英语日记与汉语日记的结构相似，主要由两部分组成，即书端和正文。

1.书端（Heading） 英语日记的书端，是专门记载日期、星期和天气的，这一点与汉语日记相同，但在排列上有所不同。英语日记的书端在正文上边的左边（顶格），从左向右推进。

1）英语日期的写法有两种：

（1）先写某日，次写月份，最后写年份。某日用序数词的缩写形式；除May ， June和July三个月份外，其余各月份均可缩写；年份均用阿拉伯数字书写，但不能把“1991”缩写成“91”等。例如：

（2）先写月份，次写某日，最后写年份。用这种写法比较普遍。某日用基数词，也可用序数词的缩写形式，但后边须加逗号。例如：

如果在英语日记的书端里要写星期的话，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。例如：

2）天气情况

如果书端里还要记载那天的天气，只需用少数的词，如“Fin e”“Cloud y”等形容词表示。天气写在日期之后，须用逗号隔开。如果第一行内写不完，也可以移到第二行去写，但第一行内前边要空格，不可与第二行平头。例如：

将近八点钟，烟火晚会开始了，“嗵――”的一声巨响，一个烟花弹腾空而起，在空中绽放出一硕大的菊花，紧接着，无数个红红的小灯笼从天而降，人群中一阵欢呼声。不一会儿，又喷起了烟火树，像一片金黄色的森林，排的整整齐齐。接着，一个个烟火像一朵朵盛开的鲜花，在夜幕下显得艳丽多姿，有的像盛开的牡丹，有的像倒挂着的柳树，有的像气势磅礴的瀑布……白河两岸犹如阵阵春雷滚过。

九点钟左右，伴随着“再会”字幕的出现，烟火晚会结束了，我和妈妈依依不舍的离开了晚会现场。

今年的烟火晚会真是太漂亮了，把我们南阳的夜空装饰得非常美丽，我们也要好好学习，让明天的南阳更美丽，更辉煌。

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better. Although the winter vacation, I will continue my learning, in the morning,
