Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

这是我的第一份工作，这半年来我学到了很多，感悟了很多;看到公司的迅速的发展，我深深地感到骄傲和自豪，也更加迫切的希望以一名正式员工的身份在这里工作，实现自己的奋斗目标，体现自己的人生价值和公司一起成长，在此我提出转正申请，恳请领导给我继续锻炼自己，实现理想的机会。我会用谦虚的态度和饱满的热情做好我的本职工作，为公司创造价值，同公司一起展望美好的未来!!

本人思想积极，要求进步，拥护中国共产党的领导，作为一个应届毕业生，初来公司，曾经很担心不知道该怎么与人相处，该如何做好工作，但是公司宽松融洽的工作氛围，团结向上的企业文化，让我很快完成了从学生到职员的转变，在实习期间，与结构组到新厂修职工活动室外的消防楼梯，这也是我这一生真是意义上的第一次理论与实践的结合，从中受益匪浅，与阀装组一道组装产品，对公司的各种阀有了一定的了解，特别是我的动手能力有了质的飞越，也为我能在消防摩托项目部能尽快进入角色奠定了坚实的基础，在实习期间各部门领导和同事的耐心的指导，使我在较短的时间内适应了公司的工作环境，也熟悉了公司的整个操作流程。

在本部门的工作中，我一直严格要求自己，认真及时做好领导布置的每一项任务。同时主动为领导分忧;专业与非专业上不懂得问题虚心向同事学习请教，不断提高充实自己，希望能尽早独当一面，为公司做出更大的贡献，当初，初入职场，难免出现一些小差小错需领导指正;但前事之师，这些经历也让我不断成熟，在处理各种问题时考虑得更全面，杜绝类似失误的发生。在此，我要特地感谢部门的领导和同事对我的入职指引和帮助，我感谢他们对我工作中出现的失误的提醒和指正。

当然我还有很多不足，如与各部门的沟通能力以及处理问题的经验方面有待提高，团队协作能力也需要进一步增强，需要继续学习以提高自己的业务能力。

Good afternoon, Everyone! I am XX. And I am 23 years old. My previous job was a Front Office Supervisor. During the three years when I was working, I also majored Tourism and Hotel Management in the local radio broadcasting and television college. My father was a busy big boss. Once I didnt finish my homework. I told my grandpa that he had finished writing. When my father checked my homework with my brother that night, my father hit me for second days. My father apologized to me. I knew my father couldnt beat me.

My mother is a good person, he hurts me, every time my father hit me, but my mother, but she will help me find the wrong, let me know her fathers intentions.
