曾经以为自己是全天下最幸福的孩子，应为我有一个百般疼爱我的爷爷。在我眼里爷爷就是我的“影子”，无论什么时候，发生了什么事，他都会第一时间出现，第一时间尽力去保护我。那时还小，从没有想过会有一天这个“影子”会离我而去，再也不会回来了。

上帝总是不愿给人们太多愉快的时光。当时我九岁，爷爷患了肺癌，几次化疗仍不见好转。爷爷的身体已然不是自己的了，他也不能命令自己的身体做任何事情，他再也不能像以前没那样陪我玩跷跷板、荡秋千……也再也不能当我的“影子”了。

但疾病终究敌不过爱。九岁的那个生日，是我一生中最难忘的生日。傍晚，我正在家里过生日，偌大的餐桌旁少了爷爷，我怎么也高兴不起来，饭菜的香味荡然无存。正值我丧气时，爸爸搀着爷爷回来了爷爷的目光没有了以前的神韵。但从他闪光双眸中仍能读出最令我激动的情感，那是一种用什么都无法换来的爱，是病魔所无法战胜的亲情！接过一张贺卡上面写着：生日快乐我的宝贝，祝你学习进步。”那内容虽简单，那字体虽不挺拔，但我却从那歪歪扭扭的字体行间感受到了一份温暖。那是我记忆最深，最难忘的夜晚，病重的爷爷从医院赶回来为我过生日，使我得到了幼年的一份最真挚的感情，为我留下了童年的记忆里最难忘的情怀。

清晰的记得，他要走的那个晚上，夜静的出奇。我捂着被子觉得很难过，我那么强烈的害怕他会离我而去。我开始祈祷，默默地祈祷着：只要爷爷不离我而去，让我做什么都可以。

可我的祈祷显得那么苍白无力，爷爷终究还是离我而去。

时间漠然，带走了属于爷爷的一切。当他的笑，和他叫我的做人道理，似乎烙在我的心上，像一根铉，一拉动，心就好痛。

爷爷您是否知道，有那么多个夜晚，每当想起您陪我玩跷跷板、荡秋千……的时候，还记那次我不小心把您的最宝贵的杯子摔烂了，您也没有怪我。现在想想，好恨自己，如果当初没有那么不懂事，现在也许应该不会那么愧疚吧？有几次，在梦中见到了您，哭着醒来后被妈妈询问为什么？你让我怎么说得清呢？

梦里，又回到小时候，我在玩荡秋千，您笑着对我说小心点，旁边的小孩用羡慕的眼光望着我们。
