Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

I had a great time during my winter vacation. The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in time. And during my winter vacation， we welcome the most important festival in China-Spring Festival， it‘s also called Chinese New Year by lots of foreigners. At that night， our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we had dumplings that night， because that is our Chinese traditional. We then watch the CCTV spring festival evening party together and watch the beautiful fireworks. That‘s the happiest time in this world! I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. They leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

This is my school life, happy life on campus!

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

After passing the 20XX College Entrance Examination, I find my name in the enrolling list of Hechi college which many young people dream of. As a boy of 18, I am happy to go to such a famous university, so that I want to make my life colorful and fruitful in university. Heres my plan for university life:

Firstly, I am an adult of 18 years old, so I should learn to be independent, especially in my study. Teachers here will not keep an eye on me as they did in the middle school and parents will not take care of everything as they did in the past. Of course, study is my own business and priority. I will pay most of my attention to it. I think the autonomous learning is the most important for a college student. Besides, I will learn how to think of the questions critically and study my courses creatively.

Secondly, it is also important to set aside some time for relaxation because study shouldnt occupy all of my free time. I will develop my hobbies to enrich my experience and broaden my horizon. At the same time, I will participate in some associations to learn something outside of textbooks and get some understandings about society and the world.

Finally, I will make more friends on campus. It is an effective way to improve my communicative abilities and confidence. How to spend a fruitful and meaningful university life? Friends can help me because we can compete with each other, make progress together.

【摘要】艾滋病的全称为获得性免疫缺陷综合症，是一种由逆转录病毒引起的人体免疫防御系统方面的疾病。1981年，人类首次发现艾滋病病毒，而到1988年，美国艾滋病患者就达到了5万人，与此同时，艾滋病也以超乎人们想象的速度在世界各地传播。1992年，科学界曾预言，2000年人类将有250万人成为艾滋病病毒携带者，而当人类真正迈进2000年时，全世界艾滋病患者和艾滋病病毒携带者竟达到了3400万，因艾滋病而死亡的人数至少为1880万，因艾滋病所造成的孤儿就有1320万。正是由于艾滋病以前所未有的速度传播，现在世界上每一个人 实际上均不同程度地受到了艾滋病的威胁。艾滋病被称为“世纪瘟疫”，它就像一头难以驯服的恶魔，正在慢慢吞噬着人类，危害着人类文明的进程。

今年的12月1日是第29个“世界艾滋病日”。据宁波疾病预防控制中心发布的统计记录，自1990年宁波首次报告发现艾滋病病毒感染者以来，截至今年10月底，已累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人921例，其中，感染者668例，病人253例，报告死亡64例。全市累计治疗病人250例，目前仍在治疗病人209例，接受治疗人数位于全省第一。或许看到这个数字还无法感觉到什么，但前一段时间，部分甬城大学毕业生自愿接受体检时检测出好几例的艾滋病病例，这就无法让我们掉以轻心了。

大多数感染了艾滋病病毒的人，仍然是健康的,并能在没有症状或只有轻微疾病的情况下生活多年。即使他们看起来健康，自己也感觉健康的时候，他们仍能够将艾滋病病毒传染给其他人，终生都具有传染性。所以我们的个人卫生很重要，尤其是在“性”方面。现在大学生对于“性”早已见怪不怪，我们宁大双桥村的宾馆每逢周末绝对爆满，旁边的几个社区也经常会有一对对的小情侣去租房，享受二人世界。如果双方都注意倒还好，但是如果有一方平时或曾经不太检点那就危险了。

艾滋病传染主要就是通过性行为、体液的交流而传播，当然还有母婴传播。体液主要有：精液、血液、阴道分泌物、乳汁、脑脊液和有神经症状者的脑组织中。其他体液如眼泪、唾液和汗液，存在的数量很少，一般则不会导致艾滋病的传播。所以我们只要稍稍注意，做到预防还是没问题的。

我们宁波大学是属于重点批次院校，一般不会出现那种女学生外出从事“性”交易的情况，但我从学生的角度了解到的形势并不乐观，一些虚荣心较强，家庭条件一般或是较差的学生还是有外出从事“性”交易的。还有部分家境很好的男同学晚上会有外出找“小姐”。人数虽然极少，但难免感染上艾滋病毒，2004年初，美国和宁波市疾病预防控制中心有关专家共同深入到娱乐场所，经过近4个月，对江东、慈溪等地4家宾馆两百余名娱乐场所从业人员进行调查，艾滋病防治基本知识平均得分为8.4(总分为14分)。与性伴侣最近一次发生性行为使用安全套的只有51人，其他人员均不用安全套。最近一个月每次使用安全套的有16人，不用安全套的有72人，占35.6%。而如果我们的同学回到学校进一步传染，后果相当严重。

宁波市疾病预防控制中心也曾经公布了一项与日本京都大学共同协作完成的调查结果。通过对宁波市2万余名大学生有关性病艾滋病防治知识的调查，结果显示甬城七成多的大学生对艾滋病感染者持避免接触和同情态度;大多数大学生认为自己不会感染艾滋病。持这种观点的，两所高校的比率分别为72.0%和63.8%。他们认为，只要平时注意生活作风，少一些性伴侣，而且即使有多个性伴侣，只要增加男女双方的自我保护意识，也不会感染艾滋病。

这份调查表明了我们大学生们对艾滋病的知晓率还是不够高，甚至有很大一部分人根本不知道艾滋病的相关知识，这不得不让人担忧。

从感染艾滋病病毒到发病有一个完整的自然过程，临床上将这个过程分为四期：急性感染期、潜伏期、艾滋病前期、典型艾滋病期。不是每个感染者都会完整的出现四期表现，但每个疾病阶段的患者在临床上都可以见到。四个时期不同的临床表现是一个渐进的和连贯的病程发展过程。由于目前尚无预防艾滋病的有效疫苗，因此最重要的是采取预防措施。主要有：

1.坚持洁身自爱，不卖淫、嫖娼，避免婚前、婚外性行为。

2.严禁吸毒，不与他人共用注射器。

3.不要擅自输血和使用血制品，要在医生的指导下使用。

4.不要借用或共用牙刷、剃须刀、刮脸刀等个人用品。

5.受艾滋病感染的妇女避免怀孕、哺乳。

6.使用避孕套是性生活中最有效的预防性病和艾滋病的措施之一。

7.要避免直接与艾滋病患者的血液、精液、乳汁和尿液接触，切断其传播途径。

预防艾滋病的最简单的办法就是每次性交的时候，为了避免有体液的交流，一定用避孕套。所以在西方一些国家，有些学校和组织都发放免费的避孕套。艾滋病的传播主要与人类的社会行为有关，完全可以通过规范人们的社会行为而被阻断，是能够预防的。
