十年寒窗苦读，在高中三年的艰苦拼搏过后，我们终于战胜了期待已久却又微带恐惧的高考，打开了人生一道新的窗口，我们如愿走进了大学，开始了新的生活，在学习之前，我们都要经历军训。 。

At the end of the summer vacation, I cant help feeling excited and curious. How many times I have dreamed that my university life will be meaningful and beautiful.

At the beginning of university life, I think study and exercise are the most important thing. So I must improve my spoken English and written ability. Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. For a young person like me t was too bad. Not until I was about sixteen years old had I outgrown t feeling of fear. Then there was that nagging feeling of loneliness either at home of at school. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

First, we have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. We have to get to school before 7:30 because we have a morning class.

Second, I like my school life because teachers and my classmates are friendly and helpful. We also have lots of after-school activies.

Third, our school environment is very beautiful, the teachers all can make their lesson interesting and instructive. So I like my school life very much.

军训，最难忘的是连长的歌唱得很好听，还有就是晚上十几个营的娃娃坐在一起拉歌。大家就像是一家人！这首先教会了我和同学和睦相处。因为太认真，不会学别人偷懒，所以我的脚在训练时候磨破了，腿也拉伤了。其实我不在意这点小痛，虽然我是女生……我明白，长大的过程是痛苦的。就像蚕化茧，茧化蝶一样痛苦。这又教会了我坚强和诚实。

My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth. After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more than half an hour to get there.

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have luch at my grandparents, because their home is nearer to my school.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our classroom.

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I do my homework. If I finish my homesork early, I can watch TV for half an hour. I go to bed at half past nine or ten.

Summer vacation, so dad took me home to have a good time.

Back to their hometown, family are very friendly and hospitable, I three elder sister and I said excitedly: "tomorrow, will harvest the rice in the field, you and we go to harvest" I thought to myself, if I have leeches? 对于大学，每个人都会有自己的计划。有的人选择继续研学，有的人选择发展兴趣爱好，而有的人则选择参与更多社会实践。对于我而言，在大学中，实践便是最好的积累。

我们深知“学到老，活到老。”学习是我们一生中绝不能放弃的事情，但对于经历了高考的孩子而言，大学生活更应该偏向于人际交往和社交活动。而兴趣，又是最好的老师，当我们在大学中，拥有大量自主安排的时间，发展自身的兴趣爱好再好不过。但我们要时刻铭记，大学相当于半个社会，毕业后即与社会接轨，要有所实践积累，才能在社会立足。

前段时间，一位名为伍继红的中年农村贫妇走入了我们的视线。外表看来，她平淡无奇，甚至是生活困难，找不到谈论她的价值。但深究其人，她其实是“人大毕业生”。1992年起，国家不再包办分配工作，刚毕业的大学生们如无头苍蝇般到处找工作，伍继红便是其中之一。当年，因为国家需要某个领域的人才，所以他们就读某个专业；因为国家分配工作，所以他们疏于实践。到最后，有一部分大学生被社会淘汰。若是当时，他们能意识到学习不仅仅是注重课本知识，而是要做到“知行合一”，相信如今的生活会变得更好。

而（改为“毋庸置疑”衔接更为合理自然）在经济高速发展的今天，实践的意义愈发明显。常言道：“千里之行，始于足下”。在大学中，许多学生还未毕业就已经感受到“就业难”的压力，趁自己在校园地方时候便开始创业，功与否暂且不说，但勇于实践，与时代接轨的精神值得每一个人去学习。而在创新创业的过程中，便是对自己多年来所学知识的转化和应用，也可体现这些年来花费的心血。待到毕业，当同学都在忙于找工作，你已捷足先登，何乐而不为呢？

更何况不仅仅是面临毕业的大学生，就连“00后企业家”也刷遍了各大网络平台。他年纪虽小，但思维缜密，谈吐不凡，引来一片哗然的同时也带来不少赞扬，而且还尽自己所能开发了几款应用。更有网友戏称其为“未来的马云”。我们不能预测他的未来，但我们知道这一种实践将成为他人生的宝贵财富，成为他通往成功道路上的“敲门砖”！

因此，当我们作为大学生时，要时刻铭记实践出真知的道理，实践是最好的积累！

一、活动背景：

当代社会越来越强调大学生的综合素质，国家教育、企业商界也越来越注重大学生的综合素质，而大学生最缺乏的就是社会实践、社会认识、社会经验。从素质教育的提出到具体的各项教育改革无不是为了响应这个号召。同时，基层社会也需外界关注的急切的愿望，为改变他们落后的面貌找到一条渠道。身为主体的大学生更应积极响应，从而为现代化建设作出应有的贡献。然而，环境形势依然严峻，水环境污染严重，九大湖泊和一些河流水质恶化趋势没有得到根本扭转，流经城市的河流普遍受到污染，一些地区饮用水安全问题日益突出。大气环境污染负荷明显加重，二氧化硫、烟尘、工业粉尘排放呈增长趋势，工业污染物排放总量控制和全*面达标排放任务艰巨，污染控制和治理难度进一步加大，所以，必须把环境保护摆在更加重要的战略位置。环境保护是全面建设小康社会的重要内容，是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要方面，是衡量发展质量和人民群众生活水平的重要标准，是造福当代、惠及子孙的事业，关系到我省现代化建设全局和长远发展。各地区各部门一定要深刻认识加强环境保护的重要意义，进一步增强紧迫感和使命感，以对国家、对民族、对子孙后代高度负责的精神，把环境保护摆在更加重要的战略位置，推进经济社会与环境全面、协调、可持续发展。 同时在政策的影响下，构建和谐社会，新农村新面貌。

