小离从不允许别人踩自己的影子。她怕小影受伤，所以每当别人不小心踩到小影时，他总是大发脾气，以至于别人都不敢接近他。他也就变的孤单起来了。他也就变的寂寞起来。所以他很珍惜他和小影的友谊。

直到有一天，小影给小离写了封信，对小离说，小离，我要走了，我都知道，你为了不让别人伤害我，去和别人吵架。我都知道。我想，只有我离开了，你才能找到你真正的朋友，因为我希望你快乐，不希望你孤单，希望你幸福，不希望你悲伤难过，所以，我决定离开你，去很远，这样，你就会快乐。

小影走了。

“小影，小影。”小离找不到自己的影子，他发现了那封信，他哭了。哭的很伤心。他跑到太阳底下，寻找自己的影子，可是什么都没有，他大声的哭了，撕心裂肺的哭。歇斯底里的哭。

小影，在远方，也哭了，他希望小离幸福，小离。你一定要幸福!

很多人习惯用自己的过去来否定自己的现在甚至未来，却不知道“只有一直向前走，才能把影子甩在身后。”

过去就像断了线的风筝，抓住它只会使自己更加痛苦，放过它，更是放过自己。人若是一直活在过去黑暗的世界里，那么他的未来也不会看见黎明的曙光。

在生活中，有很多人因为自己的过去，而丧失了对未来美好的信心。像曾经做错事而被送去公安局坐监狱的人，等出来以后再次步入社会，去找工作准备重新生活时，在找工作过程中会因自己不堪的过去而影响自己，让自己身上多了个污点，从而得到一份工作变得很难，有的人因为不能忍受过去做错事给自己带来的负面影响，而变得自暴自弃，再次走向歧途。然而有的人坚定自己的信念，准备重新开始，就会敢于直视自己的过去，对未来生活充满憧憬和信心。

过去虽然能影响现在，却不能决定未来。

若我们一味的习惯用自己的过去来衡量现在的自己，会使自己的人生变得很失败，也会使自己更加痛苦。

作为学生，高中的生活将决定我们人生的成败。步入高中以后，随着科目的增加再加上内容的复杂会使原本在初中学习成绩比较优异的学生因不适应高中学习，找不到适合自己的学习方法，因而使自己在高中的成绩直线下滑。这时，会因为初中优异的成绩和高中成绩造成强大的反差，从而影响我们学习的信心，变得心情低落，从而影响了未来的学习生活。若我们不去拿过去和现在对比，而是积极的分析原因，争取下一次进步，会促进我们学习的信心，为我们学习提供动力，从而有利于我们学习成绩的进步。

不去想自己过去是辉煌的，还是不堪的至少都和自己现在和未来没关系。我们只有把握好自己的现在，争取做好现在自己应该做的事才是我们应该去想的。

当我们痛苦时要想这痛苦不是永恒的，当我们快乐时要想这快乐不是永恒的。无论在何时我们都要保持一颗平衡、积极的心态，无论遇到什么事都要向前看、向前走。

只有一直向前走才能脱离过去，把握好现在为自己美好的未来努力，奋斗。影子是黑的，可怕的不是黑，而是没有走出黑的勇气。
