Some people say that campus life was boring, but I felt the school life is colorful.

Class, we discuss a fierce, comment on each other. Once, I had a fight with my classmates, for the sake of a problem we all were at sixes and sevens, reach a consensus. Later, we have solved the problem calmly, all made up. After class, my teacher and I talk together, playing chess, we get along, busy talking; After dinner, the classmates speak heart to each other, solve problems, make the bridge of our friendship more stable. Generally speaking, life in high school is busy and fulfilling, due to the

ultimate goal---College Entrance Examination. Many people say that there is no

fun left but bored study and endless exercises. However, as a high school

student, I can’t agree with them. Personally, I live a fruitful but happy life

in high school. It can’t be denied that study is my priority that I must spend

most of my time and energy on it. Sometimes, study may make me frustrated or

Low-carbon Life

Low-carbon life is good for everyone. To help with the environment，I always walk or ride a bike to school instead of taking a car. Besides，I will try to use things that can be recycled and I never forget to turn off the lights when I leave the classroom. I think it‘s my duty to live a low-carbon life. And even the simplest activities can make a real difference to the environment. So I suggest we should reuse books as long as possible. And we’d better not spend much money on expensive clothes. My Winter Holiday Plans Well, winter holiday is coming. So what I am going to do? Everyone has dreams. Some want to be doctors. Some want to be scientists. Some want to be engineers. I want to be a teacher when I grow up. Because I’m good at talking to people. And I like the job. In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. Only after experiencing those can I know what society is like, and what life is like.

To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary.

Thanksgiving Day is coming, I have a lot of people to thank, thank my

grandpa, grandma, father, mother, teacher, classmates...

As we know, many people favor theidea that the college life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’snot true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonderif my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts,including study, student activities, library and the others.

我们知道，很多人认为大学生活是自由、舒适的，但我想说这不是真的。事实上，我的大学生活是如此的忙碌，以至于我都不知道我的能量是否足够。至于我的大学生活，我把它分为四个部分，包括学习，学生活动，图书馆和其他的。

Firstly, I want to talk about thestudy. In my opinion, study is the priority in college. When I received theletter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I makeup my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I’m greatlyconvinced that knowledge can change my life. Therefore, I often go to the quietstudy room where many people study there. By working so hard, I get good gradesin the exams.

Secondly, student activities playan important role in our college life. To be honest, the student Union is agood place where one can develop social skills, get his abilities trained. I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, includingreceiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettableand worthwhile experiences for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the libraryconstantly. It’s said that “shelves of books, oceans of knowledge”, so I readbooks that I’m interested in. In this way, I can share stories with my new friendsand it also changes my horizons .When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying thelibrary makes me quiet and comfortable. After all, every life has bad momentsas well as good ones, and the library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay in thelibrary.

Finally, I often do other thingsin my spare time. In order to alleviate parents’ burden, I often do somepart-time jobs and write some articles to earn money. It helps me to beindependent and improve my social skills.

In short, mylife in university is busy but valuable. You can see that study brings me knowledge,student activities improve myself, library changes my horizons, the othersthings make me independent. They get all my abilities trained. And I see thatthe chance will come only if you have a prepared mind, so I’m sure that I canachieve my dreams in college life.

My winter holiday was very interesting.As that day i got back to my native hometown,cousins and cousines took me to ski.My skiing skill isnt good,got down for 15 times,they laughed at me behind,i cant help smiling， too.The day of Spring Festival was the most happiness day,we had meal for the first,a table of delicious food,that made me so glad.Then we played the fireworks.The childrens waving the lightening ticket while watching the adults playing the fireworks.That was so beautiful!Like the stars rainning down the world.At the end,it was time to get the red bag.we were very exciting,and satisfied.Sometimes,we also went shopping and bought something we like.