二、活动目的：

1、让大学生了解社会、认识社会，特别是贫困地区的状况，并从中有所体会、领悟以增强大学生的使命感。同时也为了加强本社人员的相互沟通、理解，形成一种团结互助、上进的氛围。

2、通过对乡村环境问题的调查，切实反映一些农民的实际问题，锻炼学生调查问题的能力。

3、通过调查，发现当地*存在的实际问题，分析并做出解决方案。

4.宣传环保，让更多的人参与到环保的队伍中来。

5.弘扬国家政策。

三、活动意义：

让同学们更好的掌握专业知识，发扬爱国热情，积极为社会、人民服务，让同学们全方位的接触社会、了解社会，培养良好的社会适应能力，努力锻炼自己成为对社会有益、对人民有用的当代大学生。推动建立健全环境保护协调机制，深入开展环境保护宣传教育。提高企业主的使命感和责任感，唤醒人们保护环境的意识。让环保的思想深入每一个人的心中，从儿童教育开始。

七、活动的具体内容：

(一)活动地点的选择 程海不仅水产丰富奇特，风光也很优美。古人曾有诗云：“银海含山色，渔舟傍石峨;晚来最高处，相对发狂歌。”登舟畅游，但见水光潋滟，烟波浩渺;沿岸梯田青青，村舍柳暗花明，仿佛进入如诗如画之境。这里四季无霜，湖面水温17.6℃～27.5℃，北部海湾沙滩细软洁净，长达数里，可以戏水游泳，卧波纳闵，成为天然的冬泳和娱乐之地。程海西岸现有公路贯通南北，湖内可通航，车舟并行，交通十分方便。这个美丽富饶的聚宝盆，有待开发为重要的旅游度假胜地。

但是，程海水质东部污染较大，因有螺旋藻厂，程海周围主要种植水稻，甘蔗还有桂圆。鱼虾今年有减产，程海的治理破在眉睫。

(二)活动的具体内容

1、开展环保宣传以及生活医疗卫生宣传;

2、科学知识的宣传，举行有趣味的小活动;

3、适当地帮助当地百姓做力所能及的劳动与当地群众共同学习、共同交流;

4、适合当地经济发展和社会

发展的问卷调查,开展当地经济发展的课题研究，对当地环境情况进行调查，并做相对的调查问卷;

5、对当地居民、政府官员进行采访。

6、与当地中、小学生进行互动“一帮一”活动，与孩子们交谈，传授外面的知识及对所带物品的发放。

7、对当地工厂、企业进行采访，参观，并调查它对当地经济、环境造成的影响。 八、活动具体计划

第一阶段: 1月1日--------1月19日 前期准备工作阶段

1) 面向云南财经大学全校师生募捐书籍，购买学习用品作为礼物;政府及企业的赞助。

2) 落实住宿问题,协调活动日程安排。

3) 申请 “介绍信”等交接文书

4) 准备一定数量的宣传单、宣传海报

5) 准备一定质量的文艺节目

6) 服务队旗帜、横幅、衣服、帽子;照相机、数码摄像机;医药物质; 19日：早上八点由*云南财大出发,大概中午到达程海镇,安排住宿,在当地政府的安排下，熟悉环境，并组织一个见面交流会，听取当地政府部门的介绍。

20日: 在设兴仁村开展环保宣传以及生活医疗卫生宣传，科学知识的宣传并举行有趣味的小活动，成立环保志愿服务队，通过发传单形式对当地居民宣讲环保知识，增强其环保意识，

21日 ：进入星湖小学，进入课堂与同学交流互动，并进行问卷调查，发放学习用品，与孩子们交谈，传授外面的知识。

22日：上午于海腰随机访问当地居民，了解他们对环保的意识;下午与当地政府联系,了解政府对环保和扶贫的有关政策，了解当地的生态农村*的建设情况，以及当地基础经济设施的发展情况;。

23日：于程海镇开展对经济发展和社会发展的问卷调查并对当地环境情况进行实地参观考察，进行总结分析。

24日：进入由施普瑞承包的螺旋藻工厂及其他企业参观，对负责人进行采访，并调查它对当地经济、环境造成的影响。

1月25日 于程海镇活动后期宣传，表

演我们带去的文艺节目 ，总结多天来的成果，收整返校
