童年时光中，好友伊凡的陪伴使男孩显得不是那么的孤单。一直以来，伊凡都活在自己编织的回忆当中，也许只有这样他才能活下来。到后来自己帮助他找回了面对现实的勇气，却又为自己的举动而后悔不已，他要去真正的为自己，也为妈妈好好的活一次，他选择了离开。他重新塑造了真实的肉体，也让自己寻求同样真实的幸福。

而吕克是男孩生命中的常客，不管男孩是成功还是失败，他的牵挂与鼓励仅次于妈妈。尽管吕克无比向往学医，但是却不得不屈服与爸爸希望他继承面包店的“使命”，他厌倦千篇一律的生活，却一味的麻痹自己将梦想深藏于心底。他的影子向男孩倾吐了主人的梦想，让自己的主人体会了不一样的生活，但又让他最终找到了自己的真正所爱以及生命的价值所在。也许吕克也不知道最适合自己的究竟是什么，但他不断的寻找，经历了一个慢慢发现、慢慢改变的过程，拥抱了幸福。他在自己的影子中寻找真实，为影子洒下点点星光。

其实除了真实生活中的朋友，还有一个挚友，是从出生就陪着我们，永不厌倦地跟随着我们的一举一动，它就是我们的影子——开心的时候它们是手舞足蹈的；难过的时候，它们也显得是那么的孤独。不管是你生命中的过客，常客，还是我们的影子，只要我们都抱有一颗真挚、诚恳的心，相信对方都能有所感触，而自己也能够在当下无比从容与快乐。

“有些人只拥吻影子，于是只拥有幸福的幻影”影子在光下的显而易见会使你安心，但在黑暗中，却会让你因为它们的消失而失去安全感。黑夜中肉眼能清晰看见的星星，白昼的到来偶尔会蒙蔽我们的双眼，其实它们从未离开，只需要紧闭双眼，用心感受——既为自己的剪影寻找光芒，又为自己的肉体探求真实。
