I had a great time during my winter vacation. The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in time. And during my winter vacation， we welcome the most important festival in China-Spring Festival， it‘s also called Chinese New Year by lots of foreigners. At that night， our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we had dumplings that night， because that is our Chinese traditional. We then watch the CCTV spring festival evening party together and watch the beautiful fireworks. That‘s the happiest time in this world! The winter vacation I had dreamed all year around was finally coming. And I really enjoyed a lot from it. The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. Now that the holiday is ending and a new semester is coming， I need to fresh up and get started to embrace the upcoming challenges.

When I see other students have their parents to drive them home after class, I don’t feel jealous, because I have a happy family. Though we are not that rich, my parents will spend a lot of time to play with me. They give me all their love. I am so lucky to have them as my parents. They are my everything.

Chinese New Year is coming and my family is very busy. Its because Chinese

New Year is very special and important. We must prepare many special things to

get ready for this festival.

wishes.” Third, we will set off firecrackers. New Year meal is delicious and we

Mobile Phone Obsession

As the drawing presents, there is a man walking across the street absorbedly focusing on his cell phone without noticing the surroundings. This sort of phenomenon is not uncommon and rare in some metropolis, especially among the youngsters.

What the picture illustrates is the prevailing situation that has long existed in todays China. That is the mobile phone obsession. With the advent of information age, people are becoming

increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people, and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

Personally, in view of the overuse of mobile phones, I hold that we individuals should raise the necessary awareness that good relationships are reinforced by sincere and face-to-face

communication.

When I was small, I like to eat a lot of food, but I have a habit, I will not eat up all the food, I just like to taste all of it. When my mother saw this, she felt bad for me, she told me that all the food was the farmers’ hard work, I should not waste it. Thinking about this, I felt so shameful about my bad behavior, I decided to eat up the food. Due to the wide use of computers and the development of Internet, more and more people like to chat on the Internet. We tend to pay more attention to electronic communication than to face-to-face contact.

As electronic communication is not limited by space, we can chat with others where there is Internet with our tools such as computers, mobile phones and pads. However, when we chat with others online, we cannot express our feelings fully. Just as the picture shows, the parents cannot touch or hug their child. We know that body language plays an important role in our

communication, but the electronic communication cannot do this. For example, when we are sad, we need more love and warmth, a real hug from our parents or friends can mean much more to us than just words through electronic communication.

A blackout

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in Shanghai opera. 2、能记住重点句型，但不会灵活变换句式。

3、了解语法，却不会做时态填空。

4、能读懂短文，却做不对选项。

5、知道如何写作文，却在写作时漏洞百出。

6、选择填空马马虎虎。

7、听力很差，失分很高，尤其是分析题。

所以，针对存在的问题，为避免以后重现类似错误，为复习考试奠定一个好的基础，特做计划如下：

1、加强听力训练。希望同学们每天听一套跟中考要求一样的听力材料。就像中考听力一样要求自己。听完后核对答案。看看失分在什么地方。然后合上书再听一遍，锻炼自己的听力。坚持听上一假期，肯定有收获。

2、培养良好的写作习惯。每天背上一篇好的范文，写上一篇类似的作文，用上里边的好词好句，对于连词成句部分，不妨每天写上5个连词成句，摸索里边的规律，在做这个题的时候，先看看里边有什么词组，什么句型，这样写起来就不会摸不着头绪了，集中练上一段时间会有提高的。

3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

4、强化重点题型训练。针对单选题和完形填空题错误较多的情况，同学们最好在寒假里把老师上课讲的专项练习好好看一遍，把老师讲的重点例题弄懂弄明白。每个学校都有一本复习指导的书，把书吃透了，里边的题弄明白了就可以了。题要精不要太多。把自己常错的题写在一个纠错本上，经常看看巩固巩固。

5、增加词汇量。有的学生平常的词汇量很少，在做阅读完形的时候看不懂文章，短时间增大词汇量不太容易。但假期是个好机会，可以集中来记忆。可以把几本书拿来把上边重要的黑体字部分的四会单词分期分批地记忆，每单元的重要词组也要背过。再配合着题做一些词型变换的题，学会灵活运用。

6、做几套中考模拟题。要重视往年中考题，在假期里给自己规定时间来做几套中考模拟题，做做往年的中考题有特别的作用。因为每年的中考命题难度相对稳定，风格相对一致，做中考题有助于同学们摸清中考命题的“套路”，明确复习方向，最后找出自己的不足之处，作为下一次的努力目标。
