.and when the christmas comes,sending e-greeting cards instead of tridional cards of which are made of wood as we know.besides,we should use both sides of every piece of paper and we should save water as well as electricity.

i believe that only we do thus can we have a better living environment.

With the spread of the consciousness of environmental protection, the word

“low-carbon” has been very popular in life. We can find it in many aspects, such

as low-carbon products, low-carbon consumption, and low-carbon travel and so on.

Generally speaking, more and more people are advocating “low-carbon”

As implied in the name, “low-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of

lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much

as possible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving private

cars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public

transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energy as

much as they can.

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to

reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light

when leaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action

to arouse others’ concern about the importance of lowering emission of carbon

dioxide and lead them to lead a “low-carbon” life.

My Life in Winter Holiday

Ihave a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as well asfocus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the mostimportant in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoymentduring the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shoppingwith my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. Myparents prepared the big dinner and I could only act as assistant. The dinnerwas so delicious that I ate so full. In the next several days, my parents and Ivisited our relatives and friends or they visited us. Sometimes, we went outfor fun together. We children were always the most excited. Now, holiday iscoming to the end and I will go to school soon. I am so happy that I have awonderful winter holiday.

I have the same routine from Monday to Friday. I usually get up at five fifty. Then I have breakfast. At six thirty, I go to school. I don’t ride a bike. I go to school on foot. I have five lessons in the morning. I do morning exercises with my classmates after the second lesson. At eleven thirty, I go home for lunch. In the afternoon, I have three lessons. After class, we often have sports in the playground. At five, I go home. After supper, I do my homework. At about ten, I go to bed. I am happy every day.

Life is blending with bitter and sweet. Sometimes we may feel blue and don’t know what to do, but you just need to cheer up and find the true happiness in your life. Everyone is longing for happiness. But what is happiness? Different people have different opinions to happiness. Some people think making large sum of money and spending all of it on big mansion, expensive food, pretty clothes and fancy cars make them happy; some people think marry to the people they love and live a plain life is happiness, even though they can not afford a bigger house or a brand-new car；And some other people think that don’t need to go to work and sleep in the bed until the noon is happiness. Apparently, the definition of happiness varies from person to person.

For me, staying in good health and have a long vacation without homework is happiness. Good health is the foundation of happiness. Picture this, if I sick, I will go to the hospital, and there are a lot of funny things I can’t do because I feel uncomfortable. I will lose my appetite for the delicious food, and have no strength to go outside to play with my friends. What’s worse, in order to cure the illness, I will sallow countless pills and some of them may have side effects. Only a well function body can ensure the life to be happy. While a long vacation will give me affluent time to do the things I want to. If I can spend my time to do the things I want instead of homework, I definitely will be very happy. I really love traveling; I plan to go to Tibet on next long vacation. To see the beautiful scenes of the different places can broaden my horizon and enrich my life experience. My life in school is like a candy. Sweet brings me lots of happiness.

The Chinese class made me know many words and read a lot of texts. In math class, I became good friends with numbers. Every time I get a teacher award “ smiley face ” I will stick it on the textbook.

I was born in the country, my family lived there before I was 6 years old.

Then my parents moved to the city for their work, I had to stay away from my

hometown. Though living in the city brings me a lot of convenience, I eat the

good food, I still miss country life all the time. I love to live in the

Living in the country, the time seems to be very slow. I woke up early in

the morning and then took the walk. After eating the breakfast, it was about 8

o’clock. I went out to play with my friends or went to help my grandparents with

their work. After doing these, it was just 11 o’clock. But in the city, I woke

up at 9 o’clock, and then I ate the breakfast, the rest of the day was to play

computer. How time flies to me.

Scientists have a lot of knowledge and keep up-to-date on the latest knowledge, or the rest of the world will leave you behind. They should be good at math and science and is very important to learn English. My winter holiday was very interesting.As that day i got back to my native hometown,cousins and cousines took me to ski.My skiing skill isnt good,got down for 15 times,they laughed at me behind,i cant help smiling， too.The day of Spring Festival was the most happiness day,we had meal for the first,a table of delicious food,that made me so glad.Then we played the fireworks.The childrens waving the lightening ticket while watching the adults playing the fireworks.That was so beautiful!Like the stars rainning down the world.At the end,it was time to get the red bag.we were very exciting,and satisfied.Sometimes,we also went shopping and bought something we like. Winter holiday life was really wonderful!
