To my surprise they are very friendly to me and warm-hearted! I no longer felt afraid. And I got along well with them. But at the first night here, I burst out to tears for that I was missing my family. I don’t know why. Everyday when I was at home, I was just eager to go to school, to experience the wonderful college life but when coming here, I am just eager to go back! Just spending about 2 days here, we were on our way to military train. To us, it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So, you know, it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time, I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious, just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates, the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! So after a long time, when investigating the training result, I gave them a disappointing answer. The highest trainer sent me to clean the toilet, although, it didn’t means insulting to my dignity, but I was really sad about myself and my heart was hurt. That was a small thing but told me that I need to be serious to one thing. And unhappiness passed, the happy and funny time recalled me that folding the blanket. Yeah, it’s really very funny. Most of us had never folded the blanket and naturally we can’t accomplish the task well. When the monitor came, we pleased him to help us to fold the blanket. To our expect, we managed to persuade the monitor. After the monitor finished the task for me. I dared not to touch the blanket again and just used the clothes instead of the blanket. Of course, I felt very cold in deep night, so to my instinct, I crashed into my classmate’s blanket. And we were scratching the single blanket fiercely, just like a war. 如果人际关系处理得当，把主要精力用在学习上，可以在心情舒畅的情况下轻松度过自己的大学时光。如果人际关系处理的不够恰当，往往会给学习和日常生活带来不必要的烦恼，甚至影响健康性格的形成。

现在的大学生大多数是在顺境中长大的独生子女。在中小学时期，由于学习成绩优秀，家长的关爱，老师的呵护，同学的羡慕，容易养成以自我为中心的性格。升入大学以后，远离家乡，性格依旧，受点挫折在所难免。大学生一方面涉世不深、缺乏人际交往经验，另一方面社会又是复杂的。一部分大学生既有与同学交往的愿望，却又不知如何沟通，很难与人成为知心朋友；有的则因性格原因，带来交往中的矛盾与冲突；有了矛盾又不知怎样化解矛盾和解决矛盾，往往使矛盾升级；由于同学之间正常沟通较少，又容易引发隔膜、误解与猜疑。这一切对于身心发育处于关键期的大学生来讲，极其不利。久而久之，妨碍了正常的人际交往，甚至性格发生扭曲。

另一种是消极封闭型。这类大学生不多，多数来自偏远地区。在高中阶段他们无疑是优秀的，进入大学之后，他们很快发现自己在高中时期的学业优势已荡然无存，而面临的是一种学习成绩一般甚至降为差等生的严峻局面，心中充满失落感。由于家庭的贫困，自我保护心理比较严重，导致他们自我封闭，性格沉默孤傲，不愿与人交谈，不愿参加集体活动，对周围的评价、对与己有关的事情比较敏感和偏激，总感觉自己处于被屈辱的地位。耻于承认贫困的心态，甚至不愿接受困难资助。他们的自尊与自卑共存，既理智又偏激。个别学生的心理长期处于亚健康状态，情绪波动较大，对挫折的忍耐性较差，容易走极端。

对这类大学生应该给予更多的关爱。帮助他们走出心灵的误区。以诚挚的关怀和热忱的感情去感染他们，使其思想认识得到升华。以往的互相关心互相爱护的好传统应发扬光大，应与贫困生交知心朋友，学生之间应有和谐友好的气氛。开展丰富多彩的校园文化生活，启迪他们善良美好的心灵。学校应创造条件让贫困生参加各种形式的收入相对稳定的勤工助学活动，使他们能筹足学费、生活费，解除后顾之忧，完成大学学业。这要比直接给予助学资金的效果好得多。在勤工助学的过程中，他们有一种自食其力的自豪感，压抑的心灵会得到舒展，同时也增强了克服困难的决心和勇气。学校在给予助学资金时，也不宜张扬，使他们保持应有的自尊。

天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能1 。贫困生应调整心态，敞开心扉，加强人际交往，融于校园集体之中，以积极的态度面对人生。

三、就业与创业

大学生刚一踏进大学校门，可能就在考虑毕业以后的就业问题。同学之间也时常谈论起这个问题。大学毕业后能否顺利就业，这是个人问题，更是民生问题，关系着千家万户，关系着国家的和谐与稳定。

现在的就业难主要是结构性就业难。不是没有就业岗位，也不是没有人才，而是人才与就业岗位不能匹配。高校在发展定位、专业设置、课程确定等方面上还不能完全适应社会发展对高素质人才的需求，缺乏针对性。在教学大纲的制定上，既应该为学生的继续深造打下坚实的理论基础，又应该学以致用，加强实践环节，锻炼实践能力，使毕业生尽快适应未来的工作岗位。

My Low-carbon life

With the development of society,low-carbon life becomes more and more important. Some people think it is very difficult to do.In fact,we can do a lot of things .

