1.书端（Heading） 英语日记的书端，是专门记载日期、星期和天气的，这一点与汉语日记相同，但在排列上有所不同。英语日记的书端在正文上边的左边（顶格），从左向右推进。

1）英语日期的写法有两种：

（1）先写某日，次写月份，最后写年份。某日用序数词的缩写形式；除May ， June和July三个月份外，其余各月份均可缩写；年份均用阿拉伯数字书写，但不能把“1991”缩写成“91”等。例如：

（2）先写月份，次写某日，最后写年份。用这种写法比较普遍。某日用基数词，也可用序数词的缩写形式，但后边须加逗号。例如：

如果在英语日记的书端里要写星期的话，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。例如：

2）天气情况

如果书端里还要记载那天的天气，只需用少数的词，如“Fin e”“Cloud y”等形容词表示。天气写在日期之后，须用逗号隔开。如果第一行内写不完，也可以移到第二行去写，但第一行内前边要空格，不可与第二行平头。例如：

Eight days then entered the study time, I learn while accepting heart, came to the school began the tension course, overall, this winter holiday, acid, sweet, bitter, spicy, very substantial!

盼望已久的寒假终于到来了。

我怀着兴奋的心情准备度过这另人兴奋的寒假。

起初，是八天的学习时间，这八天里，每天虽然过的差不多一样，有些乏味，但之后的春节会让这一切消失，所谓“黑暗过后便是光明”，但学习也是一件快乐的事。

八天过去了，大家都沉浸在准备过春节的气氛中：超市里，人山人海，挤得水泄不通，货架上的商品被无数的双手拿进自己的购物车;人们的吵闹声，有的在争吵唯一一件物品该属于谁，有的在讨论买些什么好，还有的因为太闷太挤在抱怨，我喜欢这种气氛，它让人觉得新的一年即将到来，很激动。南大桥下，卖主将一盆盆盛开的橘子、花、植物摆好，大家都纷纷来买，那一盆盆橘子、花、植物每个都不管顾客会不会选到自己，个个张开笑脸，以自己最好的一面展现给大家，我们一下选了五盆，放在花园里，再粘上红包，这样会更增加喜庆的气氛。博爱路、解放路更是热闹，大家都在各家店里买对联、“福“字等装饰品来装扮自己的家园，利用传统习俗希望自己的亲人在新的一年里事业有成，身体健康等，以及鞭炮，大家特别是小朋友买好多来放，使春节里更添喜庆的生机。斋菜、年糕也是习俗食品，一天，我和妈妈一起到一家店里买年糕，里边什么年糕都有，颜色不一、形状各异，左挑右选都不合心意，最后还是妈妈的朋友给妈买了合心意的。

日子一天天过去，大约除夕那天，路上冷清清的，回家的到家了，回老家的也到了，人们在一起安详吃着团圆饭，桌上的菜比平时多了很多，热气腾腾的。一些久别重逢的抱在一起，诉说经历，一些原本在一起的，比平时也亲热了几分。

最难忘的要数元宵节的夜晚，元宵节阿姨带我去假日广场看别人放烟花，今年的烟花和去年的完全不同，首先，天气好了，放的人也多了。我们站在花丛、草坪上观看一个个不停的向上跳跃，好似一群孩子欢乐的蹦跳着，他们又像一群群孔雀在跳跃的最大极限时打开它们漂亮的尾巴;它们还像一把雨伞，“轰“的一声打开;又像雨点一样落在半空中。人们不停地放，把黑暗的天空一下子照亮了，看的你眼花缭乱，形状、颜色各不相同，各有风采。

接下来又进入了八天学习时间，我边学边收心了，来到了学校开始了紧张的课业，总的来说，这个寒假酸、甜、苦、辣什么都有，挺充实的!

Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it?

But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do.

On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax.

And then I played on the computer, sang , watched TV, etc. I just wanted to amuse myself.

I went to swim on Sunday, although I didn’t swim very well. I felt cool during this hot time. I also played with my mother. She couldn’t swim so I taught her. I sometimes played a trick on her. I had a good time there.

Homonym for the day, the weather is sunny, cloudless, I and the daddy, mother, littles side go boating in the park. In the park, so many people! Even row should be arranged in long lines, dad went to buy the ticket, where we wait in line for over an hour, very not easy to wait for an empty vessel, we quickly got into the boat.

Smalls side seems to know I was cheated him, he said: "elder brother, time is up." My dad said: "time is up, HaoYue let you smalls side to grasp the direction." I reluctantly to him. Also dont know today is whats the matter, theres always a ship collided with us, so we just hit the somebody elses ship, and YouRenGu boat to us now, our ship strength big, turn it into a corner, and the smalls side and I started laughing. Have a steamboat come towards us, dad told us to turn quickly, we turn to hide in the past.

We see someone in dancing then put the boat ashore in the past, see of is from France, some people say that its time for our ship ashore, told us to stop the ship is in port, we put the boat soon in the past, on shore and went home.

That day I play with smalls side too happy! Both rowed a boat and know how to grasp the direction of the ship, this is my winter vacation in one of the most interesting thing.

正月初一那天，天气晴朗，万里无云，我和爸爸，妈妈，小表叔一起去公园划船。到了公园，人真多呀!连划船都要排成长长的队伍，爸爸去买了船票，我们在那里排队等了一个多小时，好不容易才等到了一个空船，我们赶快上了船。

我和小表叔坐在船的最前面，爸爸妈妈坐在后面。我和小表叔轮着掌握方向盘，爸爸妈妈在后面蹬着划船。我们在水里转来转去，玩的高兴极了。正在高兴时，忽然看见我们的船正直直往正前方的一条手划船上撞去，把划船的叔叔阿姨吓的赶紧转弯，把我们俩笑的肚子疼。妈妈说我没掌握好方向便让小表叔掌握方向，我想抵赖，于是就说：“还没到时间呢!”小表叔好象知道我在骗他，就说：“哥，时间是不是到了。”我爸爸说：“时间到了，浩悦让你小表叔来掌握方向。”我极不情愿的让给了他。也不知道今天是怎么了，总有船和我们相撞，刚才我们撞人家的船，现在又有人家的船来撞我们，我们的船劲大，把它撞的转了个弯，又把我和小表叔乐得哈哈大笑。又有一条汽船朝我们驶过来了，爸爸叫我们赶快转弯，我们立刻就转弯躲了过去。

我们看到岸上有人在跳舞便把船划了过去看，看的正美时，岸上有人说我们的船时间到了，叫我们停船靠岸，我们很快把船划了过去，上了岸便回家了。

那天我和小表叔玩的太开心啦!既划了船又知道怎样掌握船的方向，这事就是我寒假里最有趣的一件事。

My winter vacation

我的寒假

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

寒假期间，我的生活没有什么不同的。我每天十一点醒来，洗完碗后，与我的父母吃丰盛的午餐。之后我玩电脑游戏，玩到吃晚饭的时候。晚餐后。我继续玩游戏玩到凌晨两点，然后去睡觉了。这就是寒假我暗淡无光的一天生活。

But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meet some of my good friends during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the 2011 year! I think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

但我不是所有的时间都是那么的无趣。有时候我读书，有时我听音乐或在床上听收音机，因为外面很冷而且一整天都在下雪。寒假的时候我也会跟我一些好朋友见面，我们会聊各自在过去一年里的生活，一起打乒乓球。我会在2011年的最后一秒钟看中央电视台春节联欢晚会!我认为这是中国的大多数人会做的事情。
