On March 8th, 1975, the United Nation started to celebrate the International Women’s Day. In China, the women’s day also called “March 8th”day. Why we celebrate women’s day? There is a long story.

On March 8th, 1909, the Women’s Union of Chicago demonstrated against the inequality between men and women. They demanded that they should have the same payments, the same working hours as men had, and they should have the rights to vote. They even put forward a slogan: Bread and Rose, which stood for equal payment and a better living standard. This demonstrated had caused international attention to the women’s rights. A year later, a critical meeting was held in Demark, in order to promote the women’s liberation and equal rights, the council members decided to establish the Women’s Day on March 8th. Then March 8th, 1911 just became the first Women’s day.

In our country, during the women’s day, the women usually have a day-off holiday. The communities or companies will organize the recreational activities such as a spring outing, a nice dinner and some extra welfare. On this special day, the women can really realize that a woman’s value is not only giving birth to a child, doing endless housework, but also find her own status in the modern society. That is she can make a different. She can do everything that a man can do. When you look around, you will find that more and more women are acting as scientists, doctors, lawyers, even leaders. My favourite writer—Lu Xun 我最喜欢的作者－鲁迅

Lu Xun is my favourite writer. He is one of the most famous writers in China. He wrote a lot of literary works.

He was thin and not tall. He always wore a long old coat in that time. At first, he wanted to be a doctor and save people s lives. So he learned medicine, but later he found the Chinese were in sensitive when they faced the oppression of their enemies. So he began to write articles to wake the people up.

Lu Xun wrote some famous novels, he attacked the social mores in that time, and in his works, many persons were known very well, such as Ah Q Kong Yi ji .

I like Lu Xun because I also want to be a great writer like him. I like reading and writing, and I often write some articles in my free time. Though I don t have good literary talent or a large vocabulary, I spend lots of time reading and writing to improve my writing skills.

A folk culture is a small isolated， cohesive， conservative， nearly self-sufficient group that is homogeneous in custom and race with a strong family or clan structure and highly developed rituals. Order is maintained through sanctions based in the religion or family and interpersonal. Relationships are strong. Tradition is paramount， and change comes infrequently and slowly. There is relatively little division of labor into specialized duties. Rather， each person is expected to perform a great variety of tasks， though duties may differ between the sexes. 舞台上的我们，灯光下的影子，认真的舞动着，认真地年轻着。这样的我们都一样，吃着廉价的食物，搽着低劣的脂粉，穿着不合身的舞服，过着平凡的生活，却有着一样遥远的梦想——舞台。我想不管明天天寒地冻，路远马亡，灯光下的影子，也一定始终舞动着。

谁的青春不迷茫？还好有你们在身旁

回忆总是太短，遗憾总太长。每想起，都湿了眼眶，还好那些年有你们在身旁，陪我坚持了不该放弃的，放弃了不该坚持的。如果有一天，当舞服蒙上了灰，当我不再拥有青春，我想我也可以自豪地说：“虽有悔但无愧了。”

我第一次看见舞台，是在我六岁时，虽然舞台很小，但从此那红色的毯，五彩的灯，表演者自信的笑便印在了我的心中，成为了一个叫舞台的世界，而我想踏进这世界，想站在灯光下，想让我的影子飞舞起来，所以在初二的春节联欢晚会节目单上有了我的名字。选曲、排舞、练习，我们不得不占用课余时间及一些音乐课、体育课。作业越积越多，课程越落越后，看着我们疏散奇异的舞蹈，突然想问自己，有意义吗？值吗？为了这舞台梦放弃学业。心中不停地挣扎，想着快要来临的期末考试，想着不成气候的舞蹈，迷茫溢出了心扉，正准备和队员商量退出的事，我看到了改变我想法的一幕——几个同学在阳光下练着动作，虽笨拙但还是一遍又一遍。阳光下的影子飞舞着似青春张扬着，这不就是我的舞台梦吗？我放弃了退出的想法，快步上前加入了她们。

原来花开不一定会结果

转身，扭头，舞手，抬腿，又一遍，汗水淌在年轻的脸上，每个人都努力着，快乐着，直到落选的消息传来。当老师宣布完我们的节目，我的内心是崩溃的，梦碎成了废墟，练习什么的全没用了，一直以为只要努力就有收获，原来花开了不一定会结果，浑浑噩噩的过了几天。直到我看见另一个“我”。那天，我路过一面镜子，看到了她，我仔细打量着她，乱糟糟的头发，衣服上有着几块油斑，脸上还有条笔印，这是我吗？那个自信的人去哪了？顿时，我明白了生活其实不止有梦想，梦碎了还有现实。光下的影子再次欢快起来。

生命有裂缝，阳光才能照进来

当你不偏执于一样东西时，幸福总会降临。元旦晚会快要来临，我们虽然很伤心不能上台表演，但并不影响心中的愉悦。虽然我没能踏进那个叫作舞台的世界，但我的整个世界将都是舞台，课堂是舞台，我积极发言，活动现场是舞台，我踊跃参加，作文比赛是舞台，我认真投稿……虽有失却有得。

阳光下的影子，灯光下的影子，仍在舞动着。每一个舞台，我都将做的更好。

后来我们做了一个同学的伴舞，搽着低劣的脂粉，穿着不合身的舞服，有着遥远的梦想。我们灯光下的影子始终奔跑，我们的青春叫奔跑——后记

星期天，我去了乡下看望爷爷奶奶，无事可干的我竟然心血来潮教爷爷说起英文了。

下午，我闲着的没事就问爷爷：“爷爷，你小时候上过学吗？”

“没有，我小时候家里穷，没钱上学，只好种地。”

没上过学！这一下让我想到了一个妙不可言的好主意——教爷爷说英文。反正闲着也是闲着，干脆让爷爷也增长点外国知识。

我便对爷爷说了这件事，爷爷笑着说：“好啊、好啊，孙女教我学英文。”于是，我从最基本的教起，我大声念了一句：“Hellow”。爷爷笑哈哈地跟着说：“哗啰”。我纠正道：“是Hellow，不是哗啰。再跟我念一遍，Hellow”。爷爷还是笑嘻嘻说成了“哗啰”。我有点生气了，转过身去不理睬爷爷。爷爷似乎知道我不高兴了，不知从哪来变出来一个红彤彤的大苹果，伸到我的面前对我说：“哗啰，吃‘冰果’喽！”。估计爷爷想说苹果的英文，可是又不会说，所以自己瞎编了一个，读成了“冰果”。这下我忍不住“扑哧”一声笑了出来，我从爷爷手里拿了苹果，我看了看苹果，大口大口地吃了起来。

“甜！不过爷爷，苹果的英文叫Apple”我说。

“安破。”爷爷乐呵呵跟着学了一句。我也不知道为什么，这次我没生爷爷的气。倒觉得爷爷真有意思。

这次教英文虽然效果不佳，但能换回来我和爷爷的欢笑，我觉得挺值得！

Its very important for us to protect the environment. All of us want to live in a better place, so its our duty to beautfy the environment. As a senior high school student, we should do something.

Above all, we should never throw rubbish ourself. We must keep this rule, and then influence the others. Whats more, we should care more about the environment. For instance, we should read newspapers about the globle environment problems and think deep about them. Last but not the least, we ought to promote the importance of protecting the environment. In this way, we can call on more and more people to join us.

Lets take actions as soon as possible! Lets protect the earth, and live a better environment.