First, as a student,some of us can ride a bike to go to school, or walk to school every day.It can not only save energy but also it is good to our healty. Second,when we leave the classroom,remember to turn off the lights, so it can save electricity.And third, we can use the water circulary. Fourth,we can use the paper adequately .

本来，到开水房打水是我等莘莘学子每日必做的功课之一，毛主席他老人家早就教导过我们“自力更生，丰衣足食”嘛。然而，林子大了什么鸟都有，偏偏就有人从不打水。可人是铁饭是钢，没水喝真是渴得慌，于是不打水的人们端着一个特大号水杯开始讨水喝，常常是闻“水”而动，四面出击，浩浩荡荡，好不壮观。

一些勤打水的宿舍，饱受“水牛”之害，怨声载道，义愤填膺，为自己的利益不得不与“水牛”打起了平原游击战。首先把空暖瓶放在显眼之处，任由“水牛”们光顾，制造无水假象，声东击西，迷惑敌人。其次，靠门的同学肩负起放哨的历史使命，当“水牛”们挨间宿舍做“地毯式”轰炸时，马上发生警报：“水牛”进村了，大家隐蔽!一声令下，于是乎众人以迅雷不及掩耳的速度把有水的暖瓶藏起来，即将地表水转移成地下水。为确保“地下水”的安全，宿舍里性好的旮旯可谓全部都做到了物进其林材尽其用。这样以后“水牛”们才不那么猖獗了。与天斗，其乐无穷;与地斗，其乐无穷;与“水牛”们斗，更是其乐无穷啊!

二、在食堂“历险”的日子

大学校园里我最喜欢的就是食堂了，尽管一进势食堂就让熟悉的香味熏得饥饿感消失。我说去食堂不仅仅是为了吃饭，在人间，食堂也是我大学的有机组成。从排到门口的买饭队伍你能领会耐心、公平竞争的人类生存仅不易，从饭菜价格表的更新你能意识到改革又加大了力度。我买饭的时候从不插队，但同志们来到自己面前我也并不反对，只是狠狠击上一掌以示亲热。我在月初时喜欢吃肉，月末时喜欢吃素，说自己的胃有月相变化是适到环境自然选择的结果。某日收一“狐友”短信：据说某日周杰伦来我食堂就餐，完后回家发表第一张专辑《饭特稀》。时隔三年后他又来我校就餐，完后发表了最新专辑《依然饭特稀》我无语……

三、骑破车的日子

我有一辆破旧的自行车，在此之前，我有一辆崭新的山地车，可是它过于“红颜早逝”，不出一月就该为“他人妇”，在遗憾与气愤之余，我更懂得了：吃一堑，长一智，花高价买了辆破之又破的自行车，我就不信，就凭它也能吸引小偷们的注意。

我的破车，破则破矣，然功用不少：靠了它我才能快捷轻便地往返于宿舍与教学楼之间;靠了它我才能不时走出校门汇入人流去捡拾几许都市风情;靠了它，才能筹拟并实施我的自行车交游计划……说实在的，有车真好，有辆破车真正好。只要你愿意出发，而无须顾虑阴晴风雨以及路途的迢遥坎坷，风雨雷电不怕，泥淖沟渠何惧，破车尽可一路欢歌到天涯。正因其破，使变的命“贱”，少了擦拭保养的麻烦，少了担心被盗的忐忑，你甚至可以将它搁置在路旁而不必上锁，办完事情可免却开锁之烦，一抬腿，便可哼哼上路，却也好不洒脱，羡煞同僚。

破车是破的，但我骑的就是这个破劲儿，我骑的就是这份无遮无碍，任性使气。风风雨雨，来去任我，伴我驰骋，溅点泥，掉点漆，都是极次要的，重要的是那种活力，那一往无前，义无返顾，排除万难的冲劲。

大学曾像个结着丁香般愁结的女孩在我梦幻的另一面，静静地等待我开启那扇虚掩的门，而如今我已正式地打开了这扇门，献上一束带露的鲜花。而我深知，虽然这扇门已为我打开，我需要跋涉的路还很长很长，在前方，还有更多的门等着我打开，正如国父所说：“革命尚未成功，同志还需努力。”我与这句话共勉，背上行囊，继续前进……

I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. As a pupil I preferred the playground to the classroom and often liked to play tricks on girls, as by hiding insects in their desk drawers. On one occasion, I even grimaced behind the back of our teacher, caing the whole class to break into laughter; however, instead of becoming angry, he merely asked why we were laughing and wondered whether there was anything wrong with him. On ather occasion, I punctured the tires of a  parked inside the school by ing something sharppointed, leaving the principal frightened and bewildered after he had ticed that. Such were the happy moments in my life at that school. The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.
