All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

I am now a student of Dongzhou Middle School, but I still remember that day when I was in a primary school.

That day, the weather was so bad. When school was over, it began to rain. All of us looked very worried, so our teacher let us go home at once.

When I went out of the school gate, I saw my father standing there. I went to him at once. My father had a raincoat, because hed just had a meeting and he went to school as soon as the meeting finished, so he had no time to return home. When he saw me, he took his raincoat off and gave it to me. I didnt want to receive it. He looked at me and said, Take it. I had to put on the raincoat, but my heart was not still. 1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during class time,she asked me to buy that bland sugar one peice for everyone.in my opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played football,she must get the ball back to her office.someone who was to be in love was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat her kindness.she is real a good teacher.

My junior middle school time has pasted ,but it will influece till the end of my life.

周二的早自习老师让我们背四首古诗的赏析，同学们很快投入状态，我也低下头记。过了大半节课，我抬起头，看见向乔木胳膊撑在桌子上，低着头，一看就没有好好背，正准备给他说要好好背时又看见他动了一下，嘴似乎也在读，我想也许是在好好背吧，就又继续背自己的。可不一会儿老师就来找他了。一定是老师看见他没有好好背。当时心中很紧张，快下课了，现在好好背真的来得及吗？吃饭回来后我第一件事就是要周亚楠检查向乔木背书。看着他签在黑板上的名字，我总有些不相信，但最后周亚楠说：“背的还好。”即使是还好，我也感到很欣慰了。

语文一开始，老师就点了一些人的名字上台抽查，把第一个发言的机会给了向乔木。可能是出于紧张吧，他背的有些疙疙瘩瘩的，我心中更是紧张。但还好他背了大半。最后，他是五个人中唯一一个通过检验下台的。或许这在一些背书可以一字不漏的同学的眼中他这种程度根本不足以过关，但是对于我来说，我就觉得我为这样一个肯努力去背书的组员而感到自豪。

华科璘在我心中的形象更是有了很大的转变，即使偶尔还是会因一些小问题斗斗嘴，但我再也不会觉得他在我心中一无是处。正如老师说的，他至少还是在做作业，没有直接把作业空着。再来，那天做政治选择题，我错了一道题，看了半天楞是不知道哪里出了问题，其他的组员也说不出来，还是他说出来那一句“不应该是全部都是由汉族人民创造的”让我恍然大悟，不禁对他有些钦佩。或许找出这个细节错误的人不只他一个，但我那时就觉得他比我厉害啊。

今天向乔木数学知识整理与复习的纸没有带被扣了六十分，我虽然没有多说，但心头肉都感觉有些些疼了。向乔木说让我把分加上去，但我总觉得毕竟是大错，又不是说话扣的小分，我加上去了不太好。最后我决定让他去问老师能不能让我加上去，这时他却说他有些怕，不敢去。还是华科璘说：“没关系，一会儿我跟你一起去办公室问。”虽然最后仍没有去问，但至少觉得他对小组的量化也是很关心的。

记得上次的总结本想取名为《在我眼中是最美》，但写好了题目，却又觉得没什么好些的就放弃了。现在，虽然名字不是《在我眼中是最美》，但我学会了发现美，我相信，若他们在初中阶段尽自己最大的努力，即使无法达到很高的名次，我相信在很多人眼中，这样的他们就是最美的了。
