七 活动过程

(一)报告人数

各小队整队向中队长报告人数。

2、中队长向中队辅导员报告人数：“五年六中队应到50人，实到50人，‘快乐暑假’主题队会一切工作准备就绪，邀请您参加我们的队会，报告完毕。报告人：中队长王宁。”

3、 中队辅导员：“接受你的报告，非常高兴参加你们的队会，并预祝队会圆满成功!”

中队长讲话：

七月如风，轻快驰入我们的眼帘。暑假如期而至!如何让我们在紧张的学习之后，得到积极的放松和调整，过个充实又快乐的暑假，山城小学五年六班中队部为你们的暑假生活安排了一个充满阳光和快乐的计划，希望你们响应号召，使暑假的每一天都过得精彩。

中队长：一、书香阅读——共读几本书

主持人甲：书是人类最好的朋友，如果你想成为书的朋友，就请保证每天30分钟的阅读时间，尽情享受书本给你带来的快乐和满足。

主持人乙：书籍是人类进步的阶梯，每位同学至少要读两三本好书，并以读书日记的形式略述读书过程和读书感受，完成2—3篇高质量的读书笔记。

中队长：二、 快乐无极限 我的暑假我做主

主持人甲：快乐的假期就要开始了我们可以畅然流连于七月的流萤飞舞，知了喧唱，泥鳅狡猾，荷花映日，莲子清凉，逛公园，去儿童游乐场……假期是我们儿童最快乐的时光。

主持人乙：而如今，高度文明的发展，有些家长反而让孩子们过早担负起过重的负担，各种补习班铺天而来，剥夺了孩子的快乐假期，有些课外班同学们可以区别对待，有些不必要的补习班坚决不要参加，有些自己喜欢的，比如书法，钢琴 绘画班 可以参加培养兴趣陶冶情操，千万不要玩网络游戏，不在不健康的娱乐场逗留。

各小组讨论推荐活动方案

1组代表发言：在父母的陪伴下旅行，游览祖国的名山大川，江河湖海

2组代表发言：参加市少先队组织的夏令营。例如夏湖雷锋教育基地。

3 组代表发言：做一个社会主义精神文明倡导者，参加社区公益活动。要树立节约能源、保护环境的观念做好宣传，并组成小组，清理街头小广告。

4 组代表发言;拉手情系西部小伙伴

5 组代表发言;迎亚运祖国在我心中图片展

中队长：三、 明健康——快乐生活每一天

主持人甲：安全伴我健康成长

要求：队员在假期里要注意交通安全、用电安全、饮食安全、居家安全等。

主持人乙：每天坚持体育锻炼

要求：每天坚持体育锻炼30分钟，

学会一项新的运动本领，如游泳、乒乓球等。

主持人甲：在这个暑假里，同学们有充裕的时间做自己喜欢的事，读书、旅行、做游戏，尽情享受假日的轻松与快乐。

主持人乙：这个暑假里，孩子们可以尽心地走进社会，投入到丰富多彩的社会实践中，品味人生百态，了解三百六十行的酸甜苦辣，学知识，长技能。

中队长：这个暑假里，孩子们放心地投入到大自然的怀抱，闻一闻山花的香味，品一品泉水的甘美，在探索大自然的奥秘中学会爱护自然，与自然结友……

辅导员寄语： 同学们，首先祝贺你们的中队会取得了圆满成功，通过这次中队活动，同学们进一步懂得了如何过一个健康安全快乐又意义的假期，愿夏日的阳光快乐永远与你们相随，让幸福快乐永远与你们相伴!
